Ubicado en el extremo occidental de Ocean Isle Beach, este condominio está ubicado en un complejo de poca altura frente al mar, y es una unidad lateral con excelentes vistas al océano en un complejo frente al mar con piscina frente al mar. Cocina totalmente equipada, televisor de pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD, acceso a internet inalámbrico. Dos habitaciones, 1. 5 baños, calefacción central y aire acondicionado, terraza con asientos, ventiladores de techo, microondas, lavaplatos, lavadora secadora compartida en el complejo, parrilla de carbón compartida, acceso directo a la playa en el complejo. No fumador y no mascotas.

Perfect family getaway

Property is very clean and affordable. Right on the ocean. Perfect weekend getaway for our family of 4 (2 small children). We will definitely be back!

Weekend wedding and week at the beach

We came to the beach for our goddaughter‘s wedding. It was beautiful. We decided to stay and enjoy a week at a beach. We hadn’t been at and had an excellent time.

Definitely Recommend

This was a nice clean & comfortable place to stay at the beach. The owners were very good communicating with us with quick responses. We would definitely stay there again. Just be ready to climb stairs.

Best Vacation Spot Ever!

The condo is the CLEANEST location we have ever stayed at. The view is breathtaking. You can HEAR the ocean at night to calm you and wake up to waves with your coffee. The owners were so kind and wonderful and easy to communicate with. Parking is a breeze very close so you don’t have to carry blocks and blocks. All appliances worked amazing the shower was great especially after a sandy beach day! We will be back far more than we originally thought. OIB WAS SO FUN. THE LITTLE SHOPS THE FOOD THE COFFEE!!! It felt like “home” THANK YOU

even though Hurricane Helene cut our stay short, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo. It is in a great location and very well equipped with everything we needed. We hope to return to the area again and will definitely try to stay here.

Nice place to get away

We started out with issue of no air conditioning, which was not the owners fault, and they worked from afar to make sure we got it back as quickly as possible. They did refund us a portion of our fee due to the inconvenience. The unit had everything we needed and everyone we met was really friendly. The biggest negative for us, due to our age and limitations, was the stair climbing, mostly when we unloaded and reloaded our vehicle. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Lovely hosts trying to help

The Condo was great and the location is wonderful. Unfortunately the tropical storm ruined our plans but Bob was incredibly kind and accommodating about the situation. Would definitely recommend.

Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location with ease of access to the pool and beach. The VRBO listing was very accurate to the property description. Lovely ocean view from inside the condo. Loved the keyless entry for all to come and go as they please. Would highly recommend.

Family Beach Vacation

Nice condo with better view of the ocean than we expected. Weather was nice and beach was nice. Very windy week with rough waters. I dont know if that is typical. Was hard for us to tell when the tides were for most of the week. It would have been nice to have a grocery store within walking distance. Overall a Great time and we will return. Affordable and nicer than others we have stayed at. Fans of OIB!!

Can’t say enough good things

From the very start of my booking 365 days prior to my stay, the communication from the hosts was superior. Fast and in depth responses to all of my questions. A few days before heading down I advised we would be in the area early and waiting on check in, the hosts went above and beyond to communicate with the cleaners to see if we could get in early! The only thing I had to do was rewash all silverware, which let’s be honest, you should wash all dishes and utensils before anyway. Everything was spotless, the beds were very comfy and the view from the balcony is amazing especially in the evenings! We even met a few different condo owners in the building and everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful! I highly recommend this unit for your next stay at Ocean Isle!!

First trip as a family of four

We were traveling with an infant and a toddler. Accommodations were great! Master was on sunny side of the condo. Twin beds in second room with plenty of floors space for a pack-n-play or play area for the kids. Children's room remained darker longer allowing them to sleep longer and naps during the day. One full bath with bathtub for children's baths, one half bath in the master for parental privacy. Deck was nice with great view of the ocean! Hosts were very nice and responded to messages in very timely manner. Would love to stay again as children get older!

Lovely stay at the beach

We stayed at this location for the second year in a row. It has a lovely view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. It is a very nice set up for our family of 3 and the host supplied everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. We will most likely stay here again next year!

Awesome spot

This is a great little condo, has everything you need, the host is very responsive and spells everything out for you. I really appreciated the extra attention to things like a shelf in the kitchen area for groceries, local recommendations etc. we really enjoyed our stay here.

Relaxing Getaway to Chill...

If you're looking for a wonderful, clean place to spend your beach vacay - look no more! The location is convenient and has easy access to the beach. We enjoyed chilling on the ocean view deck in the evenings. The owner was very responsive and we had no issues at all...this condo felt like our home and that's what we were looking for.
