PIERfect VIEW is a 1 bedroom Second Floor (4-sets of stairs -NO ELEVATOR) Beachfront condo that is located in thesought after Condominium Complex called Ocean Cove. The unit will accommodate a couple or a small family(4-adults and 2-children). It is PIERfect for that romantic get-away or for your young family to enjoy the beach, ocean front pool and nearby activities! The ocean front unit features updated flooring, smooth ceilings, quartz countertops, tiled back splash, counter lighting, fun tile around jetted tub, brand new '25 queen sleeper sofa and queen bed. The small bunk beds are smaller than a twin and will only accommodate a child. We are most excited about our newly enlarged custom tiled shower with glass door!

Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine while watching the waves and sunset on the oceanfront deck relaxing in our brand new Andirondack style chairs and table. The main bedroom features a queen bed with a (Novaform) memory foam mattress and a whirlpool tub. Tuck the little ones in the Bunk Bed nook. A Queen sleeper sofa offers additional bedding.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need for your stay. We have added a Keurig coffee pot for those of you who have their favorite pods to bring as well a large capacity brew pot. Both TV's are equipped with Amazon fire stick. Netflix is included along with YouTube TV app and highspeed internet. The beach and pool couldn't be any closer. The oceanfront pool provides lounge chairs for your comfort and a shower to rinse all the sand away. There is also a picnic area for grilling your fresh caught fish. You are only a short walk from restaurants, shops, beach rentals, fishing pier, arcade, museum and putt putt golf. The unit offers a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience as well. There is plenty of parking for your car and a parking tag to hang from your mirror will be in the unit for you. A storage space on the ground will be available for you to store your beach/pool items. You are welcome to use and return the items that are in the storage area.

Perfect location right next to the pier. Loved the ocean views from the porch and the easy access to the pool and beach. The unit is very clean and well appointed. Highly recommended!

We loved this condo. Great view, convenient location, quiet and very clean. The beach is literally steps away. We saw many turtle nests and had a family of deer walk right in front of our building almost every night. The owner was very easy to work with. We spent a week at OIB and were celebrating our anniversary. When we arrived there was a bottle of champagne to celebrate. . Highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay there again.

Our second stay at Ocean Cove in this unit and it is as amazing as I remember from last year. Very clean for an ocean front property steps to the pool and direct beach access. All the amenities of home and Lisa communication easy. We are already booked for next year!

Location is excellent! We walked to dining, shopping, and the beach was easy to access. Parking was easy as well. Communication with the owner, Lisa, was excellent. She helped us locate the condo through text quickly. Highly recommend.

Fantastic property!!

Everything about this stay was excellent.To start, the condo was one of the best we've stayed at. It was clean, the beds were soft, and my kids LOVED the bunk beds. It had everything (pots and pans) we needed to make meals instead of going out every day.The view from the deck was amazing and allowed us to sit and watch the ocean when the kids were tired of being on the beach.The location was also phenomenal. The pool was close and also didn't get the noise when it was busy. It was steps from a great section of the beach. When we were finished with water activities, we were right near a great park for the kids and a mini golf course. We will look to stay here when visiting again.

Great stay

I’ve never had a bad stay at these condos. The location literally could not be better. This condo in particular (we’ve stayed multiple times - same community- we go every summer) was perfect. Straight downstairs to the pool. Perfect ocean views. What I loved most was that we had access to the outside storage so no lugging up Sandy chairs and umbrellas and coolers every day. Plus they had more chairs and an umbrella for us to borrow. My one single complaint was I wish there was more seating in the living room like a couple arm chairs or recliners as there was only one 3-seat sofa and an accent chair. Other than that 10/10 would 100% recommend.

Very impressed with this condo. Adorably decorated and very up to date. Lisa was very easy to correspond with. She answered all my questions and went above and beyond with her hospitality leaving a special gift for me and the kids. Little touches like that makes it even more special. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Beautiful views and prime location

We had a great time at this beautiful property! The location is amazing and within walking distance to multiple restaurants and attractions. The beach is phenomenal and literally seconds from the front door. The kitchen is well stocked cookware/utensils, everything anyone would need. There is ample beach equipment in the beach closet, chairs, umbrella, toys, etc…We highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

Everything about this was wonderful! The view, location, amenities, everything! Lisa was so communicative and explained everything greatly and helped me to feel comfortable and ready for my first time using VRBO and first trip out to the ocean. Great Weekend Getaway

View was wonderful and several restaurants in walking distance. Lisa was great to work with. The only drawback was the sheet rental. Bring your own if you can as the quality was poor or maybe find a different rental company on your own.

Perfect location!

Right in the heart of Ocean Isle! I walked to Drift coffee every day for either coffee or food. The unit itself was on the second floor so you do need to climb steps; however this was good exercise for my 82 year old Mother. Didn’t use the tub; but shower worked great! Being oceanfront, you can start and end your day on the balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Bed slept good and I liked bringing my own linens, a first time for me. Although we didn’t cook any meals, kitchen is outfitted with everything you would need. Really enjoyed our stay!

Pierfect stay

Pierfect View has everything it promised and was exactly as seen in the photos. Very short walk to the beach and a quiet place even with all the other condos with in the complex. My family loves the place and we are looking forward to staying here again.
