Este es un impresionante nivel de entrada al condominio Lakeview desde el estacionamiento (solo 3 pasos) con pisos nuevos, pintura y muebles renovados. Brillante y limpio con un plano de planta abierto, una excelente vista al lago desde todo el condominio hacen de esta una excelente opción. Great Location. Perfect for our 10 day stay. King Bed in the one bedroom and being condo with a full kitchen, we were able to get groceries and cook on the grill on the back deck/porch. Absolutely recommend.

Great Condo!

We stayed in two condos. The first was a one-bedroom with just me and my partner and the second was a two-bedroom with my kids. Both were spectacular.

1st time VRBOr. The process was good.The view is of the docks not main channel.. Not worth the price for just a weekend.

Condo is very outdated. We have stayed at Southwood Shores before and units were nicer than this one. Location was good, close to relatives house. Very close to the lake which was nice. It was fairly quiet considering we were there over the 4th of July weekend. Sofa was very old and uncomfortable, no light bulb in lamp on nightstand. There is no washer/dryer in the unit.

Nice location but the couch and bed are very dated. I put a sheet over couch it was that intimidating and cover over grill is ready to fall apart 😊. But the condos are pretty clean

Good Stay Overall

Place is in a great location. The unit itself is dated but everything works well. There was plenty of kitchen supplies to accommodate our small group for a few days. Access to the pool and lake swimming area was nice. Parking near our unit was challenging during a busy weekend. Loved the covered porch area with outdoor furniture and a grill. There is a gas station within walking distance of the property if needed. Only complaint was smell of cigarette smoke either in the unit or coming from someone smoking outside near the AC intake.

Great management - some issues but resolved

We were misinformed on the dock size. The comforter was dirty. The listing says new floors, but the bedroom carpet had a huge stain on it. The management company was great and resolved the issues they could in a timely matter. The place itself was big enough to accommodate us comfortably and was fun quiet condo.

Economy hotel feel

The property is nice enough although dated. The couch is ok but not very comfortable and there is no other living room furniture. The stove doesn’t work properly (burners turn off mid cooking), the dishwasher barely stays closed to run (a requirement of checkout), kitchen was not stocked t like most VRBO properties (only 1 extra roll of paper towels, no extra trash bags, no ziplock bags, cling wrap, aluminum foil, limited spices for cooking). Cushions for the patio seats are n horrible condition - we chose to sit in the metal seats. No streaming services on the TV. Nice enough for the weekend if you’re just there to shower and sleep, but felt much more like an economy hotel than a rental “home”.

Needed cleaning.

Was not clean. Toilet never flushed properly, and constantly clogged. Owners had to of known as there was a plunger left in a bucket in plain sight.

A great property with plenty of amenities. Getting in and out of the complex was easy. Condo was clean and it is great it is on main level of parking and right outside the swimming area of the lake. Really easy to work with.

Great Little Condo

This was a great little condo for just me and my partner. I had my children coming on day 3 of our stay and we had another condo but couldn't check in until 3 but the property manager allowed us to have a late check out so that we didn't have to move everything to our car and keep food from spoiling. Also, the pool on the property is one of the best I have seen at the lake!

15th Wedding anniversary

We had a great time and the condo was very clean and served our needs very well. The condo is close to all of the necessary shops, restaurants, etc. The only issue we had was the dish washer that would not allow us to lock it, so we were not able to clean the dishes. We will keep you in mind on our next visit down to LOTO. John Cutter is very easy to deal with and he made our stay that much better. Thank you, Carol and Mike

Overall it was a good experience, just a few minor complaints. The pool on the property overlooking the lake is absolutely beautiful, especially at night. I also enjoyed the fact that the pool did not close early at night and the guests were all friendly. It was a great experience to work with your team.

I would like to rent this condo again if we have another local Calo visit.

I would like to rent this condo again if we have another local Calo visit. It's the right size for my daughter and I, with comfortable sleeping options, and a well-equipped kitchen with an island for food prep (with bar chairs that my daughter likes :-). I enjoyed the deck. We used both ceiling fans a lot. It was quiet and clean. The pool is nice (the swimming dock not as appealing). Walking distance to Lafata's is helpful too. (I would bring something to filter water next time, as the tap water didn't taste so good.) Thank you! John Custer was answered the phone right away and was responsive both times I needed help.
