Nuestra popular casa de 4 dormitorios y 4 baños se ha convertido en un destino para tantas familias que regresan año tras año, amando la suite principal king, las dos suites queen y la suite doble con capacidad para tres. ¡Una suite queen está en la planta baja, para aquellos que no desean subir! La gran terraza del patio y la piscina privada con bañera de hidromasaje dan al pintoresco lago.
El diseño abierto de la sala de estar y la cocina con iluminación natural se ven realzadas por los cómodos muebles y la gran mesa de comedor de vidrio que hacen que esta villa sea ideal para familias. Después de un largo día cansado en los parques temáticos, es refrescante y relajante simplemente tumbarse en una silla de patio y ver a los niños jugar en la piscina.

La villa está muy cerca de los parques temáticos y de las tiendas esenciales. Ya sea que necesite un Wal-Mart o una pizza, kayak o gas, instalaciones médicas o un masaje, ¡este lugar ideal es un ganador familiar! El complejo es puertas con seguridad las 24 horas. Los huéspedes tienen acceso a la casa club, la piscina comunitaria, el gimnasio y el área para niños. El complejo se encuentra justo al lado de la carretera principal 192. Esta carretera permite un acceso conveniente a las principales autopistas que conducen al aeropuerto, Tampa, Miami y Cocoa Beach.

The clubhouse had a pool and there was a playground for the younger kids to entertain themselves as well. Our host was very nice and professional.The only thing that needs improvement is the cleaning of the house has to be more thorough. I found stains on the bedsheets and bathroom towels that were not watched well and some appliances need to be updated such as washer and dryer. The kitchen counters had stains from things that leaked and were not clean and the side of the refrigerator had food stains.

been to Bella Vida several times, central for all attractions and shops. Nice villa with pool heat included and covered outside area which was great on odd days of rain. beds were very comfy and good range of equipment in the kitchen. good information prior to arrival overall a great stay

The community was beautiful. It had great amenities and the security were very friendly. The home was maintained for the most point. We paid for the pool and hot tub to be heated. The pool felt cool at night. The hot tub was nicely heated. The dryer didn't heat well. The water in the shower was scolding hot, it was difficult to maintain a good temperature. Overall, it was a nice property and would stay there again.

Lovely stay

Had a lovely stay at a convenient location for Disney. A little further to Universal and a little more time due to traffic. Ashok was helpful and responded to any queries or questions we had. Lovely setting and pool area. Enjoyed the games room and our time by the pool. We would use it again.

Hello, thank you for your review. Pool toys supplied by the home are a liability and so not allowed by insurance companies. Any toys you may have left, would be disposed off. The carpets are sanitized and clean. No owner would spend $20,000 after 2 years of Covid losses. Yes, no frills. The home is not advertised as luxury villa. There are some villas in Bellavida with all the frills, but you would be paying $600 or more per night. I have a luxury townhouse in Magic Village. $400 per night, plus $100 to use the resort pool per day. Families choose per preference and budget.

Florida trip

The house is conveniently located. However, a lot of stuff was in disrepair. Tarp on the roof with sandbags. Handles on doors falling off. Carpet old and stained. The pool and hot tub did not work initially but the manager was very responsive and came the next day to fix it. Limited supplies such as garbage bags, dish soap for a one week stay. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. Grill worked good too.

Hello, thank you so much for choosing my vacation home. I do appreciate yu staying. As I had explained to you, a nasty storm has loosed some roof tiles. The insurance company requires that we cover the damaged portion of the roof with tarp to lessen any potential water damage that may occur until the claims process is cleared. I did not find any door handles falling off after you checked out. The spa, as explained in my pre check in guidelines sent to you via VRBO chat, is switched on from the timer switch on the patio exterior wall. The spots you refer to on the carpet are bleach stains, caused by a guest. The carpet itself is regularly cleaned and shampooed professionally, and is good shape over all. As you know, vacation homes are self catered, and we do provide a more than adequate starter pack of essential supplies, including a box of large 33 gallon trash bags.

Nice property but some things were misleading

In the title of the listed, it says FREE POOL HEAT in capital letters, one would think you would get free pool heat, you do not get free pool heat, it is 275 for the week. Secondly, the use of the gas grill is a nice feature, but there is no propane, so I was instructed to get a replacement but would not be reimbursed. Not worth it for a week. Washer and Dryer are very old and the dryer took 2-3 cycles to dry clothes. Lastly, the carpets were stained in most of the rooms, and need some updating. The house was very nice and loved the gated community. Having 4 bedrooms and 4 baths was a plus. The Walk around the pond was also nice.

Tired and dated

The villa is in a great location and has a functional layout but it needs to be refreshed and updated. There were a few things we needed to email about like no lights on the outside patio for almost a week and other things that we just ignored like no ceiling light in the master bedroom. Everything in the villa is just getting a bit old.

My staff and I appreciate every reservation we receive, and we try our utmost to make sure all things are in working order when the home is cleaned and we are preparing for the next family's arrival. The bedroom lights and patio lights were replaced immediately on my being notified that the bulbs had quit. Unfortunately, bulbs and equipment do breakdown, after they have been confirmed as working. I apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Rough condition house. Unable to reach homeowner with issues. Wasn't clear on extra pay for hot tub. VRBO operator got me on phone with owner. I was called an a**hole and hung up on. Next day a male arrived stating he had rented same property. Day before last internet went out messaged home owner with no response.

Checked in on a Friday the back door was opened, called the property manager to advise of the issue, was threatened to get kicked out. The walls were filthy , we had no dining room chairs to sit in, he painted the arms of the dining room chairs and they were sticky. That Saturday we woke up to cook breakfast and roaches started coming from behind the oven. DO NOT rent this home, he's extremely rude and has refused to refund even a portion of our stay. VRBO has been made aware of this false advertisement inclusive of pictures showing the state of this property.

This guest rents this home repeatedly every year, and as with every year he attempts to extract a refund. This stay was no different. From the moment he stepped in the door the unfounded complaints started. I offered him a full refund if he left immediately, yet he said he really does love the home and would stay! Not being happy with the free pool heat I gave him, he continued to deceive me and VRBO. He stated that he, his wife and two children were staying. When my staff went to the home to look at his "concerns" they found a more than full home with four cars parked in the driveway. VRBO has been provided with photographic evidence and made fully aware of this guests' false complaints. The home was left in a disgusting state! This person in definitely not welcome anytime again.

Property was very tired looking and carpets were dirty. Unable to sit outside for the last week due to the netting on the pool being torn off in the hurricane. Advised Property manager however this wasn't fixed and we couldn't sit outside due to mosquitos and other flying bugs. We were told we didn't need to leave the villa early as no one was coming in after us however we were then rushed out. We should have been informed prior to someone just knocking on the door.

The home was cleaned and sanitized for your stay. The stairs and landing carpet has been stained by a drop of bleach by a prior guest, but a couple of spots does not qualify for a complete carpet change costing several thousands of dollars. The home is being renovated on a step by step basis. At no point in your stay did you mention via message or when I was twice at the home that you were uncomfortable or dissatisfied. On the contrary I was told the family was having a great stay! Lanai netting repair is back logged a month due to the tens of thousands of screens that need to be repaired in hurricane affected areas. Add to that an acute shortage of netting material available only on quota only aggravates the situation. I asked you to notify me if your flights were cancelled or delayed due to the hurricane. In such a situation if we had an empty schedule, we would accommodate you for a while longer, or help you find alternative accommodations. You did not communicate with me, and we received a booking. At no time did I say you are free to leave late afternoon. Check out time is 10am. Your lack of communication is evident from my VRBO chat messages that have gone unanswered by you. I do thank you for choosing my vacation home, and I am glad you had a great time in Florida despite the hurricane pass through.

Perfect Location, close to shopping, parks & airport

This property is located near lots of amenities (restaurants, groceries etc) but somehow felt in the middle of nowhere. Getting into the development was seamless (qr code scan) and into the house itself easy as there is a code for the door so no dealing with keys.The place itself has spots with wear and tear, but it is apparent that updates have been made there is new paint, carpet and fooring in several spots. My only complaint would be the carpets in the bedrooms are at end of life and need to be replaced, it was beyond gross looking (hence the 3 star), even if it was clean. After the first day though you just get over it because eveything else is great. They are aware and it is on the to do list. The property manager could not be more attentive and easy to communicate with. The bathrooms were immaculate and plentiful. Plenty of dishes in the cabinets, although I would suggest getting at a minimum some solo cups or some shatterproof glassware for the pool, since glass should not be out there which limits entertaining outside. The pool and spa were great, a nice place to relax after walking around the parks all day. The location is such that you get the most amazing sunsets every night! Everyone in our group enjoyed the stay and would definitely go back there.

This place was just awful everything was dirty beds had debris all through them beds were ripped furniture was broken wall were all banged up. And yes I get that a rental house might have som marks. This isn’t the first house I’ve rented. Toilets were filthy pubs and stuff in toilet still but had a seal on them like they were cleaned. Finger nail clippings all over floor in bedroom just a disgusting place all around. I got most my money back except a cleaning fee. He had the nerve to charge me to clean the house because we pulled the sheets of the bed to discover how awful it was. Then he even tried to evict us because I said the f would. Just an awful experience all around. Big scam nothing looked like the pics on the website

Off the hundreds of excellent reviews I have received over the past few years, this one stands out! Yes, this guest was evicted for abusive behavior, using threatening language, lying and attempting a scam. The home he describes was not at all what we have provided reservation after reservation, year after year. It is a mark of the VRBO support team's professionalism that quickly had this person leave my property and halt further abuse.

Alles in Allem war alles ok

Wir waren 3 Wochen im Bella Vida Resort mit unserer ganzen Familie (2 Großeltern, 3 Kinder, 2 Erwachsene). Im unteren Schlafzimmer war die Matratze leider sehr arg durchgelegen. Da konnten die Großeltern keine guten Nächte verbringen :) Das Haus weißt einen Bedarf an Schönheitsreparaturen auf. z. B. sind die Fließen im Pool abgefallen, unter dem Terassendach kommt die Farbe runter, Wasserschäden an den Decken, Flecken auf den Teppichen und die Wände müssten dringend gestrichen werden. Aber im Großen und Ganzen darf man auch nicht vergessen, dass die Häuser von vielen verschiedenen Menschen genutzt werden und nicht jeder Acht gibt. Ich hätte mir nur gewünscht, dass wir für unseren 3 - wöchigen Aufenthalt ein bisschen Putzmittel gestellt bekommen hätten. Wir konnten zwar täglich Staubsaugen, aber den Rest leider nicht. Mit Kleinkind nicht so ideal. Das Internet fiel leider mal aus und eines unserer Kinder hat aus Versehen eine Badezimmertüre versperrt, aber durch WLAN unterwegs konnten wir dem Hausverwalter, Ashok unser Anliegen mitteilen. Er hat sich umgehend darum gekümmert. Am gleichen Tag kam noch jemand vorbei und hat uns die Türe entsperrt. Das Internet (durch Unfall wurde die Telefonanlage außerhalb beschädigt) ging auch am gleichen Tag noch. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Es wäre spitze, könnten vielleicht schon ein paar grundlegende Dinge im Haus verbleiben w. z B. Gewürze, Putzmittel usw. als Starterpaket. Den Rest kauft man ja sowieso ein.

Benoit Thank you for your comments. I find it strange that you did not mention anything during your stay. Can you please be more specific about how the pool table is mediocre. The pool table is residential home purposed. The cloth is not torn or damaged, the balls and sticks are all there! Hundreds of families have enjoyed playing!

Nice home in a nice robot hood with a nice pool and hot tub. Home is in dire need of new carpet as it is old and stained terribly. Home could also use a new coffee maker and new mattress covers that are not stained.
