Upgraded Huge Lakefront 1BR/2BA Blue Heron Beach Resort Condominium

Recently upgrade spacious one bedroom, two full bath Condominium in the newest Disney Area luxury lakefront condominium at the Blue Heron Beach Resort nestled on the shores of 400 plus acre Lake Bryan, two blocks off I4 at the main Lake Buena Vista exit and yes, just .9 miles from the entrance to Disney!

This professionally decorated unit is appointed with the best of everything, granite counter tops, jetted master tub, and designer furnishing. This unit has a breathtaking view of the pool and lake. The unit is completely equipped with everything you to need to have a 'magical' stay.
The condominium sleeps six with a separate master suite with king-size bed and private bathroom.

The bunk area and sofa bed each sleep two people with a separate full bath for a total of six people. Unit has two 4K Smart TVs (65in in Living and 55in in Master), along with full-size washer and dryer.

The resort features two levels of under building covered parking with easy elevator access, a fitness room, multiple pools and hot tub spa, boardwalk and docks, tiki bar, arcade and access to a variety of rental watersport from neighboring Lake Buena Vista Watersports.

Our location is centrally located to all of what Lake Buena Vista and Orlando has to offer from theme parks to fine dining. We are in the heart of the Disney resort area and only minutes to Sea World, Universal and the Convention Center.

Many vacation rentals advertised in the Disney/Orlando area are private homes miles away from the resort areas and are managed remotely. We are right in the heart of the resort area and make sure you have a great vacation experience. We leave nothing about your Orlando vacation to chance.

Overall the stay was lovely. Location is fab for Disney, just a 20min drive. The view over the lake is amazing. Loved the pool area, plenty of sun loungers, there is a small bar, music plays all day which is good and the area is well maintained. The property was a good size for a couple but I think it would be small for a family, the bunk beds are in the corridor so there wouldn’t be any privacy for people using them and no clothes storage.Having two bathrooms was helpful. There were plenty of towels plus 3 beach towels. Basic toiletries supplied. The shower was always hot. The main bedroom was a bit of a tight squeeze with the large bed and it was a very creaky bed but comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped and the lounge a good size with a TV, plenty of stations to watch. The terrace was big enough for us to sit outside and appreciate the view. We had a fantastic storm one night and have a great view of it!!Plenty of car parking spaces.

Worth the view!

Very well situated condo not far from Disney Springs and Convention center. Overlooks the pool and Lake Bryant for beautiful sunrises. Stayed with my two teenage daughters for vball tournament. King bed was incredibly comfortable. Sofa bed was a hit with my 6’1” daughter. Kitchen extras were much appreciated. Salt, pepper, coffee filters, and seasonings made cooking meals super easy. The fans, AC and dishwasher were quiet and didn’t interrupt sleep! This is huge! When we arrived the place hadn’t been cleaned but the owner remedied the situation quickly and we had no other issues. Would definitely stay again.

Check in and out was simple, property is in an excellent location with sheltered parking. 10-15 mins to all Disney parks and SeaWorld and about 20-25 to universal. Vineland outlets just up the road.Starbucks, McDonald’s, Dunkin' and dollar tree all within walking distance. Perfect for people looking for a central location for all Orlando parks.

We had a fantastic day at this Orlando condo-everything was clean, well stocked and perfect for a short stay for my son‘s baseball tournament. The lake view from the balcony was gorgeous and catching a nighttime SpaceX launch made it extra memorable. Great amenities, including the pool and hot tub-highly recommend!

An Unforgettable Experience

A Dream Come True! Our recent stay was nothing short of beautiful! From the very beginning, the booking process was incredibly easy, and our host communicated exceptionally well, ensuring we had all the information we needed. The apartment was spacious enough for our family of four, plus grandma, and it was spotless upon our arrival. The views were absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset—truly unbelievable! We felt right at home in this cozy space, which offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area and hot tub were perfect for relaxation, and the amazing dock by the water provided a fantastic fishing spot for us to enjoy. Location-wise, it was ideal, with numerous stores, restaurants, and entertainment options nearby. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we were greeted with kindness from everyone we encountered. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and convenient, and parking was ample. We appreciated the easy access after hours with our room key, which added an extra layer of convenience to our stay. We are already planning our return visit! Thank you so much for making our vacation a dream come true. We truly appreciate it!

Our experience

While there were a few issues throughout our stay the host was very quick to respond and helpful in resolving things. On arrival there were things missing that had been in pictures in the listing…..kitchen towels, beach towels, tissues, laundry soap. This was partially fixed although we needed to purchase a few items. There was a bug problem that was attended to quickly. As for cleanliness, the main areas were clean. Other areas - closet floor, corners, light switches, balcony doors and floor, were not very clean and needed attention.The wi-fi was not great. There were many times it buffered for long periods of time or cut out completely.The pool and hot tub are wonderful, having access to grills for cooking is a plus, the view of the lake on one side and Disney fireworks on the other is very nice, and the location can’t be beat.

Very nice condo. Very well equipped with all new appliances. Comfortable bed and furniture. Very clean except for floor. Hard to keep floors clean near pools. Wifi a bit slow with buffering happening often. Hopefully, we will rent again.

It's a gamble, you are at the mercy of management

The single star is for the location, which is good, but that is where the positives ended. We had 2 MAJOR issues during our 3 night stay. Upon a 6PM arrival, the unit had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Property manager confirmed that housekeeping had missed us and offered 50 for us to go out to dinner so the cleaning could be done. NOTE: we were a family of 5, tired from a long day of travel, and did not want to go out that night. After pleading my case, the manager refunded the cleaning fee, but made us feel like what we were asking was unreasonable, insisting that he still had to pay the cleaning crew to come back and do the job. We changed our plans, left the condo, and had unexpected expenses. On the 3rd day of our stay, we returned around 5PM to find that the key cards no longer worked for the door. We waited 20 minutes for maintenance. He got us in after a wait, but told us that a new lock needed to be installed and so "someone would need to stay in the unit at all times to let the rest of the party in and out." He told us that he "may not be able to get us back in again" and that the supervisor was gone for the night and could only return for emergencies. He said this was not an emergency because we were currently inside. Sadly, we changed our plans once again due to issues that should have been controllable by management. Property manager offered a late check out for what he called "a few snags," but we were not able to take advantage of that. Sad stay.

Disappointed

I want to start by saying that the location and the room itself are great. We did see several tiny roaches throughout the room, but other than that it was clean. My greatest issue was the hazardous fumes of cleaning chemicals my husband, my 11 month old and I walked into. It was completely unbearable. We immediately opened up the balcony door and set the fans on high in hopes of circulating some fresh air. Mind you- this was 10:30pm when we checked in and check in is at 4pm, so I can’t even imagine how much stronger the fumes were at that time. I sent a very sincere, but concerned message to the host to which I never got a response back. I know some things are out of their control, but the least they could’ve done was reply back. I had nosebleeds, which I never have, for the next 2 days from the irritation of the fumes. Inhaling the fumes from cleaning products is so dangerous. Thanks to this all 3 of us had to sleep in the living room where the smell wasn’t as bad and we didn’t have a safe place for our baby to nap.
