Great Place, Lots of Room & Close to the Falls!

We offer well appointed surroundings. Not just with the interior of the home, but with the exterior as well. We have for you a place to relax, chat with family and a safe and comfortable place to enjoy. The inside offers you a lounge with sofas and a TV. we can host up to 6 people very comfortably with 3 full 4 pc bathrooms.
Each of the 3 bedrooms have only 1 bed each. Two queens and a Double (Just shy of a Queen). Our exterior has a BBQ and a patio set just for our guests.
The space
"Our property is a relaxing way to spend time with your family". "We can accept up to 6 family and friends to stay in our beautiful unit". "A very deep 1/2 acre property with private patio set, BBQ and fire bowl out back, Comfortable inside and relaxing and private out. Where in any City can you get such a large outdoor space to relax in?? We provide an assortment of Kids toys and even water sprinklers for not just the kids.. but for everyone to have fun with!
Plenty of Free parking here at the house!

The upper floor of a vacation home that has 3 areas to sleep. Two bedrooms each with a Queen bed. Rear bedroom has a double bed (Just shy of a Queen). Sleeps 6 comfortably. Three full-size 4-piece bathrooms and all on one level.
Guest access
This is located on the second floor of a home and is separate, private and secure. The entrance is from the driveway and well lite and has a Self Check-in keypad entry system. We the owners live on the main floor.its just myself Mark, my wife Monica and our son Joseph. The house is really two homes, fire separation and soundproofing. We have enjoyed this arrangement as our guests do as well. Our guests are happy we are close by for help, advice and assistance. We provide total privacy for you. It has worked for the past 15 years as we respect our guests time here.
Other things to note:
You will be 1.5 KM or 1 mile to the Falls, a beautiful walk in summer as well in winter and is in essence a straight line from the house to there and back. You cannot get lost!

This was located on the 2nd floor of the house and there is no hot tub, which is why I booked this place. But we had a good time and actually was not at the house much other than at night when it was dark out. It was very clean and there were plenty of blankets of needed. The host seemed very nice and they had a board with a few recommendations of things to do and see. It was about 1 - 1.5 miles walking to the falls and Clifton Hills. They also put a dozen of eggs, bread, and a couple other things. We really enjoyed our trip and the house. Even though the host was on the first floor it was still fairly quite and they were respectful of our privacy. I would definitely rent it again.

This beautiful home located on the Niagara river is close to the falls and an easy drive Niagara on the Lake. The owners did a great job communicating with us and and eve provided coffe and other essential items to us upon check in. The home is beautiful, modern bathroom fixtures and very cleanHighly recommend !

Great location. Walking distance to falls. Mark greeted us as we arrived and showed us the apartment. immaculate. Gave us parking pass that allowed all day parking at Table Rock to access attractions. Apartment was listed as 3 bedroom, 3 bath but only 2 bedroom and 2 bath were available. There was a den and sheets in the closet so maybe 3rd bedroom was a sleep sofa? Listing had 2 queens and 1 double but the beds were 1 double and 1 queen. We were traveling as 2 couples; the 2nd queen would have been nice.Some breakfast items were available - Canadian bacon, eggs, coffee, apple juice, bread. Mark gave us recommendation for dinner plus suggestions for activities around NF. We were away all day the next day and arrived home at 9 PM to find apt. warm - 76 F.Thermostat in apt. was locked. We texted Mark but no response until next AM.A/C turned off for the season. He suggested we open the windows for cross ventilation. Very frustrating since most windows screwed shut. Fans over the beds helped but no way to get the cooler outside air in. At the end of our second full day there, he relented and texted me to say that he had turned the A/C on for a few hours. I’ve never stayed in a VRBO where I couldn’t control the temperature. After we checked out and were driving to our next location, I had the opportunity to review his original listing. There were photos of a 3rd bedroom and bathroom that we never saw. Mark made decisions about our access without talking with us.

Great location, lots of space just steps from the Bed & Breakfast Wego stop. Our party had four adults and two kids. The space was plenty for our group, there's even a large backyard with a BBQ. The host provides everything you need, even supplied laundry detergent!

The house was perfect for us. The eggs, bread and juice that the hosts left for us for breakfast were a wonderful surprise. We were able to walk to the falls from the house which was awesome.

Amazing location. Close enough to walk to most all attractions but far enough away to be very relaxing. House is very clean. Host great with communication. Listing a little confusing as the rental is upstairs and the host does live in lower level with all separate and divided spaces. This was not an issue for us at all,he was available if needed for any questions and respected our family privacy at all times. Great recommendations for local attractions and food options. We will stay again.

Exploring the area

We had planned on a family vacation that didn't work out, needless to say, there was plenty of room for the two of us! Nice location as you had things to explore in both directions. Steps away from the local bus. We rode bikes all around the area.

We are 3 friends from work and was extremely impressed with are stay. We were great by Mark he gave us a tore of the house. He provided breakfast witch he didn't have to do. I would highly recommend this house to everyone.

Great host and beatiful place to stay

Greeted by the host upon srrivsl...very cordial and helpful but was not intrusive st all during our stay. Very clean and nicely decorated. Quiet area...low noise, but close to bus stop and short drive or fairvwalk to falls.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!

Our experience at our stay here was way above our expectations. Everything was very neat and tidy and Mark was a very gracious host. Although we were not immediately aware that the place was owner operated at the time of booking, the level of privacy and the way the house was setup, it was practically 2 separate houses which made us feel very safe and secure with our belongings. Mark was more than welcome to offer assistance when requested and it was greatly appreciated by everyone. We had a great time in Niagara and visited Toronto as well which was an hours drive and after all that exploring, it was very nice to come back and relax and eat with the family in the TV room. Would recommend this place to anyone reading this! 100/10 (way above expectations )

Beautiful home the perfect distance from attractions

This was a gorgeous home that is kept impeccably clean. Host was very welcoming and was happy to offer advice and suggestions on where to eat and what to see. The only "drawback" that we had was that we did not understand from the listing that the home is owner occupied. It does state that it is a home, but not explicitly owner occupied. Maybe we just missed it, but 6 of us read it and we were all surprised. It was fine and the house met all of our needs. Having said that, some of our party weren't totally comfortable and felt that it was more of a B&B than a VRBO type situation.

Cozy and comvenient

My wife and I went to Niagara Falls for my old rugby club’s spring formal. It was very easy to communicate with Mark and Monica. The place is great, it’s the entire upstairs of the house, overlooking the gorge. Very nice place, perfect for a newlywed couple like us or families or really anyone who can walk up the stairs. We didn’t really use the back yard but it’s huge!Easy in and out of the gravel driveway. They have a convenient parking spot that’s easy to pull in and out of. Also, Clifton Hill is a healthy walk away. We barely had to use our car while there. There is a a cute collection of games for kids and also a great selection of books. The tv was easy to use and since I’m an American, we brought our google chromecast with us so it was easy to connect it to the WiFi and not have to worry about logging into any of our streaming apps. But they pretty much already had anything you’d need. Kitchen was great and they had coffee, eggs, apple juice, bread, and a chicken breast, along with spices and condiments (which we didn’t use but the option was there) and other kitchen necessities already there for you.

Very Clean

This property was clean, spacious and relaxing.Mark and his wife were both friendly and available. The complimentary breakfast food on the first day was a treat. My husband and I enjoyed the stay so much that we look forward to staying again in the future. This property is located where you can find many things to do in walking distance.

Great winter escape!

Our stay was wonderful! The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect retreat. We truly appreciated Mark’s thoughtfulness in providing supplies for breakfast, which was a great convenience and a lovely touch. Additionally, the umbrellas provided during the rainy days were a lifesaver and showed Mark’s attention to detail and care for their guests’ comfort. While the property listing was slightly inaccurate regarding the number of bedrooms, it wasn’t an issue since our girls enjoy sharing a room. I would suggest it is updated to 2bed/2bath for future reference.Thank you for an excellent stay!

This property is only 1 mile or 1.6 KM away from the Falls and its attractions.
We are uniquely positioned; we face the Niagara River which is the water that has just fallen over the Falls as it travels to Lake Ontario. There is a stone wall along the river that if you follow it, will take you to the Falls and its attractions then just follow it back to the house. Simple.
