Recientemente remodelado, esta propiedad moderna y bien ventilada tiene 5 dormitorios y 5. 5 baños. ¡Cada habitación tiene su propio baño completo! Esta casa tiene capacidad para 13 personas y ofrece 8 camas. La propiedad ofrece muchas comodidades que incluyen: WiFi, TV de pantalla grande en el área común, ducha al aire libre, 2 niveles de terrazas con asientos al aire libre, 2 puertos para automóviles cubiertos, puerta frontal con cerradura con teclado y sistema de seguridad.

Ubicadas en el piso de nivel de entrada hay cuatro dormitorios, cuatro baños y un cuarto de servicio equipado con una lavadora y secadora nuevas. Dos de las cuatro habitaciones tienen vista al mar y acceso a la cubierta del segundo nivel.

Ubicado en el nivel superior se encuentra el dormitorio principal, completo con una cama king size, vista al mar y acceso a la cubierta del primer nivel. La Master Suite también incluye un tocador doble, cabina de ducha y bañera de hidromasaje. También ubicado en el nivel superior hay un área común espaciosa (incluye un sofá cama Queen), tocador, área de comedor y cocina completa con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable. El nivel superior proporciona acceso a la cubierta del primer nivel para vistas al océano, así como acceso al frente de la propiedad, brindando a los huéspedes la opción de disfrutar de las vistas de la bahía.

COVID-19 relief getaway

Loved the location and house. A couple of hiccups with hot tub and dryer but otherwise a great vacation spot to try to get away from all the pandemic drama. Much needed for our family. Thanks.

Wonderful House

We needed to breakaway and this house provided just that. The owner is wonderful and she communicates quickly. She left a bottle of wine for us and dog treats for our puppies. The home was impeccable and was fully stocked with toilet paper, trash bags, each bedroom had a bathroom, 1/2 bathroom in the main area, and beach access. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent with them again. Wonderful house. Amazing owners!

Perfect home for our family!

The owner was so accommodating & communication was terrific! The home was clean, spacious, updated & bed sizes were perfect for my family of 6. Owner provided all the beach gear we needed including beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys etc. There were board game & books in the home, a gas grill, everything we needed to cook & a book with places to go if we wanted to go out. The oceanfront view was seen from 3 bedrooms & the front side of the home had a view of the channel. Our kids enjoyed fishing in both the ocean & the channel. We had an exceptional week & I highly recommend this home. Thank you!

Amazing house

We had the best vacation staying here! Michele was wonderful working with us and promptly responding to any questions/concerns we had. The house was even more beautiful in person And the layout was perfect for our family. We really loved our location with being right on the beach and our area was not crowded. It was very convenient with having to the little ones. The house came with a stocked kitchen and toilet paper/paper towels in the home.. It appeared clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay again and hope to again next year!!

Relaxing Vacation

We enjoyed staying at this house and the proximity to beach, local park/tennis courts/kayak launch offered lots of activities for the whole family. The owner was easy to work with and the house was equipped and stocked with everything needed.

Beautiful oceanfront vacation home

This property is beautiful - ample space for guests, a great common area/kitchen/dining, and of course the views are spectacular given its oceanfront location. The decor was beautiful as well - I was so glad to find such a stylish home. Michele was incredibly responsive and helpful. We made trips to local seafood spots to pick up fresh fish - the outdoor market for that was great given COVID-19. Overall I felt very safe and secure for this vacation, even with all the craziness going on. This place is such a gem - book it immediately!

Beach Getaway

We loved our time at Michele's beautiful house. The property is gorgeous, we loved the decor and the floor plan. The location right on the beach can't be beat. If you have the opportunity to rent this house, don't hesitate! Michele was wonderful to work with as well. Highly recommend.

Perfect Topsail Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation in North Topsail Beach. The house was perfect and fully equipped for a beach vacation. We enjoyed the amazing views off the deck, looking for crabs, and walks on the beach. Can’t wait to come back!

Loved our time here!

We had the pleasure of renting this property for two weeks in June. After being home for several months, we were very excited to have an extended change of scenery. The view of the ocean/beach right when you walk in the living area is perfect. You are right on the beach, just steps down and you are walking on sand. We especially appreciated being able to bring our furry family member and the top deck on the main floor has a gate to the stairs which was perfect for our little guy to enjoy the outdoors without having to be leashed. He did tend to bark at us when we were on the beach and he was on the deck :) The house is fresh and cleanly decorated, we enjoyed the simple aesthetic of the design. It has been recently remodeled, so there may be more additions coming. Since we were staying two weeks we looked to unpack and settle in, at the moment, there isn't furniture in the bedrooms to place your clothes if staying for a longer time. The bedrooms are lovely and we had plenty of space to spread out or enjoy time together. Michele was absolutely wonderful to work with and I can't say enough about her attention to detail. We would for sure rent from her again at any location. I miss the beautiful view of the ocean! Thank you for having us!

Modern Beach Vibe

Our family already loves the Topsail/Surf City area, but this home put it over the top! From the the moment you step in the front door the crisp and easy-going modern beach vibe puts you in vacay mode. The large picture windows in the living room and kitchen give you the full ocean view, which is why we always stay beachfront! We went with dear friends and had plenty of space for the kids and no adults had to share a bathroom with a kiddo. Bonus for sure. Eating with the ocean breeze and million dollar view was an added bonus! We enjoyed making dinners together in the beautiful kitchen. We have stayed in several beach homes and this is one we would definitely recommend and look for on our next visit to Topsail. Michele was wonderful with communication and timely answers to our questions. Can’t wait to return!
