This was the perfect place for my husband and I. We took a short weekend trip for our anniversary. We were able to put our car in a nearby parking garage and walk everywhere we wanted to go! The place was very clean and had everything that we needed! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect little place

Really cute place. We had a great time walking to many of the nearby Squares and visiting them. The condo had all of the basics that you would need to cook and plenty of towels. There is a tiny coffee maker and they only leave 2 tiny coffee bags, so I would suggest bringing more if your stay is more than 1 day. The balcony was a little scary though, I hope they get some reinforcement on that. We were looking forward to sitting out there for coffee. Overall we had a great time, the AC worked fantastically and we had a good nights sleep.

Lovely Little Savannah Unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was just perfect for our girls' trip, quaint and comfortable. We really appreciated the location, which allowed us to get out of the heat and relax throughout the day. The entrance is from an alley, not on one of the scenic streets in town, but was within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to do. The view from the Juliet balconies is over a neighbor's (non-accessible) backyard but still cute to look at. The property management company was prompt to answer our questions before, throughout, and after our stay. Our only suggestion would be to add a safety bar for assistance into and out of the adorable claw foot bathtub. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Quaint little place in Savannah

This was the perfect place for us to stay, get ready, and sleep since we wanted to sightsee and explore the rest of our time. The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars is some small minor fixes. Many of the outlets in the kitchen didn’t work, the microwave didn’t work, and the view off the little patio was very obstructed due to a tree but also provided privacy. The bathtub and shower were very old and cute and was fine for us but be careful getting in and out. Overall, it was a great, affordable place to stay and was fine for us since we didn’t spend much time in the room.

If you are arriving at night, it was a little difficult to see the address, but this is trivial. It was a quiet space, pretty central to what Savanah has to offer. About a 15-minute walk to the River St., location is straight down from the Waving Girl Statue. Nice and cozy, perfect for two people.

Great Location

The location was great, and it was very clean. But it was difficult to get a good night of sleep given the state of the bed and pillows. I think if there was a bed and pillow upgrade it would be a truly perfect place! Bed wasn’t great but not terrible, but the pillows were truly terrible.

Reviewer Comments: The studio had a lot of character with a claw-foot tub and big windows. The A/c worked great as did all of the other appliances. Plenty of clean towels for the two of us. The neighborhood was quiet at night. Savannah was accessible by the local bus route. You really don't need a car if you stay here. Awesome rooftop bar at the Perry Land hotel. The downsides: The mornings can be a bit "cheerful". Room darkening curtains or blinds would be nice. I would have liked a few more coat hangers as we stayed 4 four nights, and I don't like living out of a suitcase. The kitchen utensils need an upgrade. The skimpy can open was difficult to maneuver.The bed needs an upgrade. Lots of toppers have been put on the bed to make it comfortable, but it's time for an upgrade. It looks a bit shabby.Communication was not great at the end of our stay. The owner left a post-it note on the door on the day of our last night informing us that a new roof was to be put on early the next morning. She offered us a breakfast voucher if we left early. We didn't leave. The noise didn't really bother us and we checked out at 11am. There was no explanation as to why I wasn't contacted by phone or even earlier. It looks like poor communication between Lucky Savannah and the owner.

Overall, it's a good property, but it's not quite a 5-star due to some comfort issues. First, the bed has a clunky cover over the mattress, making it uneven and uncomfortable to sleep on. Secondly, the bathroom has a nice tub, but it's not designed for a shower curtain, so the curtain keeps touching you while you shower, and it stays inside the tub to prevent water from getting out. Lastly, and not too big of an issue, but with 3 remote controls it would be nice to have some directions to help getting the TV going. Great area and location, nice neighborhood and safe.

Great location but…

Overall the place was fine. However upon arrival we found a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door. There was a power outage on our second night that left us in total darkness. No flashlight on the premises and when we called the management office they informed us that it would be 1 1/2 hours before they could possibly help us. Overall our stay was fine. I just wish they could have been more help with the power outage and the dirty towel was kind of gross.

Quaint carriage house

This studio is charming, comfortable and somewhat conveniently located, though I suggest an Uber to Riverfront. One suggestion, the front gate gets stuck. For a minute (a few) I was trapped in the entry, might get that looked at. And some nice wine glasses and mugs would do a lot to upgrade the experience. But for a quick trip it suited my needs. Safe area.

Stay at Perry Lane

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The company was very easy to communicate with and easily available. A couple complaints but overall satisfied. When first arriving, there was dirty toilet paper in the toilet and the bathroom smelled of feces. I messaged the number to let them know and they responded quickly. Cleanliness is a big concern for me so that made me skeptical of the cleanliness the entire stay, unfortunately. The AC was not working correctly and the heat would kick on causing it to be 80+. After maintenance came twice, it was fixed and worked perfectly the rest of the trip. They responded promptly and fixed it within about 2 hours. I do think they should invest in a new TV because it was not working properly and froze up when trying to stream. The Cable worked okay. I would also recommend more blankets and more kitchen supplies. If you’re planning to cook, bring your own supplies because there isn’t any Tupperware, pans, pot holders, and a couple utensils. If you’re not, then disregard that. Overall, I would stay here again because it is conveniently located and the company was great to work with.

This isn a nice property that is close to everthing in Savannah. The only bad thing is you will have to pay for parking.

Lovely place!

We had a great time! It’s definitely a great location. A little further than I imagined but we were fine. Perfect for a couple traveling alone! Looks exactly like photos displayed.
