We enjoyed St. George Island & home. The view was spectacular. I love the unique furniture & decor in house. It was clean, nice, and well done. Room for puzzles, games, and more. The master bedroom was large enough for my husband to turn around in his scooter, as was porch. Didn't realize bed was adjustable until stripping sheets the last morning! The house had a few issues that could be fixed inexpensively. Oven door handle came off, kids room light hanging by wires, dishwasher didn't clean dishes (we hand washed for the week), & very low water pressure in kitchen sink.My husband is severely handicapped & we assumed handicap accessible meant there would be a grab bar in shower and at toilet and the lack of these handles/grab bars made showers impossible for him with much difficulty using toilet. The elevator was amazing & much appreciated. The outside shower leaked heavily when we arrived, SIL stopped heavy flow but it still leaked the remainder of week. We used hose. The old wooden porch swing fell while my daughter & SIL were on it. She woke up to severe back pain and ended up having to leave early. She was unable to sit or walk. This was the worst part of the trip. Hannah always responded quickly which was professional & nice. Having sheets and towels available was helpful. The kitchen had every appliance and large bowl you could possibly need and the nicest convection oven I have ever seen. Overall, I would recommend the house with fixes above.
