** ¡Sin daños por huracán! ¡El nivel inferior ha sido reparado y está como nuevo! A pocos pasos de la playa, Studio Sea es una cabaña de playa de Florida de cuatro dormitorios recientemente renovada. Dos de las habitaciones están en el nivel principal. Un gran tercer dormitorio, cuarto dormitorio y baño se encuentran en el nivel inferior con una entrada independiente, lo que lo hace perfecto para dos familias o parejas. Refréscate en la nueva piscina. Vea el golfo desde la terraza o siéntese en el porche con familiares y amigos. Always enjoy Studio Sea

This was our third year at Studio Sea and we have already booked for a fourth. The location is perfect for a quick walk to the beach yet off the busier main road. The private pool is perfect. The interior is spacious and the separate living areas with private entrances are perfect for a small family or couples desiring to stay at the same location but still have separate personal space. The decks offer wonderful views of the ocean. Kitchen and living area in the upstairs unit provide are spacious for family dinners and game nights!

Perfect Location; Perfect House

Our stay at Studio Sea was perfect! The house was just as described. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. My husband and I were traveling with my brother-in-law, and having the "apartment" on the ground floor was good for us. The house had everything we could have possibly needed with a fully stocked kitchen; plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, and pans. There are also lots of games and puzzles if you have any rainy days. We only had one. The pool is awesome! I spent a lot of time in and around it. There is always a sunny spot! The porch and rooftop deck are the perfect places to relax and enjoy listening to the birds sing and the waves smack the sand. The house is located a block (and 2 roads) away from the beach at an access point with no steps (I know this is important if you are taking a cart to the beach). David, the owner, is very easy to work with and is very attentive to anything you might need or if you have any questions. We really enjoyed our week at Studio Sea and hope to return in the future!

Amazing!

Studio by the Sea was the perfect place for our family. This was our first time visiting St. George’s Island and we are now looking forward to many more trips in the future. Beach just a short walk away, our kids loved the pool, & star gazing on the top deck was fantastic! Thanks David for sharing your home!

Convenient beach house

Great location on island considering it was not beach front. Easy and quick walk to public beach access. Beach was not crowded in that area either. Host was very responsive to questions.

We loved everything about this house, host, and location! This is a perfect place to stay with two families and the location was ideal for walking back and forth to the beach! The host was amazing as he answered any questions we had promptly and was very helpful before, during and after our stay. We would stay here again and highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Studio Sea. We might even book again 😊 The host was an excellent communicator and answered all questions I had prior. I will say the top floor flooring was in need of a deep cleaning, but it’s summer so I’m sure finding the time is hard. The pool was so nice…the pool lounge chairs need to be replaced bad though(they’re like splitting). But it was so hot we stayed in the pool anyways. It does have 2 separate living quarters. 1 family can stay upstairs and the second down. And they ONLY connect from the outside. So keep that in mind if you book for yourself and kids. The washing machine and dryer’s downstairs, which wasn’t an issue for us, but might be for some. Quiet neighbors who I believe live there year round. All in all it was great vacation and a lovely place. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking!

New Favorite Rental

Loved everything about the house and location. The separate living quarters gave the teenagers privacy and us some peace and quiet! LOL. Will definitely book again. The night time swimming with the cool pool lights were a big hit!

Amazing host! Easy to communicate with and answers questions quickly. Was out of town and still had his family check in with us to make sure it was all ok! Super clean, lots of room and there were 10 of us! 5 min walk to the beach so very easy to get back and forth. Perfect week! Thank you!

Perfect House/Perfect Host

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at Studio Sea. We love it so much, we’ve already booked again for next year. The property is well kept, nicely furnished and clean. It’s a very short walk to the beach. The host, David Mann, is just a moments call away and is super responsive and goes out of his way to make us feel welcome.

Perfect home for my dog and me!

This house was terrific one block across from public beach access with a boardwalk. Beds were comfy every thing was super clean. Enjoyed the pool and sundeck. Best of all got to bring my dog! Will be back

Perfect location for an Island Getaway

Loved the cottage, pool, location and amenities of this home away from home. From the time we arrived the peaceful feel was amazing. Across the street one block is a boardwalk that is direct beach access. Great food and live music witnin a mile or so and the Island has so much to offer! Historical Apalachicola is 10 minutes away. Perfect! Thank you for sharing your beach home.

Best location

This has been my family's 4th year coming to Saint George Island and to this house. It is absolutely perfect for a family of 5 and 2 dogs. The house is clean David is very responsive. Are Ac went out when we got there (one of the hottest days saint george has seen in a while) and David was right on it and got it fixed very quickly. One thing i love is that the house is 1 block from the beach. We will definitely be back again next year. Thank you again David for letting us rent your beach house for the week!!

Great Stay

Great location close to the beach. It was very warm, so the private pool was nice. Comfortable space and the owner was very responsive. We would recommend to others or stay there again if we vacation on SGI again.

Great Property on a quiet beach

This was our first time on St. George Island and this house was in a perfect spot. A 5-minute walk to the beach or you can park your car at the beach. It is right at the beach access. My wife and I came down with our 3 teenagers, 2 dogs, and 2 of their friends and had plenty of room. Our two girls and their friends enjoyed staying in the downstairs area, staying up late, and watching movies. We enjoyed the porch in the mornings and sitting by the private pool. David is great to work with and if I had questions he was quick with a response. We will definitely be back.

We loved the relaxed vibe of this property. The pool and roof view were great fun. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach and the bike trail right there.

The pool was a lifesaver!

The property was great, located about a block from the beach. It had everything we needed to get through the week. Sadly, it was very rainy all week with red and double red flag warnings so swimming in the gulf was limited. We were at the house often and throughly enjoyed the pool, puzzles and games. David is an exceptional host and responded quickly to any questions we had. It was also so convenient to be able to park our family member’s boat there on the property with plenty of hose to rinse it off after a day out. Thank you, David, for use of your home for a fantastic week (despite the weather working against us)!!

Cozy Beach Cottage

We enjoyed our stay at Studio Sea very much. Nice little beach cottage that made us feel "at home" . We have no complaints. The owner is very easy to communicate with. The walk to the beach is easy, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool! The only part we didn't like was that we had to check out 😥

I first visited St. George Island as a result of a search for a pet-friendly vacation destination with great fishing and beautiful beaches. My family fell in love with the island and we visited for many years before eventually purchasing Studio Sea. I now enjoy spending my winters at Studio Sea and being able to share it with others in the summers.
