Esta joya rústica se encuentra en la curva del río en New Richmond, en el río Lower Kalamazoo. ¡El sueño de los pescadores hecho realidad! Muelle flotante con pozo de fuego en la orilla del río. Capacidad para 4 personas, cama de tamaño completo en el dormitorio 1 y literas en el dormitorio 2, ducha, agua caliente y electricidad. Estufa, refrigerador de dormitorio, microondas, parrilla pequeña. Nuestra propiedad privada se encuentra a fines de la 57, donde termina en New Richmond Bridge County Park. El histórico puente giratorio figura en el Registro de Puentes Históricos y Monumentos Históricos y ahora está abierto solo al tráfico peatonal. Hay un paseo marítimo a lo largo de la orilla del río que hace que los paseos matutinos sean divinos a lo largo del río y un gran lugar para relajarse y hacer cola.

This is definitely rustic but being right on the river is beautiful. This is the 3rd year we have stayed there and my husband loves the fishing. The host is so kind and stays in communication with you. Love this place!

A very cute, cozy cabin. The host was very helpful and accomidating. One small suggestion, my 13 year old daughter really wished there was a mirror for her to use to do her makeup.

Nice Stay

This was a nice time for us to relax and unwind for a few days. We might plan on visiting again in the future! The kayak rental is nice and close, and the river is very peaceful and calming. You might want to bring your own fan. Nice neighborhood. Overall good experience.

Relaxing getaway

The cabin was a peaceful oasis right on the river! They had a fire pit to relax at night and a swing by a picnic table to enjoy my morning coffee and watch the sunrise. Great location, close to holland but far enough out to get peace and quiet.

Cozy, calming cabin

A nice, quiet cabin next to the river. Close to many great spots to visit in the area, but a great spot to relax outside at the end of the day.

Nice location on river but dock wasn't safe to walk on. Cabin was clean and bed comfortable. No bathroom sink or mirror and shower & toilet was on what appeared to be a closed in front porch and the microwave and fridge was in same location. Very little hot water and hot water heater did not recover very well. I overpaid for this location.

Amazing getaway

This little cabin was perfect for my wife and I to get a chance to reconnect. We enjoyed the peace and quiet at the cabin and the short drive into Holland for an amazing dinner.

Great little getaway!

This cabin is exactly as listed - and is perfect for a weekend away. Quiet and such a beautiful view on the river. Julie was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to camp and explore the SW Michigan area!

As billed, it's a rustic cabin! Beautiful location right on a bend of the Kalamazoo River. Very close to Fennville and Saugatuck (7 and 15 minutes, respectively). The cabin itself, as has been mentioned in other reviews, is very bare bones and shows its age a little in places, but we found it to be clean and stocked with the necessaries. Probably wouldn't want to spend a rainy day cooped up in there but we lucked out with weather and spent the majority of our stay outside enjoying the scenic location. The nearby glampers were a little loud at night, and there are occasional freight trains passing through, so bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. And be sure to rent a canoe or kayak next door and explore this lovely stretch of the river if you get the chance - it was definitely the highlight of our trip!

A bit of paradise

The charm and peace of the White House was wonderful. It was a perfect weekend getaway to relax and connect to nature and the River made the perfect backdrop. Hosts Julie and Bill made our stay even more special as they are very accommodating and we enjoyed there hospitality very much. We will visit again soon.

Julie was a phenomenal host. The wife and I was looking for some peace and quiet and we found every bit of it in this little cabin. Julie supplies are the basic essentials needed to get through a camping trip. The scenery was perfect.

Great place, but small house for 2 people max

The place is wonderful. But the house had giant ants, and the kids were afraid. The linens were only on the bed and not on the couch. Only one towel, old and ripped. No cutting board. Disposable dishes were piled behind the furniture, and we felt they were dirty and used our own. The house is good for 2 people max. But overall, we had a great time there. The river view is incredible.

Incredible old school cottage

Absolutely awesome! Super private, and quiet! Perfect river in front of the cottage for paddle boarding, kayaking, or canoeing! Our host, Julie was amazing and super professional! Can’t wait to stay there again! Highly recommend!!
