Minutes to the lift, seconds to the hot tub!

Clean, cozy and bright condo on Mount Crested Butte. 2 bed, 2 bath and large loft. Great location! Only 400 feet (5 minute walk), from the base of Crested Butte Mountain Resort with direct access to the Mt. Crested Butte lifts. A quick walk to catch a shuttle into town. Newly updated and very well furnished with everything for your Mountain Getaway!

The condo bolsters ground floor access and parking right out the front door. There are 2 living rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 queen bedrooms with brand new mattresses (as of Aug 2023), and high quality linens and furniture throughout. The hot tub is only a few short steps from the front door for a relaxing soak after a day on the slopes or the trails.

Our unit is allotted 2 spaces and comes with 2 parking passes permits for our guest's vehicles.

It was a great setup for what we needed. Like most ski condos in CB, it is well-loved, but all the furniture and many of the finishes were newer with a cute, modern-mountain vibe. The space was great for a family getaway and the host was responsive when we had a question. Would book again.

This was the perfect place for us. Big kitchen table to play games, comfortable sectional couch we relaxed and talked, private bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Our family met mid-point between the two cities we live in and had a relaxing fun few days together. Lots of room for more people and just perfect for four of us.Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The layout is fun. The deck is perfect for morning coffee to after-hike drinks. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were adequate. We appreciated the in unit washer/dryer. We did not use the hot tub.Room for improvement: * timely communication of check-in info*the sliding glass door needs some love*sish soap to wash a few dishes rather than having to run the dishwasher*the check out time online, in the guest book within the property, and with the cleaners was inconsistent

Location is Great

Overall a good property. Location is fantastic, close by. You do need to understand that there is 72 steps you must traverse up and down one way in ski boots. Please understand that you need to have a level of fitness not really mentioned here. Hot tub is seconds away, but note that you will most likely be sharing it with a lot of people and what we found, young people power drinking and stacking beer cans 20 high. May not be something you want your young kids as part of. Out of the entire week, we got to use it once. Just wanted to keep reality at work here. Loft is cool for kids, as an adult you may end up in the hospital trying to get in and out of it. Unit is a bit dated, but I don't really care to be honest with you. I wasn't there to be in luxury to be honest with you. Net net, I don't mind the walk, I am in shape and the kids needed the excersize. You just have to ensure they are careful. I watched two people eat it on the way down one morning.

Great stay!

Easy check in and quick/reliable communication with owners. Location was great, tho it will be even better once the foot bridge is back open! The condo itself was lovely. Such a cute place. The first floor layout suited us perfectly, and the outdoor balcony was such a nice place to drink coffee in the morning! Overall a great spot. The only issue we had was the hot tub opening time wasn’t consistent. We had to call since it wasn’t open when it said it was going to be; but they did send someone over immediately after we called. Overall a great getaway weekend in CB!

Just a quick walk to the lift

We had a great stay at this cozy condo. A quick walk to and from the slopes with easy access to the town shuttle. The hosts were also quick to respond to any and all questions. Highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful stay for ski vacation

My friend and I had a great stay here for a week long ski vacation. The location is perfect, it's a very short walk to the lifts! We also really enjoyed the automatic pellet stove after a long day of skiing.

Amazing location and property!

The location of this property is amazing for visiting Mount Crested Butte! We had a great trip and loved this property. It worked perfectly for our family of four. Highly recommend and will be back.
