Summary:
Newly remodeled condo, on shuttle route, hot tub, garage. This condo requires climbing one flight of stairs to access the unit and stairs inside the unit. There is parking for 2 vehicles, one in the garage.
The Space:
Beautifully renovated, conveniently located Mountain Sunrise Condo 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, with garage. This property is a perfect location to launch your adventures in Crested Butte! Map out your favorite front side runs on Mt. Crested Butte from the living room window and catch the free shuttle to the base area just steps from the condo entrance.
Upon walking up to the 2nd floor entrance, you will find yourself in the main living area of the condo where you can warm up in front of the fireplace (electric) and enjoy a movie on the large smart television. The space is warm and comfortable and a great place to wind down after a long day playing in the mountains. Also on this floor you will find a dining area that seats 6 comfortably and a fully stocked kitchen with all new necessities to make eating in easy. On a warm day you can enjoy the deck just off the living room with expansive views of the Mt Crested Butte area.
On the next floor up you will find the primary bedroom suite that features a king sized bed, a smart TV, private deck and ensuite bathroom complete with a soaking tub. Enjoy your coffee on the private deck just off the primary bedroom. A guest bedroom can also be found on this level with a queen bed, smart TV and a full-sized bathroom with a shower.
On the top floor of the condo there is a bunk room with a twin over queen bed, a large smart TV and a dedicated work space (desk will be avail Dec of 2025).
All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils, and small appliances like a blender, crockpot, coffee maker, microwave and toaster. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.
There is a garage for storing all your gear and 1 vehicle. 2 parking spaces are available to you with one being the garage space. In the garage there is a full size washer and dryer and an extra full size refrigerator.
Outside, and just about a 100 feet from your condo is a shared hot tub for the complex and a grill that is for communal use. The hot tub is open seasonally for the entire winter season and roughly mid-June to the end of September. If this amenity is important to you in the early summer or fall please do reach out and we can confirm if it is or will be open. Please note there is not a grill at the condo itself. The hot tub s open Memorial Day to October 1st for summer use. And in the winter it is open Opening day of the ski season (the day before Thanksgiving) until Closing Day at the resort.
Unfortunately this complex cannot accommodate trailers of any kind and pets are NOT allowed.
All of our properties have a 5 night minimum for the main summer of 6/26-8/8/2026 until 1/1/2026 at which point our minimum night stays will be reduced to 3 nights.
The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, except for children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian.
Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.
