Welcome to the Atlantic Ocean! You will be staying in a DIRECT OCEANFRONT VIEW CORNER UNIT condo on the 4th floor. Living room has direct straight-on view and view up the coast to the north (windows on two sides). Both bedrooms have direct view of the beach. No road to cross -- walk out the building onto the sand. Our building is located on a quiet private beach with miles of sand in either direction. You will have this entire 2BR/2BA condo with fully equipped kitchen all to yourself.

You will have the entire 1000 sq. ft. condo to yourself.

Big screen cable TV in master bedroom and living room. Spacious master bedroom suite with Queen-size bed, walk-in-closet, and vanity area. Second bedroom has two twin beds and a trundle bed. Sleeper sofa in living room. Kitchen fully equipped.

You will be amazed by the ocean views! The balcony sits directly over the ocean. You'll want to spend hours reading a book, sipping wine or just watching the waves from the ample seating provided.

Walk for miles on our family-friendly beach. The sand stretches for miles in either direction. Enjoy surfing, boogie-boarding, collecting shells or just relaxing in the chairs we provide. This beach is never crowded so you'll have plenty of space to yourself!

We are under 10 minutes south of Cocoa Beach, and one hour east of Orlando. Spend the day at Disney and come back to the beach at night! Have the best of both worlds being in quiet Satellite Beach and only five minutes away from Cocoa Beach attractions. Satellite Beach/Melbourne area has GREAT restaurants, a world-class tennis center minutes away, and golf close by.

Both bedrooms have direct view of the beach. This unit is closest to the beach in the whole building. Sitting on the balcony is practically like sitting on the sand below. No road to cross -- walk out the building onto the sand. Our building is located on a quiet private beach with miles of sand in either direction.

You will be amazed by the ocean views! The balcony sits directly over the ocean. You'll want to spend hours reading a book, sipping wine or just watching the waves from the ample seating provided. View rocket launches directly from your balcony!

Walk for miles on our family-friendly beach. The sand stretches for miles in either direction. Enjoy surfing, boogie-boarding, collecting shells or just relaxing in the chairs we provide. This beach is never crowded so you'll have plenty of space to yourself!

We can sleep up to 7 people. In addition to bedrooms there is a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room and a cot.

Rental was exactly as described. Host provides just about everything you can think of making the stay a breeze. View from balcony is perfect. Definitely worth staying here, especially for the price.

I recently stayed at Sandpiper Towers in Satellite Beach and had such a great experience. The location couldn’t be better, right on the beach, with gorgeous sunrise views and the sound of the waves as the perfect background music. The building itself is older but very well maintained, and it has that relaxed, Old Florida charm that makes you instantly feel at home. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a peaceful getaway. The balcony was my favorite spot, I spent mornings sipping coffee and evenings watching the moonlight reflect on the ocean. I even got an early morning launch my first day. Everyone I encountered, from staff to residents, was friendly and welcoming. Parking was easy, and the beach access was just steps away, perfect for spontaneous walks or collecting shells. Overall, Sandpiper Towers is a hidden gem on the Space Coast. It’s not flashy or crowded, just laid-back, cozy, and beautiful. Already planning for another stay!

Relaxing getaway

We enjoyed our stay so much. It was just what we needed, a slow relaxed paced vacation. We enjoyed watching the sea turtles surf, we got to watch a rocket launch from the balcony and the quiet of the beach. I loved that it wasn't over crowded and the people and businesses in the area were friendly and welcoming.

Relaxing Beachside Getaway

Older but well kept condo with all the household amenities needed. The patio on the beach side of the ocean with the morning sunrise and the calming rolling waves were spectacular. Easy access to the beach for daily walks was the icing on the cake.

Awesome spot

Great location. It turned out to be a cold and rainy weekend, so having a protected balcony overhanging the beach was perfect. Listing says the beach access at Seagull Beach is 100 yards away - that is just plain not true. It is 3x that. But, they were building the stairs to the beach when we left, so likely not an issue for long anyway.

Almost perfect

We would stay again for the beautiful view. The laundry room had no working dryers and the dishwasher was broken. Some of the dishes were less than clean. Other than that it was very relaxing! Location, location, location. It will be extremity nice once pools are working and direct beach access is restored.

Good Times

This property is exactly as Steve describes it. The views are incredible. There are a few slight cosmetic things that need updating but nothing that takes away from the stay. The reconstruction of the sea wall and pool are ongoing but knowing that going in, there weren't any surprises. Access to the beach is a short walk but easy to get to. I did exactly as I planned. Sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee or just sitting there was enough for a great vacation! Thanks Steve for being a great host!

Beautiful View

The most outstanding thing about this property is the view from the balcony. Perfect place to watch the sunrise or just enjoy the waves rolling in! Everything was as described online. The building is dated and not fancy. The condo was clean, except for grit on the floors, but you are on the beach! I look forward to staying again when the construction is finished. It would have been better if the beach access on property had been opened. But we knew that before booking. It was a great stay. Definitely recommended this property. Steve was good about communicating with us.

The condo was older than expected. Bathrooms and kitchens appear to be original. Watch out for the master bath shower rod, it will fall on you. Good luck figuring out how to operate the coffee pot, we just walked across the street to get coffee and breakfast each day. We never could figure out how to operate the tv in the living room area. Living room furniture is more like patio/outdoor furniture, not very comfortable. Needing keys to get in and out was annoying, it will take 2 hands, one to turn the key and one to pull the door open. Ceiling in main bathroom was falling down, be careful. Location was amazing but the condo felt dingy. The beach equipment is old and rusty, so bring your own. The balcony was awesome, comfortable gliding chairs. We had fun, but won't stay at this condo again. The owner mentioned that we shoukd be careful with the duvet cover but we never fiund a duvet cover on any of the beds. One big bed and 2 twin beds, only 2 bedrooms. Ceiling fans were also outdated, we were afraid to turn one on...but it worked fine. Good luck closing the closet doors... we couldn't get the linen closet door closed after we opened it. The condo feels neglected and could use some upgrades and updates, in my opinion.

Comfortable, beautiful accommodations

This listing exceeded our expectations! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the beds and living room furniture were super comfortable. We absolutely loved the corner apartment with views from the balcony, bedrooms and living room. The beach was right there! We were only there for 3 days, so didn't do much cooking as we love all the local restaurants. But morning coffee and bagels on the balcony were heavenly. Of course, it was a perfect time of year, so sitting in the morning sun was not too hot. It was fun to spot the dolphins, and we liked watching the early morning surfers. We spent a couple of afternoons on the beach, which is clean, very close, and easy to get to from the building. Chairs, beach towels and beach supplies are all there for your use. We did have trouble operating the tv, but that's because we just don't get some of the technology. It wasn't a big deal. The building was quiet, a huge plus for us, and there were no annoying lights. Depending on your likes, there are many nice seafood restaurants nearby. We particularly liked Squidlips where we dined on the deck at sunset. Our host was on the ball and quickly responded to our questions during check-in. We did have a little trouble unlocking the lockbox, but, again, that was just our inexperience with that type of box. All was resolved quickly. All in all, this was a lovely experience.

dated condo, excellent view

My sister and I stayed in the condo from February 18th to the 22nd. Building and unit itself is extremely dated including appliances. Dishwasher did not work. Pantry items were limited so bring your own coffee etc. The entire condo reeked of antiseptic blocks kept in both toilets. The entire exterior of the condo is under renovations due to damage suffered during the last big storm. The pool is gone. The sea wall is being repaired therefore you cannot access the beach from the condo you need to walk several hundred yards down the street and access through the public beach. Parking is limited due to all the construction vehicles and work trucks out front. Also, half of the parking garage is closed. All that being said the view from your balcony is spectacular. The ocean is literally below you.

South Patrick Shores

The property is under refurbishing. About 75% of the exterior of the building has been re-stuccoed and painted and about 25% of the front of the building is still to be completed. The lobby was clean and nice as was the hallway on the fourth floor. Aesthetically speaking, the curb appeal of the building is not great from the road, but the completed refurbishing from the beach side is nice. There is no pool as the sea wall was broken and it appears as if a major undertaking needs to occur to repair/replace it. There was very little landscaping and a piece of machinery was in place at the back of the property which may be used in the future for the sea wall work. The balcony was redone and the furniture on it appeared to be new and the view and location of the unit was excellent. As for the unit itself, it appeared to be in need refurbishing and exhibited the wear and tear of a rental. There were some maintenance issues that were brought to the attention of the owner who was responsive. The kitchen appliances were older and the dish washer was broken. The owner offered a small credit for the inconvenience of there being no dishwasher and advised that a new one would be installed after my departure.

The condo is adorable and directly on the beach! The highlight of our stay was when we got to see a shuttle launch over the water from our balcony. I would highly recommend staying at this condo.

We had a wonderful getaway to the beach! Our host, Steve, was a great communicator and the condo was terrific- spacious, clean, comfortable and with great views of the beach. When the description indicates you are steps from the beach, it was correct. We took the elevator downstairs and walked out the back door straight onto the beach. It is pet friendly and my maltipoo enjoyed running on the sand and had the best time. Weather is cool in January but the plentiful sunshine and perfect blue skies were perfect. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal if you want to eat in. Parking and directions were easy. We will definitely book this vacation spot again!!
