Este pintoresco alquiler de 3 dormitorios / 3 baños se encuentra en el corazón de Seagrove Beach (al sur de 30A) y está a pocos pasos del acceso a la playa del vecindario. El condominio cuenta con un amplio balcón al que se puede acceder desde la sala de estar principal, así como desde el dormitorio principal. ¡Incluso puede capturar algunas vistas del golfo desde el balcón!La cocina está totalmente equipada para el chef de vacaciones, pero hay varios restaurantes increíbles cerca.

The location is great for a short walk to the beach and access to the local restaurants. I believe the price per night was high due to the unit being older without many updates and the furniture was worn with stains. The golf cart shuttle to the beach was perfect when going with small children.

Awesome complex!

We loved our stay! It had so many nice touches like books to read, all the kitchen supplies we would need, and beach chairs and supplies in the outside closet to use. It is a short walk to the beach, through the parking lot and maybe around 150 feet from the beach but, there is no street to cross. You can’t see the beach from this particular building in the complex but, it has a nice view of the pool.

Good! But…

Property is great and so is the location, but the floor was dirty, sticky. We had to mop the floors and we talked to the property manager about the garbage disposal and we left with it still broken. One observation is the beach close to us was private. It was a beautiful beach but we had to walk a little more then we should have. We had a nice stay.

Cute place, just not what we expected

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off, Michael and Kelly were absolutely amazing and responsive, and a dream to work with. The rental was clean. However, the room was on the 3rd floor (I may have missed that on the description) and it was hard to lug up 4 kids and all of our luggage/grocery hauls. While the place is as pictured, it is way too crammed. It says it can sleep up to 10 people (which we were 6 adults and 4 kids), which it did, but even for just two people to get around and try to use the space it was all very tight. Also, there appears to have been a new agreement with the beach access that was not in place when we booked. While there is a golf trolley that will take you from the condos to the beach, half the time the guy who drove the cart was had someone else who would just drive along with him for hours. Also, the beach signs for "Private Beach" was moved on a daily basis and we constantly had to move, which was a pain with ten people. We had a great time and made the best out of it, but would probably try a location next time that has more room to move around and that is easier accessible to the beach.

Our group of 10 could not sleep here comfortably!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 6 kids and 4 adults with us and it did not sleep us comfortably. After a rough nights sleep with 2 adults and 1 child in a king size bed a 12 yr old that’s almost 6 ft tall on the twin sleeper and one too many on the top bunk we decided to call and see if there was another property we could move to. When we first arrived there was jelly and things spilled all over the kitchen cabinets, hair in the showers and coffee all over one wall. The floors were dirty when I wiped something up with a Clorox wipe it was dark brown, the master bedroom fan was so dusty we cleaned it before turning it on. The owner did send someone to clean again and it was better but the floors were still gross and the sleeping arrangements didn’t work for us. After spending $1800 on a 5 night trip we ended up booking another place that we could all sleep comfortably in and sit together in the living space. Sad that we wasted so much money but it was the first trip for my sister and her 4 kids in 6 years so we wanted it to be enjoyable. I think the listing should say sleeps 8. We were offered an air mattress but there’s literally no place to put one.

Perfect location, lovely condo

The location was perfect. Half a block from the sugar dunes beach access. The owners were so kind in their replies even offering tips and suggestions for dining. The condo was clean, well furnished, plenty of amenities including enough dishes and silverware to feed an army. The pool was a great size, the beach was perfect and every detail was well thought out, even down to the TVs in every room and the associated, East to operate technology. My family and I will be back. Couldn’t have asked for a better get away or kinder owners.

Great family trip

We were a family of 5 (With kids4 and under) with grandparents and a friend and everyone had plenty of space. The large table was great for our meals and the balcony was a plenty big space place to start and plan out our day over coffee. The proximity to the beach and pool was so convenient. We rented and brought bikes and did not move our car the entire stay. We were there the first week of October and the weather was perfect, some cooler mornings, but every day was warm enough to swim. Kelly and Michael were so helpful with my many questions leading up to our stay. I would recommend this property!

cute place

Cute place. Appliances were somewhat lacking. Broken handle on microwave (like that when we arrived). Something yucky (maybe rust) on exterior of refrigerator door, but clean on inside. Mattresses were very firm. Overall, cute and nice for a beach getaway. Short walk to beach and we enjoyed location. Thanks!
