Clean and spacious, more room really than what the pictures appear. Loved that it was a lower level. It said there wouldnt be hair dryers but both bathrooms had the wall mounted hair dryers.

The condo was ok. My o ly main complaint was the cleanliness. When we arrived one of the chairs outside was broke, their was check in paperwork from a past guest in June 2026 ( we were there July 30th), their were two dirty cups in the cupboard, and in a bedroom there was a pair of womens shorts with a lipstick. The elevators could be a lengthy wait. The amenities were great but the pics were a little dated.

We’ve shared your notes with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so the chair will be repaired or replaced, housekeeping will reinforce turnover checklists (including checking cupboards and removing any left items), and we’ll address the paperwork oversight. We’ll also pass your elevator wait concerns to building management and plan to update the listing photos to better reflect the condo. We appreciate your comments about the amenities and for bringing these issues to our attention. We hope to host you again.

Overall the stay was great. The saute pans need replacing but all others were in great shape.

Panama beach trip

We had a great time. Even though it snowed. Loved waking up to the Gulf of Mexico everyday. We plan on coming back

Great stay

Loved this place! The condo was clean and spacious enough for our family of 8. The kids absolutely loved the pool area. The only somewhat downside of the stay was the elevator wait, but nothing to crazy we couldn't handle. All in all, i would stay here again in the future.

Family Vacation

The unit was perfect for our family. I liked that it was on the end of the building. The amenities are fantastic. And you can rent beach chairs right at the resort.

Great Trip

We had a blast this year. We were there 10 days and we did have some rain but all in all it was amazing. Our room was wonderful and being on the 2nd floor we were able to get in and out with no issues.

Family vacation

Everything was nice and clean. View from the balcony was great! The blackets on the beds were very thin...would recommend bringing extra. We really enjoyed it! Would definitely go back!

Fall PCB Getaway

This was perfect for our family. The double king master bedrooms, both with balcony access, was perfect. The bunk bed with the trundle was perfect for the toddler! Exceptionally clean. Absolutely would recommend!!

Family Vacation

This condo was perfect for our family the employees are very friendly and helpful. Our kids 3 and 1 yr old loved the splash pad and lazy river the most! Just steps from the beach we hope to visit again in the future!! A+++++++

Cold but awesome Spring Break!

Our stay at Splash Resort was our 2nd trip to this room! We love it here! Super clean! Zero complaints on cleanliness. We only regret it was cold weather but we love this room! The staff at Splash resort are sooo nice!

Spring Break

The property was large and had plenty of room for the 7 of us. We really enjoyed the oversized balcony and the large rooms. The condo was beautiful and fit our needs. My only suggestion would be to have a door that closed of the toilet from the rest of the bathroom!

Splash review

Great location. The property is close to all the things to do in Panama City Beach. The beach was very close to the condo. The only access to the beach is a set of steps so if you are bringing a wagon, have a buddy to help you carry the wagon down the steps. The pools were great to visit after a day at the ocean.

It was a great place had everything plus more. Would had a better weekend if the weather wasn’t so bad. Also the smoke alarm kept going off and it was had to get in touch with someone about it other than that it was great

The kitchen and living room were nice. It was very clean the bed room furniture and kitchen table was worn. A knob to the dresser draw was missing. One of the kitchen chairs was broken. The sliding bathroom doors were hard to slide and did not lock. The view and location is perfect! The fitness center stunk bad!! The property bathrooms stunk. The beach was perfect and the store across the street was nice. Lots of pool options.

Wonderful family vacation

The property was more than I expected. The condo was very roomy which was really nice since we had children ages 5 to 11. The beds were comfortable and the outside balcony was amazing. My elderly parents loved the balcony since they could not go to ocean due to health issues. But they could see all of the great grandkids playing on the beach, which they loved. I would recommend this place. They are very family friendly. Lots for kids to do.
