Surrounded by swaying palm trees, you’ll be able to hear the crashing waves and feel the fresh offshore breezes from your oceanfront deck. With 4 king beds and sleeping space for up to 32 people, tons of outdoor deck space, a private dune walkover to the beach, a charcoal grill, and an outdoor shower, every detail has been accommodated at this unforgettable holiday home on the open sea.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: There is room for 5 cars in the driveway.

Hello private beachfront paradise! The main level great room is completely open, with a wall of windows facing the sea. Vaulted ceilings add to the modern and airy vibe. Outside through the glass doors, an oceanfront deck beckons you to slip out of your flip flops and relax on one of the comfortable lounge chairs. Listen to the sound of the waves crashing against the shore and the call of the seagulls as you soak up the sun or sit in the shade with a frosty cocktail.

The stylish kitchen features a huge quartz-topped island— 30 feet long! White cabinets, two dishwashers, and a commercial-grade refrigerator face the ocean views, while additional glass-front cabinets and workspaces are around the corner. There is ample seating between the seats at the island and the nearby dining table. Your whole family will love to gather together in this bright space over warm mugs of coffee in the mornings or cocktails at happy hour. A door off the kitchen leads into a convenient laundry room and pantry.

Down the hallway, a guest bedroom suite has a king-size bed and a full attached bathroom. Two more bedrooms each have king-sized beds. Two flexible bunk rooms have two twin-over-twin-size built-in bunks. Two full bathrooms can be accessed from both hallways.

On the third floor, a guest bedroom has a full-size bed and a cozy reading nook. Across the way, another bedroom has a king-size bed and attached bunk room with two full-size beds and four-twin size beds. This spacious room also has a sun-drenched, private balcony with show-stopping ocean views. The ensuite bathroom has a deep soaking tub and step-in shower.

On the ground floor, a game room and hang-out space has one queen-size and two full-size beds. An outdoor shower is ideal after a sandy day at the shore. The spacious covered patio has a barbeque grill, picnic tables, and a swaying hammock for an afternoon siesta in the shade. To get to the beach, simply walk over your private weathered boardwalk and down into the warm sand and salty surf of the Gulf of Mexico. Westwind is a flawless, private beachfront paradise on the Texas coast.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
