Little lack of communication…got me me a little worrisome cause didn’t have any information regarding entry code to enter the apartment until 10 minutes before check in,eve though I call and texted the host but they didn’t answer neither.Other than that,the location was awesome,the kitchen needs a little update,not welcoming to cook,best for me was the bed very comfy got some good sleep.

Feel like i was home. El trato de los dueños, impresionante. Ellos estaban pendientes a que lo pasaramos bien. Vuelvo otra vez. El condo con la mejor localización. Tienes para entretenerte de todo. Casino, club brava en el hotel san juan. Musica hispana en vivo tambien en el hotel san juan. Caminando son 3 minutos del condo.

Our stay at Coral Beach in San Juan was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, and till we left it was very easy. The property was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The location was perfect—just steps away from the beach, with easy access to local restaurants and attractions. The host went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, offering great help when we left our sunglasses behind and ensuring we had everything we needed. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying sunset walks on the beach were highlights of our trip. We can’t wait to return!

Great cozy apartment for our stay for a week. Beach front, pool, parking, plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance. Having a wash/dryer in the Apt was such a convenance even though they also have a common area wash in the lobby. Beach chairs, and coolers provided by the host was a big plus!Will surely Book this place again in the near future!!

Careful, you’re gonna break something, but it’s in a great location.

Not as nice as it looks. Bathroom could use a good deep cleaning. The shower is fine for rinsing off, but it’s not nice. You’ll have to turn down the automatic air fresheners so that you don’t gag on them. The microwave handle is held together with super glue,so be careful, and when the coffee pot overflows, the owner is going to try to charge you 600 for a new countertop. Otherwise the location is great. Really perfect for a weekend in San Juan with kids. Very close to the beach and restaurants and the grocery store is a 10 minute walk away.

Yearly trip to PR

The studio is in a great location. The space for hanging clothes is great. There are all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The bed is very comfortable! The location is closer to the road side than the beach but the awning on the patio makes up for that. Air conditioning and internet worked fine. There was always plenty of hot water for showers. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

If you are looking for a beach vacation this area has the best beaches. The location is excellent and the common areas very nice. The apartment needs updating mainly the bathroom but it looks as advertised. Good for two adults and maybe one kid.

Good with the Bad

Only one key fob. Two would have been helpful. Furnishings, comforter set, pillows and all are very old and stained. Walls were not clean especially wall in kitchen housing trash can. Lost electricity at no fault to owners. Not ocean front but a partial view of an amazing ocean. Pool is outstanding. Unable to access the ocean in the evening hours as makeshift gate is locked. Rotating door to ocean was taped off and unable to access which required the gate to be monitored by staff to allow entrance and exit from ocean when available. Required to walk blocks away for open access via other property to reach ocean. Playground broken and taped off so unable to use with 6yo grand daughter. Needed instructions on how to open the exterior front door. Layers of chipped dirty paint on bathroom light switch. Bathroom very small and uncomfortable for one. Unable to enter bathroom without stepping into shower. Grocery stores and Walgreens nearby as well as fast foods. Uber readily available. Close to airport -you can hear them land while sleeping. Very very noisy due to remodeling of other units. Never slept in past 7-8am. Only given 2 bath towels for 3 people for 8 days. W/D available. We bought trash bags to manage garbage and keep baskets clean as required. Love Isla de Verde! Jet skiing and parasailing access short walk down the beach. Very enjoyable activities!

Great stay!

We have been traveling to PR for a few years and always stay in this area. This was by far the nicest unit that we have ever stayed in. The host had all the amenities that a family would need for a beach vacation. We will definitely be staying here for years to come.

unbeatable location

The unit could use some updating (a coat of paint, a lamp by the bed and a comfortable sofa would add appeal), but it was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the beach from one end of the balcony and the view of the lively street scene from the other end. The parking is easy, the beach access is right at the edge of the property and there are restaurants and shops just across the street. We would definitely return to this rental!

Horrible stay Puerto Rico very sad for me nurse Iris Lopez

VRBO Customer support, I am writing to address issues regarding my recent stay in Puerto Rico. I rented a home on VRBO hoping to relax as I work full time as a nurse and my experience added to the stress I was feeling. I reached out to my host regarding several issues. I did not have internet access for 9 days, I was hoping to catch up on work and examinations I needed to complete, I was unable to do so. This was a huge reason why I selected a home with WIFI service.The host finally brought in a replacement modem because she claimed her old modem was the issue, she arrived in the early morning with no previous discussion. She never provided me with the username and password to utilize the new modem. I was without Wi-Fi the entirety of my stay.To make matters worse, the unit had no electricity for over 24 hours, and I woke up in the blistering heat. I was not offered an alternative stay or any accommodation such as a fan or portable A/C unit. I suffer from asthma, I had to leave the unit to stay with family that lived very far away from where I needed to be.I complained about a terrible smell coming from the sink, possibly a rotten food compactor.Even though the unit was neat and well decorated it still was not up to par for guests due to all the issues. I would like VRBO to investigate this matter as I would like a refund for my inconvenience. Thank you
