The master bathroom has a shower, towels and plenty of storage for toiletries and cosmetics. The second bedroom has two twin beds, TV with cable and FireStick, a dresser and night table with ample drawer space and a large closet. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination, towels and large medicine cabinet. Both bedrooms have windows that look out to the spectacular view of the ocean and beach. There are several closets across from the kitchen, which include a stacked washer/dryer, a utility closet that houses the vacuum, ironing board and step stools, and a pantry closet for dishes, pots and pans. Kitchen includes a dishwasher, full stove, microwave, refrigerator, small appliances and cooking utensils.There is a breakfast counter with stools as well as a 4-seater dining room table. The living room boasts a large comfortable couch, two side chairs, a large screen TV, which is connected to a DVR/cable box and Roku. High speed wireless enables the use of tablets, laptops and cellphones for work or play. A notebook lists the condominium rules, and instructions for operating the dishwasher and air-conditioner. Rental of lounge chairs and umbrellas are available on the beach. There is NO PARKING SPACE AVAILABLE, but Ubers, taxis and buses are readily available.

Located in the heart of the Isla Verde tourist area, we are surrounded by restaurants, shopping and the fabulous El San Juan Hotel and Casino, as well Royal Sonesta Hotel, and Embassy Suites (all of which have casinos and night life). Water sports, including jet skis, banana boats and parasailing, etc. are available on our beach. We are about 8 minutes from San Juan's Luis Munos Marin International Airport and only 15 minutes away from Condado and 20 minutes from Old San Juan.
