The Living Room is large and spacious with comfortable furnishings so you and your group can enjoy premium vacationing. Fantastically remodeled, the Kitchen provides everything you may need to whip up favorite family dishes while you enjoy them right by the sea! There is a large flat screen TV in the Living Room with a DVD player connected for nighttime family entertainment.
The Master Suite has a large King sized bed and flat Screen mounted on the wall so you can feel right at home on your stay. There is a private balcony that faces the beach for time away from the family so you can really wind down and enjoy. Attached is the Master Bathroom that has a full sized shower.
The Second Bedroom has a King sized bed while the Third Bedroom has 2 Twins. These rooms are connected by a balcony that overlooks the pool area and faces the lovely bay area where you can watch Texas sized sunsets.

Ladies' Beach Vacay

This place was perfect! Clean, spacious, and beautiful! We were 13 minutes from restaurants in either direction, so it could not have been better. We LOVED the balconies, and everyone commented on how fast the elevators got us to the 11th floor every time. We will be back!!!

Spacious, perfect, everything we imagined

So my husband & our 6 six children ages from 17,15, & 3 ages 7 & under enjoyed this so much. Rooms were spacious had balcony views all around plus we realized the children’s room has two pull out beds as well. This was our first family vacation & we will definitely be coming back again before summer is over. Kitchen had utensils & dishes, board games etc. If you’re looking for something with plenty of space you’re going to love it!!! ❤️

Beautiful views!

We loved sitting on all the porches! Great view from every window. Awesome that Sand Piper provides daily beach towels! The home did not have a blender so if you’re looking to make fun drinks bring a blender! Otherwise great place!

Father and Sons Outing

This was a great getaway for father and sons. Such a nice property with an amazing view. The access to grills was so convenient. We definitely will be back with the family.

Family Pandemic Gathering

We had a wonderful time despite it been foggy must of the week. Pleasant and helpful staff. The place was beautiful and just as expected. A problem with a sink leak on 1st day was addressed immediately. Unfortunately on Thursday the refrigator compressor stop and all our food spoiled and had to throw away about $100 worth. We ate out that night (our last night there). If this is fixed it will be a perfect place to stay and we hope to stay there in the future.

Wonderful and relaxing place on the beach

The front desk is very organized. Check-in took 20 seconds. Since we stayed the week after Spring Break in Texas, the place was quiet. Even though we were on the 11th floor, the elevator usually took us straight to our floor without any stops. The condo is fully equipped (except for a washer and dryer). There are plenty of comfortable chairs for reading. The condo was exceptionally clean. One balcony faces the sunset and another looks out on the sunrise. It’s a short stroll to the beach. There are plastic chairs available for sitting on the beach. The beach is clean and groomed. One of the most relaxing weeks I ever had.

Fabulous vacation rental

This is hands down one of the nicest vacation rentals I have stayed in. Perfect location on the beach with easy access for my 83 year old mother to enjoy short walks on the beach.

Pictures don’t do this condo justice

Me and my husband’s jaw dropped as we entered the unit, located on the 11th floor at the very end of the hallway. It was AMAZING! The unit is huge, tastefully decorated, with a great floor plan. It was super clean and had all the pots and pans we needed for cooking. Cable and internet was available as well as having a smart tv in the living room. The kitchen appliances and cookware was above average quality. The views were gorgeous of the beach and Gulf. This will be our new go to for beach vacations!

Fabulous views from both sides of the condo.

You get to enjoy a beautiful sunrise from the master bed in this condo. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The condo is very close to the beach via a short boardwalk so it was super easy to go back up to the condo during the day without having to drive. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay.

We loved our stay from the moment we walked in the door. My 9 year old saw the pictures before we left and he seemed just as excited about exploring his “hotel” as going to the beach. Loved all the space and windows. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Next time we come down to Port A we will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Great 3 bedroom condo with gorgeous views!!

We love sandpiper condos and 1101 didn't disappoint!! Love that the condo has patios on both sides of the unit including two on the gulf side. The table and living is very comfy for everyone. The half bath was so cute and convenient.
