Tranquila casa de campo con piscina, gimnasio y sauna

Esta elegante casa de campo tradicional se encuentra en una finca privada de 3 hectáreas con olivos y frutales, en el corazón del campo mallorquín y alejada de carreteras y de otras casas, ofreciendo una privacidad total. Hay un camino de tierra de 600m que lleva desde la carretera hasta la casa.

Consiste en tres edificios contiguos. La casa principal cuenta con un gran salón con comedor, una cocina completa y 5 dormitorios dobles con 4 baños completos. La casa de invitados tiene un gran salón, un dormitorio doble y un baño completo. Todos los dormitorios tienen aire acondicionado individual.

En baja temporada ofrecemos precio reducido a grupos hasta 10 personas sin acceso a la casa de invitados. Los grupos que quieran tener acceso a la casa de invitados deben realizar reserva para 12 personas.

Entre la casa principal y la casa de invitados hay un gran porche con cómodos muebles de jardín y una gran mesa de comedor, donde estar al cobijo del calor durante el día. La terraza trasera tiene otra mesa de comedor, ideal para tomar el desayuno, además de un horno de leña.

La sauna y el gimnasio se encuentran en un tercer edificio separado pero cerca de la casa.

En el cuidado jardín hay con una piscina privada de 8 x 4 m. con hamacas donde relajarse a sol o a la sombra de grandes árboles. La piscina está abierta de Mayo a Octubre. Hay 5 bicicletas disponibles para los huéspedes.

Can Embat es el sitio idóneo para disfrutar del campo mallorquín en total privacidad y lejos del bullicio, aunque cerca de varias de las mejores playas de la isla y de algunos de sus pueblos más bonitos.

Wonderful family & friends holiday

Beautiful property and pool - with fully equipped kitchen, BBQ and pizza oven. Bedrooms and beds were very clean and comfortable. Rural location to enjoy nature and the peace and quiet.

Family holiday

We stayed for a week as a family holiday, three generations. The house was amazing, really homely but with all the mod cons we needed. The location is a rare find ... we know the island very well and love it and to be so secluded was a real treat. Thought has gone into setting up eating/sitting areas so you can follow the sun or avoid it if it's really hot. We would love to return.

Beautiful country house

Great stay at a spacious old style country house. With an good equipped kitchen and a large garden with a swimming pool it is easy to relax. The chickens and the rooster say hello and walk by. Great place if you like to relax and spend time with your friends/family.

Anniversary Celebration

We came to Mallorca to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. The property was perfect for a small gathering of family and friends to celebrate with us. Our granddaughters loved the pool and outdoor area, especially when the wild chickens would fly into the trees at night. This was a perfect location for a family get-away and a relaxing vacation.

Three generations on a celebrationtrip

Our large family had a great time in the rustic and charming house just outside Felanitz. It worked very well for us, 7 adults, 5 children and a small dog. Nice garden with a pool maid the stay even better. Possible the pool needs some upgrading. The house is very rural and idyllic. The acessroad of about 500 m needs careful drivning. With its very rustic yet modern touches the property is perfect for those wanting to escape to the country / nature. The villa provides everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Gorgeous outside eating and relaxing areas and a gorgeous stone fire place to spend evenings relaxing with friends and family. If you care about cleanliness and hygiene DO NOT BOOK this property

This property is t worth booking. The location is completely deserted that it doesn’t even have an address. The host provides coordinates which is very difficult to share with others as not all travelers have internet service. The dirt road leading to the property is very rocky and caused a flat tire to one of our cars which was then a nightmare to call for help as there’s no appropriate address. The AC is on a timer so when it’s very hot during the daytime it’s not operable and only operable during night time when it’s not needed. We complained to the host and it was taken care of within 2 days. During the time of absence of the AC the host patronized and replied to use the Mediterranean way of cooling a house. Which is according to host to wake up early open all the windows and close again by 10am to keep the cool temperature. This is unacceptable and unheard of. Why would we wake up early on vacation? Just make sure your AC works properly as advertised onVRBO. The showers were nasty and we showered with slippers. The curtains were moldy and dirty. We recommend to find a clean place with a better host with a more professional approach

It sounds like you expected a modern villa in a busy tourist resort rather than a charming restored house in the middle of Mallorca’s beautiful countryside on a large private property away from all the noise, quite a luxury on this busy island! Sorry to hear you got a flat tire on the 900m long dirt road leading to the property. It is in a good state and we’ve never had guests with a flat tire before. I wish you would have let us know when it happened so we could have arranged for the local garage to send someone and also see what caused it! As for your complaints about the house, you are the first to tell us it’s not perfectly clean and comfortable as you can see in all the other reviews here. As for the air conditioning, we just installed it to stay ahead of climate change and for our guests to be comfortable during unusual heat waves. Until now everyone has been able to keep this thick-walled house cool indoors with the Mediterranean cooling method, consisting in simply airing out the house during cool hours at night and in the morning and closing everything up during the day. Offensive as it may seem to you, in order to be ecologically responsible we still recommend using this timeless method alongside the AC, and not leaving all the windows and doors open during the warmest hours with the AC on as you did. You not notifying me of your departure and leaving the house in a mess, with the windows and doors wide open and full of garbage, was also quite irresponsible.

Hemos pasado aqui 15 dias con la familia y amigos: la casa es hermosa y muy bien cuidada en el minimo particular, dispone de todo lo necesario y con calidad, De lejos lo mejor que hemos alquilado (cada año aqui en mallorca recibimos a la familia y nos gusta juntarnos en unacasa: esta es la primera donde todo estaba bien incluido la vajilla muy bonita, los electrodomesticos en perfectas condiciones, no parece una propriedad destinada a uso turistico!) el jardin precioso se disfruta muchisimo con los niños; la atencion y el servicio excelente, tanto la agencia como la asistenta Antonia siempre alli para cualquier cosa necesitabamos; limpieza perfecta! Se necesita coche eso si, pero en 35 min estas en Palma por si se necesita, en 20 minutos en la playa y 30 min al aeropuerto Repetiremos seguro Gracias Viveca y Antonia por todo y de parte de todos nosotros!

Una casa grande con habitaciones muy bien decoradas en una parcela muy grande. Cocina, terrazas totalmente equipada con zonas de sombra y asientos confortables. Servicio de limpieza perfecta, muy amable! Volvemos seguro! Ein großes Haus mit sehr schön eingerichteten Zimmern auf einem sehr großem Grundstück. Komplett ausgestattete Küche, schöne Terrassen mit schattigen Plätzen und gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten. Perfekter Reinigungsservice, sehr freundlich! Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder! JM

Casa de campo bastante bem equipada e com espaço exterior bastante bom.Acho que tem coisas pontuais a melhorar como por exemplo a muito pouca iluminação exterior na zona circundante à casa, falta de iluminação na zona da piscina.Tendo em conta que ficamos 10 dias acho que deviam rever a situação de não havia uma limpeza a meio da estadia.

Me alegro Moisés que os gustó la casa! Tomamos nota de tus sugerencias para mejorar la iluminación exterior, aunque es verdad que eres el primero que nos lo menciona. En cuanto a la limpieza, como te expliqué se trata de una vivienda vacacional de "self-service" sin personal incluido. Ofrecemos un cambio de ropa gratis una vez a la semana cuando se trata de reservas de 14 noches o más que no fue vuestro caso. Los huéspedes pueden contratar limpieza extra cuando quieran pero en pleno verano por supuesto nos tienen que avisar con bastante antelación ya que todos los equipos de limpieza en Mallorca están muy ocupados en esas fechas. Ya hemos visto que no os gusta limpiar, habéis dejado la casa muy sucia y desordenada y llena de basura!

Sie haben ein riesiges Chaos hinterlassen mit deinem ganzen Müll ihrer einwöchigen Aufenthalts, während wir Ihnen in unserer Hausordnung ausdrücklich gebeten haben, ihren Müll regelmäßig rauszuwerfen, da das Haus mitten auf dem Land liegt und del Müll Insekten und andere Tiere anlocken könnte. Wir hatten schon lange keinen Gast mehr, der das Haus so ungeordnet hinterlassen hat, nachdem wir Ihnen das Haus blitzblank sauber übergeben hatten!

Ein traumhafter Urlaub für die ganze Familie – einfach perfekt!

Wir durften über Ostern 10 wundervolle Tage in diesem herrlichen Ferienhaus auf Mallorca verbringen – mit drei Generationen, insgesamt 9 Personen. Schon bei der Ankunft, als wir durch das Tor fuhren, begann für uns der Urlaub. Das Haus im mallorquinischen Stil hat uns sofort begeistert: stilvoll, großzügig und mit einer ganz besonderen Atmosphäre, die Ruhe und Luxus perfekt vereint.Der Pool war ein Highlight für alle – ob morgens zum Erfrischen oder nach Ausflügen zum Entspannen. Die Ausstattung ließ absolut keine Wünsche offen: Die große, gut ausgestattete Küche lud zum gemeinsamen Kochen ein, und auch der Grillplatz sowie der außergewöhnliche Pizzaofen wurden von uns gerne und ausgiebig genutzt. An anderen Abenden genossen wir die hervorragenden Restaurants in der Umgebung – die Lage ist ideal, um sowohl kulinarisch als auch landschaftlich viel zu erleben.Ein weiteres Highlight waren die Zitronen- und Orangenbäume auf dem Grundstück – frischer kann man Vitamine kaum genießen!Unsere Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt – das gibt ein zusätzlich gutes Gefühl, besonders in einer so großen Gruppe.Wir haben uns alle, von Jung bis Alt, rundum wohlgefühlt und sind uns einig: Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Geräumige Finca auf dem Land

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Die Finca ist einfach hat aber alles was man benötigt. Die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgestattet man findet alles was man benötigt. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet aber sauber und gepflegt. Check in Übergabe war problemlos per WhatsApp . Finca ist sehr abgelegen und die Straße holprig und nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Dafür ist sie wirklich sehr weitläufig und geräumig. Mit tollen Terrassen und Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Hallo Erich, es tut mir so leid zu hören, dass Sie vom Haus enttäuscht waren. Vielleicht haben Sie eine moderne Villa erwartet, von der es auf Mallorca viele gibt. Unser Haus ist ein traditionelles altes mallorquinisches Bauernhaus, an dem wir ständig viele Verbesserungen vornehmen (wir installieren diesen Winter im ganzen Haus eine Klimaanlage!). Dabei achten wir stets darauf, den Geist eines alten traditionellen Bauernhauses nicht zu verändern So gefällt es uns und den meisten unserer Gäste!

Sehr schönes Landhaus, sehr einsam mit toll viel Platz, ideal für Familien. Geschirr, Töpfe, Besteck, Gläser usw. ausreichend vorhanden. Einzig die Zufahrt (ca. 700m) hat es in sich, da sehr schlecht. Strände sind in ca. 30-45 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Gerne wieder!

Wir freuen uns Erwin, dass Ihnen unser Haus so gut gefallen hat und Sie ihren Aufenthalt bei uns genossen haben! Ja, die Zufahrt zu unserem Landhaus ist über einen 500 m langen unbefestigten Weg auf dem jedes Auto aber fahren kann, auch wenn es langsamer geht. Der Vorteil ist, dass Fremden den Landweg nicht benützen und unsere Privatsphäre so besser beschützt bleibt. Es war ein Vergnügen, Sie zu Gast zu haben und wir hoffen Sie in der Zukunft wieder entpfangen zu dürfen!

Es freut uns Christian dass Sie es schön hatten bei uns und gerne wieder kommen! Der Landweg zum Haus ist 550m lang, und wir haben ihn mit Absicht in einen nicht ganz perfekten (aber doch mit jedem Auto gut zu überfahren) Zustand behalten um vorbeifahrende Autos zu vermeiden und auf dieser Weise unsere Stille und Privatsphäre zu schützen, was auf Mallorca ein grosser Luxus ist!

heerlijk huis voor groot gezelschap

een apart huisje, vast aan het grote huis voor een paar dat apart van het huis wil slapen. heerlijke plekjes rond het huis om je af te zonderen, maar ook een fijne grote tafel buiten onder de veranda met grote bbq. Het zwembad is top: zoutig water i.p.v. chloor. met fijne bedjes erom heen. de keuken is goed uitgerust met van alles meer dan genoeg. Het huis ligt midden op het platteland: je moet met de auto naar het dorpje Felanitx of Porreres. Het is heerlijk stil, de sterrennacht is prachtig, het terrein is heel groot.
