Great family space and a very communicative host who responded speedily to any questions/requests. Property is a little tired especially the crockery/cutlery but otherwise it was well kitted out and perfect surroundings for a mixed age party. Linen and towels all very good. Street parking wasn’t an issue - we had 3 cars and always managed to close by.

Thanks for your review I will definitely look at cutlery etc Always feels like we are losing an on going battle with the calcium in the water in cala dor ! I always try and keep the upkeep current and make upgrades each year This year we replaced all the bedroom furniture , the seating in the livingroom and kitchen along with a full re-dec in and out Will catch up with you to do a deep dive on any further feed back so I address anything that may have been missed Thanks Paul

Family Vacation

The property was fantastic and the location too. Everything is within walking distance. We were disappointed that we had to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent

First class break.

Excellent quality Family time spent at this super villa, superbly positioned and very close to the Cala D’Or marina with its many bars and restaurants. Our property Manager, Jayne, could not do enough for us and was extremely responsive to any questions or requests made. I would certainly recommend the villa and we shall be returning in the future for sure.

10 Days in Cala D’Or

Property was perfect size for our party of 10 (6 adults and 4 children). Pool was great (and heated if needed), outdoor space including the bbq was excellent, and the location was perfect (there is a Spar round the corner and tennis courts and leisure centre 5 mins walk away). Great communication from the property manager before, during, and after our stay. Only slight criticism would be the basement rooms are a little dingy (although fine for kids).

This villa is in a great location, near to the marina for lots of lovely restaurants and bars.It has great rooms and amazing pool and lots of sunbeds.It’s open plan which was great as we were a party of 11.The owner has great communication and Jayne who looks after the guests during your stay was amazing, nothing was too much trouble, she really looked after us.It is 20 mins walk to the center or you can get the little train to take you there and as far as Cala ferrerra, which we did do.We didn’t cook as we ate out but the villa has a well equipped kitchen and ideal for bbq and games.The top room is lovely going out on to the large veranda and the two ground floor rooms are lovely and spacious.The rooms in the basement are smaller (the ones with the single beds but they still have wardrobes in there, ideal for kids or teenagers although we were a party of all adults and were ok.The bathrooms all have powerful showers and are heated off solar power but have a gas bottle system that kicks in after the water has been used (Jayne replaced the gas bottle for us to keep the hot water flowing) There’s a little supermarket nearby and a lovely breakfast place called Lucy’s next door.There was a small welcome pack, and we had some shopping done for us as it was a late flight in which meant we settled in very quick which was amazing as a short stay.We loved staying here and would come back. We would recommend the villa to any party staying in Cala D’or thanks for our stay.

Nice stay in the villa in Cala d'Or. Unfortunately, the villa is already quite worn out and various repairs are urgently needed:- Ants have eaten through the living room wall and built a nest in the wall- The pool table is crooked and not level- Furniture panels are broken off- Damp basement, which is used for sleeping to accommodate the large number of beds- Various severe damage due to scratches and dents on furniture and fixtures- Walls are stained and streaked and need to be repaintedThe villa is advertised as accommodating 12 people. Unfortunately, there is no table that can seat all 12 people and there are also not 12 chairs for everyone to eat together. The house is clearly too small for 12 people. When it rains, everyone is standing on top of each other. The pool is very nice and large with easy access, even for older people. The power goes out very often when you turn on the induction hob and the extractor fan. There is not enough hot water for 12 people to shower for a week. Hot water is provided by gas heaters that are fueled by simple gas bottles. It is a 25-minute walk to the city center or the nearest beach.
