A menos de 40 minutos de Auburn, este lugar es perfecto para su escapada de fin de semana de fútbol. La casa tiene todos los beneficios de estar en el lago principal pero protegida de aguas picadas por la península de Silver Hill. Este 3BR / 2. 5 BA tiene todo lo que necesita para relajarse cómodamente y disfrutar de familiares y amigos. Disfrutarás del gran porche y el pozo de fuego de piedra, ambos con una gran vista del lago. El muelle cubierto ofrece mucho espacio para jugar. Este acogedor alquiler está a solo minutos de Chimney Rock, Chuck's Marina y Stillwaters Golf Club. Ubicado en el centro, disfrutará de paseos en bote todos los días a múltiples playas diferentes, Goat Island y todos los puertos deportivos en el lago. Su muelle privado tiene un elevador electrónico y múltiples espacios para atracar otros barcos.
La planta baja tiene el dormitorio principal, baño principal y 1/2 baño. Además, en la planta baja podrás dormir 2 en la sección plegable. Dos dormitorios arriba, ambos con una cama queen y una doble XL sobre litera queen. El baño completo de arriba está ubicado en el centro para un uso conveniente de las dos habitaciones. La mejor vista dentro de la casa es desde el área del loft donde tiene un sofá y otro sofá plegable.

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving week stay at this house. Firepit is perfect this time of year to build a fire and look out over the lake. Beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is fully furnished. It was nice to have a refrigerator in the kitchen and another one downstairs for storage of bigger items and leftovers. Nice touch on that! The dock area is super nice and we used the kayaks. Note: The house does not supply life jackets so we brought our own. 47 Steps from the dock to the firepit. The back porch was enjoyed by everyone on the trip. It has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing. If you want a relaxing and quiet getaway with the capability to sleep lots of people in a clean home, this is your spot! Hopefully, we will stay here again!

This is a fabulous property in a perfect location that afforded the optimum retreat for our family reunion. The living accommodations were comfortable and perfect for a multi-night stay. The firepit is a huge plus--we thoroughly enjoyed our time chatting around the fire each night. Owners are very responsive and accommodating. Overall, a wonderful stay!!!

What an amazing place! The deck and boat launch are perfect and we enjoyed time at all the local restaurants like Oskar’s, The Social and Chuck’s. The hosts were extremely friendly and the place was very clean. Highly recommend staying here.

Lake Martin

First the positive: House was clean inside. Had to remove spider webs from all the entrances but I believe no one had rented in a while prior to us. The beds were comfortable. And the dock area was a nice place to enjoy with easy steps in water. There are quite a few stairs to get to dock and some are steep but that’s normal on many lake homes. The property owner was easy to work with and did let us arrive a couple hours early.The negative: there is a gas grill and a charcoal grill. The gas grill was very dirty and there were no grill cleaning utensils. And you have to fill the tank if you use the gas grill. But I brought my own tank and I could not get grill to work. We used the charcoal grill and it’s seen better days. Grill grate very dirty and bent. Screws holding front part of grill up.Cooking pots and pans are very limited and the one pot and skillet we salvaged was very used. Note when you rent this property your required to purchase renters insurance. Three days after our stay I received a claim from the insurance for replacement of stove. We used the stove during our stay because as I stated above gas grill didn’t work and charcoal grill was in bad shape. The stove top and oven worked fine as we made all our meals on it. So not sure why a claim was made

Perfect Auburn Lake House

This was a beautiful property with tons of space inside and outside. The decks and dock were perfect for a lakeside getaway. The owner was so helpful and provided lots of suggestions and help while we were visiting Auburn for a college visit. The quick 45 minute drive to campus was easy, but gave us the added benefit of staying on such a beautiful property at Lake Martin.

Practically Perfect in Every Way

This was our first year staying in the Jake House but we will be back! The location, size of the house, cleanliness, and views were perfect. The only downside were the stairs to and from the dock but everything else more than made up for that. The boat lift was helpful as the water can, at times be a little rough. The availability of the kayaks and paddle board made down time at the house a lot more bearable for our “kids (all young adults except one). The beds were comfortable and the bath was a wonderful bonus, even though the hot water ran out before the tub was full. We’ve already talked about coming back next year!

Great location. Minutes to public boat ramp if you’re bringing your own boat. Great cove to wakeboard and surf. Comfy house! Great kitchen space. Has a boat lift with a cover. Can get pretty choppy , bring lots of buoys

Beautiful House on Lake Martin

We had an awesome stay at this property. The landscaping and layout made it feel surprisingly secluded. The view was amazing. Everything in the home was clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions and even sent a text after we checked in to make everything was good. The water in the lake was low due to seasonal water-level management, but there were still a few fishing boats out and we had a great time with kayaks. The 50(!) steps down to the dock were all well-maintained. We also really enjoyed enjoyed the stone patio and fire pit. Jordan-Hare was an easy 35-minute drive away, so this house was perfect for our weekend.

Exceptional Property

We had an exceptional experience with this rental. The property was as described, very clean, and everything ready for guests upon arrival. The check-in process and instructions were very easy. We experienced very good communication with the owner throughout the entire process; very simply, if you have a question - ask it and you will likely have a response very quickly. All the listed ammenities were available and worked great for us. We spent lots of time on the back deck taking in the great view across the lake. The dock and stairs from the house are in great condition - the owner has clearly done a nice job keeping them in good shape, so no loose boards or hazards for bare feet. Basically - everything worked great for us and we had a very good experience. We would definitely rent this property again next summer when we return to Lake Martin. Three of our guests also own properties on Lake Martin, and all commented on what a great property this was.

Amazing views & perfect house!

This house was perfect for us! We LOVED it! The fire pit was awesome and the porch swing to die for! We didn't want to leave! Lots of steps to get down to the lake so be aware of that if you have anyone that is mobility challenged. Highly recommend this house! And the hosts are VERY responsive & great to work with!

Fun week at the Lake

This was our 10th year for our summer trek to Lake Martin. The lake and this property did not disappoint! Very comfortable house with excellent lake views and fantastic water access. We are looking forward to our next trip already!

Wonderful location!

This house has whatever you may need. We had 8 adults and were very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked and the dining table seats 8. There are barstools also, so plenty of seating. The porch and view I can’t say enough. Loved it! There are close marinas to rent a boat. This house sits in an inlet are that is low on boat traffic. We swam off the dock a lot. It’s also near goat island and chimney rock. Ver good location. This is our 2nd year in this house and we loved our stay.

Beautiful View Great Location

The house is everything is it represented as, views from the back porch are amazing, house is clean and well stocked with supplies. Great covered boat dock if you have a boat. Enough room for another boat to dock as well. Floating dock and lake toys like kayaks and SUP were a big hit! Communication with owners is very good. Only drawback is lots of stairs for elderly folks, but the stairs and rails are in great shape with resting spots along the way. Overall great place to stay, highly recommended!

We have deep water year round for boat access to the lake, even at low pool. **Every 5 years, the lake is brought down 7' for dock maintenance. 2021 is that year so water levels may not be high enough for boat access.
