Este luminoso y recientemente remodelado condominio de un dormitorio más loft se encuentra en una zona tranquila de la propiedad, cerca del estacionamiento. La sala de estar con capacidad para 4 personas, tiene un balcón y un televisor de pantalla plana de 50 "con reproductor de DVD. Un medio baño se encuentra en este nivel. La cocina, con gabinetes y mostradores recientemente remodelados, tiene un balcón que da al exterior con fácil acceso al área de estacionamiento. Hay asientos para 4 en la mesa de la cocina. En el loft hay un dormitorio principal con balcón, una cama queen y un televisor de pantalla plana de 40 ". Una segunda área para dormir en el desván con puertas francesas para mayor privacidad tiene una cama litera con una completa en la parte inferior y una doble en la parte superior. Un baño completo se encuentra en este nivel. Único con este condominio es un área en el desván con lavadora y secadora. Este condominio ofrece acceso inalámbrico a Internet de cortesía. Las reglas de HOA no permiten mascotas en ninguna de nuestras unidades. Gracias por seguir esta política estrictamente aplicada.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have rented several villas at sierra park .some too large for a couple .this was the best villa I have rented at sierra villas possibly because it had a pellet fire and was well appointed.beds were comfortable.great location .Much better to be able to deal with a letting agent in person Mammoth Mountain Reservation were a great help .

Location is good, but rental needs updating.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My experience was okay, but carpets are stained and couches need to be replaced because they are old and worn. Not comfortable to sit on. Overall everything else was good.

Roomy Stay for Small Family

Plenty of room for our family of four. It was a great take off and landing spot for many adventures in and around Mammoth Lakes.

Nice updated unit

This condo complex looks 1970s ish but we were pleasantly surprised to see that the unit had been completely updated. The owner clearly takes pride in their place. Nice furnishings throughout from furniture to beds to the kitchen. The only things to know is that there are no pellets for the stove (seems to be a recurring problem which must be the property management) but all the wall heaters kept the unit warm. The upstairs floors are very squeaky - maybe the only thing missed in the reno. Note also that there is a TV but no cable or any service so don’t expect to watch anything unless you stream it from your phone to the TV (there are some installed apps on the TV but couldn’t figure out how to add). Close to Vons grocery and other restaurants etc but about 5 min drive to the Village. Overall, a great place and I would definitely stay there again.

Spacious 2 story Condo

This condo is a very spacious 2 story condo that has a total of 4 beds including a pull out couch bed in the living room. You have everything you need in this cozy condo except WiFi...I was trying to stream some fights on Saturday but the network connection on my phone kept lagging so I tried connecting to the WiFi but the WiFi network provided to us was not showing up on the list. I called the host and she suggested power cycling the modem and router. I tried that but still nothing. She believed they may have installed a new router but failed to provide the new network name and password and promised to call me the next day with the new network and password and if not she would give me the network and password from a neighbor condo even though by then it would be too late since the fight event would be over. Needless to say she never called me to provide any type of WiFi network. I was grateful that there was a Samsung TV that allowed me to mirror my android phone to the TV though. I have a tendency to notice how good the shower head is for the rentals I stay at and on a scale of 1 - 10 I would rate this shower head a 4. It also would've been nice to know that a really loud plow truck comes plowing through the parking lot really early in the morning and woke me up both days. Had I known I would have at least put some ear plugs in to not have my sleep interrupted. Overall we still enjoyed our stay at this condo.

Good place but no instructions for pellet stove and no wifi

I really enjoyed this condo. Everything was clean and well supplied. Only two issues—the pellet stove which is used to heat the apartment had no instructions and also no pellets. We had to call the manager and they brought us a bag of pellets but no one had any idea how to operate it. Luckily, once we poured in all the pellets it started working but some instructions would be nice. Also, we did not have WiFi. I guess the owner changed the network and password and the manager was not aware of what the new network or password was. The TV could still access Netflix, etc but we didn’t have any wifi or network tv channels.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sierra Park Villas #65 next to parking. Conveniently close to trash and recycle bins. Pots, pans and cooking utensils provided. Bring your own non-stick frying pan though. Very comfortable. I used the Hospitality mobile app and property managers answered all my questions (forgot wifi password, return key location)
