"It's a Beautiful day", ubicado en la hermosa comunidad de Seacrest Beach, es un condominio cómodo y actualizado con vista a una piscina de 12,000 pies cuadrados. Disfrute de la vista desde nuestro cómodo balcón. Este condominio está ubicado en el 3er. piso que cuenta con ascensor y acceso para discapacitados. Estamos ubicados entre Aly's Beach y Rosemary Beach, donde puedes disfrutar de restaurantes notables y muchas tiendas disponibles a una corta distancia a pie.
Este condominio bellamente decorado es de 2,000 pies cuadrados, 4 dormitorios, 3 baños con todas las comodidades del hogar. Disponemos de nuestro condominio con todas las comodidades (toallas de papel, productos de papel, suministros de lavandería y especias) para su comodidad, internet inalámbrico, 5 televisores de pantalla plana, DVD Blue ray, HDMI, Netflix y juegos de mesa.

My family had the absolute best stay at your condo! We love the location and proximity to the beach. Your condo is right up front and its such an easy walk to the beach or tram, but my family of 5 walked every single time to and from the beach. We loved being able to use your beach amenities, this truly saves so much money. Truly opened my eyes and ill never beach any other way!! Its the little things that made her place so wonderful, and convenient. the condo was stocked with comfy blankets, basic condiments, coffee, Ziploc bags, garbage bags, all the little things you need before or even after a grocery store visit. Every item helps save time, money, and one less thing on your store list. Thank you Janet for being such an accommodating host! My family will rent your place again and again! No complaints at all!Best,Jordan

We really liked the location and cleanliness. Also enjoyed having some condiments like mustard and mayo in refrigerator. Only complaint is the master bedroom definitely needs a new shower head. Not much water comes out so makes it very difficult to wash hair.

Vacation Bliss in Rosemary Beach

This is truly a one-of-kind property and experience! The condo itself is spacious and very clean. The host is very communicative and helpful. Plus, the location (and the balcony over looking the pool) is amazing. It’s steps from the pool and across the street from the beach. My family had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this condo and host!

Location, location, location

This property was perfect! We only had 7 of us and the size was more than enough for what we needed. It is lovely and welcoming. It had everything we needed kitchen wise things that are difficult to travel with or just get forgotten about. We were truly minutes from the beach, even walking. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool at night was a fabulous end to each day. Janet was very quick to respond and very gracious to our needs. I’d definitely choose this place again if it fit our group size.

Great Seacrest condo

This condo was so clean, and Janet was a wonderful host, quickly answering questions before we booked and after. Everything we needed was there, including beach chairs, floats, air pump, towels, laundry essentials, and a well stocked kitchen. The location was perfect. It overlooked the pool and the tram stop was right there to go to the beach. The condo was perfect for our family of 7. We all would highly recommend this condo, and we would definitely stay again.

The condo was beautiful. The host is an excellent communicator. She checked in on us and made sure we had what we needed. She is very quick to communicate. I honestly have never seen a host communicate so well! We loved it and would absolutely stay again!

Amazing Family Getaway

First, thank you Janet for the great communication and sharing your amazing property with us. It was nice that the condo had anything and everything we needed, ie. beach chairs, umbrella, spices, beach towels, etc... We had a nice stay with plenty of space and ammenities galore! This is our fifth time in this area, but first in Rosemary Beach and we really enjoyed the location and all the shops and restaurants so close. A great family time of fun, laughter, and sharing life together with our adult kids! For those viewing, visit the restaurants LaCrema, Old Florida Fish House, The Pearl Rooftop Bar, and Crabby Steves for casual beach bar/food! Fonnville Press for brunch and coffee! My whole crew said Dad, get on the schedule with Janet and book this again for next year! Thanks again and take care!

Spring Break

This property is awesome! Easy access to pool, beach, restaurants and shopping. We loved that we were able to walk everywhere. The condo was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. We will definitely look to stay there again.

Perfection

We had the absolute best time the last weekend in March. The location is beyond perfect; you are steps away from the pool and a short walk over to the beach. You are within walking distance to shops/restaurants at both Allys beach and Rosemary. And around the corner is the bike shops if you want to explore out to Seaside. The condo is beyond perfect and exactly as described. Already looking to go back again and stay at the same place

Top notch!

Amazing property for a family. We came with our 3 younger kids. Super accommodating house and amenities. Awesome location with access to a huge pool or private beach across the street. We didn’t use our car the entire week - walked everywhere. Lots of beach and pool supplies. Plenty of kitchen amenities for cooking at home. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed!

Wonderful!

We always do a summer beach vacation with our family and grandchildren. This condo was amazing! It was stocked w condiments, towels, beach chairs, umbrella and lots of extras. The beach tram was so easy and convenient but also not a far walk at all. We had ages 2,4,5 and the huge pool was right out the door, which everyone loved. The owners were great! Anything we needed they responded right away. Such a spacious condo, very clean, we couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Perfect Stay

This is an amazing property. Everything you need is available and organized. The beach is a much shorter walk than I expected and the pool is right outside the unit. The area is cute with shops and restaurants within walking distance and Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants are also easily walkable - again, much closer than it looked on the map. Everything about our stay was wonderful and I highly recommend!

Family vacation

We loved the spacious condo! Beautifully decorated. Comfortable furniture and beds. Elevator down to the pool was so convenient. The large pool was so much fun! The access to the beach through the gated entrance felt secure. We would come back again!

Such a great vacation!

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this condo. It was the perfect location for us, right around the corner from the pool (we could see the pool directly below our balcony) and just a short walk to the beach. The condo was the perfect size for us and we all had plenty of room. We had 3 couples and 2 children (8 & 6 y.o.). The kids loved having their own room. Everything was fully stocked for our use which was nice. They had a lot of pool/beach toys and items to use already there which was great. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had and they even checked on us when they heard that storms would be in the area, which I thought was so caring of them. Our kids didn't want to leave and are already planning their next trip back to this condo. We all are ready to come back we had such a great time!

Great location.

The location was great, very close to the beach, restaurants, shops, Rosemary and Alys beach. The owner was great at communicating. My only complaint is that it didn’t feel super clean. The couches were very worn and dirty, and the place wasn’t as up to date as other properties we have stayed in! Our friend also said that she kept getting small whiffs of cat urine. The fridge and pantry was also full of stuff, which made it difficult to tell by the end of the trip what we had brought of our own stuff.

Loved this Condo!

More than enough room for our family of five. Excellent location close to the pool. Well-stocked with everything we needed for our one-week stay, from the kitchen to the bathrooms, to beach chairs and towels. Would definitely book this property again!

Good times at the beach

The property was great! I loved how stocked the kitchen was! This was the first place we stayed with a well stocked kitchen! It was a great setup for our family and loved overlooking the pool.

Wally & I fell in love with this condo as soon as we saw the pool from the balcony. We knew this was for us. We enjoy spending time here with family and friends as much as possible. After all these years of owning our condo, it doesn't get old. We still bring our family and friends often. We now have 2 grandchildren, who love it here as well.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The unit overlooks the beautiful pool and the HOA has a shuttle to take guests back and forth to the beach if they wish. It's located in the middle of all the great restaurants and shops that 30A has to offer. Also, no need to rent chairs or an umbrella. We have 6 beach chairs, 1 umbrella and 1 bike available for your use. Our condo is stocked with anything that you may need for your stay. Just pack your clothes and food. We have all the necessities.
