Conveniente unidad de primer piso. ¡El destino perfecto para vacaciones familiares!

Esta es una propiedad cerrada, bien mantenida, frente a la piscina. Los edificios de cuatro pisos y la espaciosa propiedad crean el ambiente perfecto para relajarse. Nuestra unidad contiene un dormitorio principal que tiene una cama king size, el segundo dormitorio tenía dos camas matrimoniales y hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Hay una hermosa piscina tipo laguna con exuberantes jardines y cascadas, una piscina para niños, un bar / restaurante tiki con vista a la playa, canchas de tenis, una bañera de hidromasaje y mucho más. GRATIS de larga distancia y acceso inalámbrico a Internet en la unidad. Su reserva incluye el servicio diario de playa de dos sillas con reposapiés y una sombrilla (del 1 de marzo al 31 de octubre)

The location was perfect, 1st floor right by the pool and short walk to the beach. Walking distance to shops and food. Not the cleanest, no mattress cover on the master bed which I found odd - just a thin sheet. Also had some difficulty using the master tv but wasn’t a big deal as we didn’t really need it.

Thanksgiving with friends/family

A little cooler than we'd hoped, but a fun week with family and friends all staying at High Pointe. We had stayed in this unit before, and chose it again. We'll stay here again when accommodations are needed on 30-A.

Couldn’t beat location for price. Super easy access to pool/beach/food. Spent 5 nights with family both kids under 6. Pool was HUGE hit. Condo had everything we needed and very clean. Some Reno’s going on to exterior but nothing that hindered our stay. Can’t wait to visit again.

Perfect location.

We had everything we needed. We were here for a wedding and relaxing. The unit was first floor and walk out into the pool. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Loved having a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. It was a great experience.

Great Property & Host

We spent a week at this property and loved the location, condo and gracious Host. The photos don't do justice to this property. Large condo on ground floor with east access to pool, hot tub and beach. Directly across from Starbucks, great restaurant/bar and small grocery store. Rosemary Beach is just a short walk away. We highly recommend and will certainly rent this property next time we visit.

Perfect for our First Family Beach Trip

This place couldn't have been more perfect for our family's first beach trip. My wife and I brought our 1 year old and 3 year old for fall break. It was perfect having the pool right outside our patio and the beach access right on the other side of the pool. Huge bonus having the 2 beach chairs and umbrellas reserved each day as well. Once we parked everything was only a short walk away so we didn't even have to get in the car again until we left. We'll absolutely be back!

Great location needs TLC

Great location and nice large condo. Furniture in living room is dorm quality and really needs to be replaced. Beds are comfy and washer dryer is a definite plus. The complex is quiet, but lobby construction was very inconvenient for coming and going. Crabby Steve’s and beach access is the best part!

Great location and chill

This location is great! Use to stay at the villas. Security folks there were so rude. Security at this place is SO FRIENDLY! Every time they saw us coming in on bikes they would open doors for us! You can throw balls in the pool and PLAY in the pool unlike the villas. Just a great place for kids letting them be kids! Wonderful time will be back asap!! Angela easy to get in touch with and very responsive- thank you!

Bachelorette Weekend

The property is great. We all want to return in peak season to fully utilize the amenities and beach access. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and a Keurig. Beds were decently comfortable. Decor was a little dated but it wasn’t unpleasant. Would definitely stay here again. -bring extra toilet paper, there was a back up supply of everything but that and the rolls were almost gone before we got there. 😁

High Pointe Never Disappoints

This place is so gangster! The rooms were large with soft beds and plenty of closet/storage space. The owner ensures that nothing is forgotten in order for you to feel right at home. All the entertainment and food is less than a 5 minute walk or drive. The property is lush and well maintained. The pool and hot tub is heavenly. There are TVs in every room with a variety of channels and easy to use. The shower pressure is husband approved 👍 The view from every room is picturesque. We LOVE Crabby Steve’s. Steve is a tentative and hard working man. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Amazing property and property manager

The condo was great! Perfect ground floor location with pool access. Enough space for my 3 young children. Large tv and plenty of kitchen amenities/utensils for cooking. While we love high pointe and the space was top notch, the standout of our stay was the property manager. Before our stay Angela let us know there would be some construction work going on outside our building. She offered a refund if we didn’t want to continue the trip in light of this burden. We figured it would be slightly inconvenient but not a big deal. It turned out to be more of an inconvenience than we had expected. When I communicated this with her, She went above and beyond to make us comfortable. She was also very accessible and made it very easy to communicate with her. 10/10 would recommend!

Great location and unit

The location of this condo is fabulous and the beach service is absolutely worth it - they had our chairs and umbrellas set up every day right by the stairs because we had a young child with us. They were great! The construction was not an issue at all and didn’t bother us while we stayed. Angela was excellent to communicate with when we had some issues with the WiFi (that were resolved day 1!). There are even a number of items in the condo (highchair, pack and play, Keurig, lots of cookware) that weren’t mentioned in the listing and we were pleasantly surprised by. This unit and complex are great for travelers looking for a no-frills spot in a great location. The only area lacking was cleanliness. While linens and towels were all clean and appeared new, the unit itself was dirty. Our feet were dirty from walking on the floors even the very first day we were there. I know the beach tracks in a lot of sand, but we felt like the floors were pretty dirty even despite that. I will say the bathrooms (shower and countertops) were clean.

Great location but needs major updating.

The location of the unit could not be better for access to the pool or the beach. Towels were old, the master bathroom shower was so old that it almost looked dirty. The guest bathroom shower water ran the entire time we were there. Great location but definitely needs lots of work.

Family Trip to High Pointe

This is a fantastic unit. This was our 4th stay at High Pointe and we never get tired of this resort or the area. Great accommodations, awesome pool, and beach access is wonderful. Not to mention.... Crabby Steves!!!!! This is a hidden gem on 30A. Highly recommend this resort and definitely this particular unit.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay! Our kids absolutely loved the pool and crabby Steve’s. Very close to everything! Having a ground floor condo made things SO easy on us! Beautiful place. Will be staying here again for the years to come
