This cute 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit sleeps 5 guests comfortably and is perfect for a beach getaway. The master bedroom has a comfy king bed, a closet, and easy access to the bathroom. Down the hallway is a tucked away bunkbed perfect for the little ones. In the living room you have a sofa which also turns into a pull out bed, a lounge chair, a flat screen TV, a dining table, and access to your private balcony overlooking the sandy beach. The kitchen has all white appliances and will fill all your needs for cooking up a good meal. The balcony has seating to accommodate 4 guests and is a great place to watch the sunrise or sunset.

Emerald beach has some very unique amenities which include the Bar/Restaurant that is located in the cross over from our huge parking facility. We also have an elevated Gulf-front deck with two tropical pools overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, relaxing spas, a children's water play area, a poolside hot tub, a fitness center, a shuffleboard court, and a giant chessboard and a game room.
Emerald Beach resort is the ultimate beach getaway.
Our guests will enjoy views of the Gulf from their own private and furnished balcony, Our kitchen has all the cooking needs necessary to cook up your family favorites, but with all of our fantastic eateries let mom have a vacation too! Just 4 minutes away from the resort is Pier Park which is an outdoor plaza full of amazing restaurants and all different types of stores for shopping.

Parking Notes: Limit of two parking passes per unit. Please keep in mind the parking Garage max vehicle height is 6' 8" (and 6'4" on parking level 4) and there is no guaranteed onsite parking for over-sized vehicles. The room was nice but the best part were all the extra activities that were included! We enjoyed Wonderworks, a dolphin cruise, the round of golf and Dave Busters.

Everything was great. The only issue we had was in the morning after the first night we stayed. We were awoken by water pouring out of the ceiling in the bathroom. It stopped after a few minutes and fortunately did not happen again. Never knew what caused it.

Much needed vaca!

We had a couple issues that were addressed with the owners our first day! They spent no time addressing the floors being cleaned more in depth and making sure everything was good for us! They checked in every couple days to make sure we were good, too! We enjoyed every bit of our vacation

For the price we paid, the furniture was out of date including the bed and linage. You could tell it's been used for many years. Not many pots and pans that were usable, most ruined or dirty.

Never Gets Old

Where do I begin?? We come every year sometimes twice. I love PCB more every time I come. We celebrated the 4th of July and the fireworks were spectacular. We also got to celebrate our daughter’s 17th birthday. We had sun and calm waters every day we were there. Always sad when we leave.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental condo was very clean and in a convenient location. The staff from Four Star was courteous and kept us updated on times that any maintenance was to be done. I would recommend that they get a lamp on the end table in the family room. There is only a small mood lamp by the recliner or the overhead light. Also, there was not one metal baking pans... only Pyrex pans. The view was great!

Just a short trip

The property was fine I love how fast the elevator’s travel up and down perfect location step off the elevator and you’re right there. Right next to the trash chute which was also nice. The room was fine with us. We’re not real picky. But I will mention the room had a musky smell when you walk in you kinda get use to it. And the sliding door was extremely hard to open. It slid fine once you got it to move. Once I rented the property I got two calls and e-mails making sure I got all my information which was nice to know I had everything when I got there. Over all it’s not a new place so I would rate it a three and a half to a four. As far as my self I was satisfied.

Good

The only two things that I was not impressed with was the all in the kitchen. It was not stocked with all cooking essentials. For example there was only one pot but then no lid for it. There were to put lids but both were to small for the the pot provided. We managed but some other more essentials would have been nice. It also would have been nice to have some non glass dishes for my 5 year old to use. My o my other issue and my biggest… was that the dishes were ALL dirty! The first plate was fine but then all under that one were still very dirty. And the glasses all has lip stick in them. Really grosses me out. I ended up getting enough plates and cups for us and washing them and then just kept them out of the cabinets and rewashed and used the same ones. Other than those two things the place was great.. plenty of towels the beds were clean and comfortable and the ciew was fantastic!

Get what you pay for

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well...:as the title suggests you get what you pay for. This room was less expensive than the one we typically rent but couldn’t get the entire 10 days in the room we wanted. Have stayed in multiple rooms through this agency and this one was...well, underwhelming from what we have been used to. The ceiling had stains that looked like mold, the carpet smelled, the pullout couch had a dead bug in which clearly the room wasn’t properly cleaned. The dryer didn’t work, the walls all throughout the room were scuffed to ****, the patio had a dumped ashtray on it, the bed felt like it was 10+ years old. The view was wonderful, the establishment itself is top notch. I will say once notifying of these issues they came in and painted the ceiling, fixed the dryer. Only annoyance with all that was of the 7 days we were in the room we had 3 of them with contractors coming it so felt like we had to hide personal and expensive items while down at the pool or out. My emails weren’t responded to regarding the issues just would get a phone call telling me there was someone coming to fix said things. Feel like with the condition of this room I should have been given a discount or at the very least an apology for the lack of cleanliness.

Wonderful Vacation Property

Pros - 1. All appliances worked well: apparently new refrigerator/freezer, quietest dishwasher I've ever seen, washer/dryer without problems. Nowhere in the property description did it actually say there was a washer/dryer on premise. 2. Gorgeous view from the 15th floor. 3. Furniture was updated from the promo photos and very comfortable. 4. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, swimming pool, and walking on the beach, but a little too cold in February to go into the ocean. 5. The written suggestions of what to bring was appreciated and helpful. 6. I made daily use of the building's exercise facility and found it to be top quality. Cons - 1. Smelled musty, probably due to the carpet. Time to upgrade to solid flooring in livingroom? 2. The bathtub caulking leaked and soaked the bedroom closet floor, but the repair worker responded and fixed quickly. 3. Our unit was near the elevators and we heard loud elevator noises constantly from the bedroom whenever it ran. 4. Definitely needs a new toaster /oven, as this was too small and has seen better days. 5. During the day, we heard construction noises in the unit next door - not disruptive for the most part. 6. During our stay, the railing on the balcony was inspected and was found to be loose and in need of repair. We were restricted from going onto the deck until it could be fixed. Luckily, this happened the day before we were scheduled to leave and was not a problem. We were in no danger at any time. Overall, we had a great time. We wanted to have a daily view of the ocean and wonderful sunsets; we were not disappointed.

Amazing condo

We stayed here as our honeymoon and to say we were speechless when we walked in would be a on understatement. There was a personal card and dozen roses greeting us on the kitchen counter. Everything was as explained. The location is perfect for food and drinks at multiple places and a short trip to the pier park which is a great shopping destination.

I wish I had seen that before I choose this unit. This rental was very clean minus a few dishes that were put away dirty. Probably a dishwasher fail. We did have multiple maintenance calls while staying here due to a water leak above us. Everyone we had to deal with was very professional. My favorite part was the patio staring at the ocean. Western sun in the afternoon made it absolutely perfect! :)

We have stayed at this condo several times and love the location. This room was very clean but the carpet needs to be replaced. The room had a slight musky smell like the carpet had been wet. We cooked in the room a few mornings and it needs few more pots and pans. I would stay in this again at the price we rented.
