Hermosa casa de dos baños y tres dormitorios ubicado en 4641 West Ave en Ocean City, Nueva Jersey. Esta casa fue construida en 2011 y es la primera unidad de la planta. Puede alojar cómodamente siete con dos camas de matrimonio y una litera que tiene un doble y una individual. La casa tiene pisos de madera, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, lavadora y secadora, encimeras de granito, baños de azulejos, aire acondicionado central en todo, internet inalámbrico y televisión en dos dormitorios y la sala de estar. Mesa de comedor para 6 personas, más 3 en el mostrador. Sin el uso de garaje, pero hay almacenamiento para sillas y bicicletas en un área de almacenamiento separada. También cuenta con un gran patio frontal y una ducha exterior. Se proporcionan cuatro etiquetas de playa. Los inquilinos deben proporcionar ropa de cama y toallas.

Ocean City es una ciudad de vacaciones de la familia situado en una isla a lo largo del Océano Atlántico a 15 millas al sur de Atlantic City. Best vacation ever

This was a beautiful property in a quiet area of Ocean City. The beach was spacious and never crowded. The house was well-kept and had all the amenities we could want. So happy we chose it for our family vacation.

Second stay here

Second time we've stayed at this property. It's in a quiet part of OCNJ with short walk to beach and short drive/bike to boardwalk. Plenty of space for family of 4 with guests on 2 evenings. Outside of some dull knives here and there, the property is great and it's likely that we'll be back. Great place to stay.

Great week at the beach

We really enjoyed are week. The house was very clean and the owners were so easy to work with. A huge bonus they have beach tags for their renters. I would recommend this rental.

Great Beach House

Wonderful property. Great location at southern end of the island. Close to the beach. Property was immaculate. Spacious rooms. Owner was great to deal with. Would definitely stay here again.

47th street beach

Very comfortable. Short walk to a very nice, uncrowned beach. Lots of room for play both in and out of the water.

Perfect beach stay

The property was extremely clean, well equipped and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and showers were great. Quick short walk to the beach and easy bike ride anywhere else. Owners were super helpful and communication was great. Would definitely return!

Fantastic Location in Ocean City!!

We so enjoyed our stay in this immensely clean and fabulous house with our two girls! Rooms were large as well as bathroom space! Outdoor shower was perfect to clean ourselves after a Long Beach day. The location was perfect, not too crowded and less noisy than our previous rentals which were closer to boardwalk. Look forward to renting next year. Thank you so much Crawford Family😊

Summer Family Stay

Great location for a family atmosphere. It was quiet, but easy access to the boardwalk and restaurants. The property itself was great and as promised. It was spacious and very clean. The electronics and WiFi were great. Overall, 5 out of 5 experience.

Fantastic Vacation

My family and I just returned from an incredible vacation at this rental. The house is beautiful, clean and fit our family of four plus my mom perfectly! It is a short walk to the beach, and has a great front porch where we were able to enjoy our morning coffee or early evening cocktails. Communication was clear and prompt from the owners. We can't wait to schedule another visit to this property. We highly recommend!

Home away from home!!!!

We absolutely love this place especially the owner! This is our second year staying with our two 17 year old girls. House is extremely clean and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the North side of OC. We spend most time at the house enjoying the beach, dinner, and just watching people and cars drive by!! We even took a short drive to La Fontana in Strathmere which was open for outdoor dining during COVID-19. We also like the fact that the beach is just a short walk away and is less crowded then near the boardwalk. We are looking forward to returning here next summer for Year 3!!

Great Beach House

Very nice property. Enjoyed our stay very much. Only downside was the distance to playgrounds, but we knew that going in. Our baby learned to walk on vacation, so it will always be a special one for us.

Excellent first floor condo close to the beach

Went for a late season break and lucked out with sunshine every day! the apartment is in excellent condition and very well stocked for an easy few days stay. If you have kids who want to hit the boardwalk every night this may not be for you as it is a long way south of the boardwalk- too far to walk. But, if that is of no value to you the beach here is clean, simple and unspoiled for a quieter vacation. West Ave. is one of the main thoroughfares, so sitting on the front deck you will get the traffic noise, but off season weekdays it was dead. The bedrooms are all a the rear of the property and there was no road noise later at night. All in all a lovely home for a slightly more 'off the grid' stay.

Perfect for family of 4. Great location to beach!

My family of 4 had a great time. We had a few guests for dinner and the seating around the table was great- we could all be together. Walk to the beach was easy, that was a nice surprise. Overall I would recommend this house. Super clean. Updated. Would stay again.

Very nice stay

House is very clean and well kept. Nice upgraded features. My wife and I had a wonderful 4 night stay. The house is on a quiet end of Ocean City. Very nice to sit on the front porch and listen to the sounds from the marsh across the street. All necessities like paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, etc were supplied, which is a very nice addition. We had a very nice stay and would rent again.

Fantastic Vacation Home!

Everything was great! Very nice property! Very nice design, tastefully decorated, well equipped, and extremely well maintained. It is very clean and a convenient location to the beach, Danielle (Owner) is extremely helpful, accommodating, and provided timely and great communication. Without a doubt, a high recommendation!

This home makes a great vacation for any occasion! Between the overall cleanliness, the prime location to the beach, and a breath-taking roof top view, we had an amazing time and will definetely be back! The house in OCNJ is the perfect package
