Stunning New Custom Waterfront Home @ Compass Point on beautiful Buckeye Lake
This brand new executive custom home is located in the heart of Buckeye Lake in the Compass Point Back 6 development. Check us out on Instagram @ultimateescapebuckeyelake
The home is positioned on the main channel with breath taking views of the main lake. Compass Point is a gated community and the home is located in a double gated section of the development called the back six. CP is a exceptionally maintained development and we spared no expense in building this home.
This home is located right next to Buckeye Lake winery which hosts live entertainment. In addition you are just minutes away from numerous Buckeye Lake restaurants, entertainment, and grocery stores.
This spacious 3 bedroom/3.5 bath home has over 2200 sq ft to enjoy with your family and friends. We have furnished the home with custom Restoration Hardware furniture throughout the entire home. The master bedroom is located on the first level, just steps off the great room. The bedroom has a king size bed with a private master bath. The second level has a second bedroom with a king size bed with a full, private bath. We created built-in, twin bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom and also hosts a private bath.
Every bedroom is equipped with a 65 inch flat screen TV and the main room has a 77 inch flat screen TV to enjoy movie night. While preparing for your day on the lake, enjoy your favorite songs on our Sonos music system thru out the house.
There is a spacious covered outdoor kitchen to enjoy the beautiful views or test your grilling skills on the Built in gas grill or Kamado Joe which ever you prefer. The outdoor kitchen also has a 65 inch out door TV for you to enjoy your favorite game or movie.
There is plenty of parking for your guests just steps away (Drive way can hold 4 cars). If you need more parking then 4 cars you have to park excess cars next door at the state park.
We look forward to hosting your stay at our amazing home. This will be the relaxing vacation that you and your family will remember for years to come.
BOAT DOES NOT COME WITH RENTAL. We have dock space available for use and we also have a kayak available. Guest must sign house rules prior to arrival
*** Absolutely NO PARTIES and NO MORE than 8 guests on the property (inside or outside) at any given time unless prior approval by the owner.
There will be a $500 charge if you violate any of the house rules or possible eviction.

Perfect Stay on the Lake!

We loved our stay at this beautiful property on the lake! The house was perfect for our group (4 adults, 2 children). Picturesque sunsets! Great kitchen (indoor and outdoor) for meals together, close to the winery and easy communication with the owners! Definitely the place to book.

Gorgeous Home and Lake Views

We had a wonderful weekend vacation. The home is gorgeous and exceptionally clean. We loved watching the spectacular sunsets and the outdoor space is wonderful. The home is exactly as described and pictured. We could not have asked for more. The hosts were so friendly and prompt in responses during our trip planning and while we were there. We look forward to returning!

Awesome home and a great location, right next to the winery.

We drove up from the Cincinnati area to have a weekend away with my employees. The check-in was a breeze an the home is even nicer in person. The owner checked in with us and was easy to reach when we had a question. The location is so convenient. We went to the winery for dinner the first night and it was excellent. The second day, we made a trip around the lake to check out many of the restaraunts/bars/marinas. I hope to stay in this home again.

Great spot.

I spent a couple days here with some friends. The house is really nice with high end modern updates. The windows make the view of the water and property really nice. If you have this kids and love to vacation around a lake this spot is for you.... The outdoor patio has a kitchen and tv. The showers are clean and large. The owners were very easy to work with and I enjoyed communicating with them.

Great but some recommendations

It is a beautiful property and the location is incredible: decor is lovely and amenities really nice. We would have appreciated a little later checkout as 9 am is a bit unusual. Also some dressers in the bedrooms would help for placing items - we had to use window sills for hair brush, etc.

Upscale home with spectacular views

The home and amenities are top notch. We especially enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, the uncluttered upscale decor and the comfortable beds. The location is private, convenient and offers lovely views throughout the home. Heather and Scott were prompt and thorough with communication. We look forward to our next stay.

Buckeye Lake Paradise

Great spot on Buckeye lake. Scott, the owner, communicated extremely well, and house was very clean. More than enough room for everybody (we had 9 including a 5 year old). There was dock space for our 24ft Tritoon as well. Lots of good technology in there, including Sonos throughout the whole house. Sunsets were fantastic on that side of the lake. Would def stay there again, thanks.
