This bright Nantucket home is located on quiet Kittiwake Lane in Naushop, just minutes from town and beaches. The extensive bike path network connects the home to all points on the island and provides for a great way to enjoy Nantucket. With a central mid‑island location and comfortable living spaces, it’s an ideal home base for families or friends looking for a relaxed, convenient stay.
An open floor plan welcomes you with tons of natural light throughout, including a 2-story dining/living space with views of the private backyard and patio through french doors. The oversized master bedroom with vaulted ceilings also offers access to the patio and back yard through another set of french doors.
Relax and unwind in quiet comfort on the private backyard patio, and enjoy the landscaped yard, hydrangeas, and roses that surround the property. Central AC, heating, WiFi, home theater with smart TV, and SONOS audio throughout the home will keep you comfortable and entertained when not at the beach.
Finish off your sun-drenched days in the outdoor shower or with a dip in the pool. Enjoy access to private tennis and pickleball courts and entertain your kids at the neighborhood's own playground, all just a few short steps away from the house.
This home is great for one or two families with plush bedding, bath linens, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Less than 2 miles to Nobadeer, Fisherman's, and Surfside beaches, 2 miles to town with easy access to bike paths and the island's free bus service.

We met in college at The University of Virginia and have been living in our adopted state of Massachusetts since 1997. We were introduced to Nantucket by good family friends and have been vacationing on ACK with our family of 4 for many years. There's just something about being on an island that makes you completely disconnect and relax, and we always look forward to returning year after year. Nantucket has become a special part of our family, and we look forward to sharing it with you.

Naushop has so much to offer from its central location on the island with easy access to downtown shopping and restaurants to all of the southern beaches, all within easy reach via the bike path or vehicle. The neighborhood provides the perfect mix of amenities just steps away at the pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and children's playground.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
Our house is just 400 feet away from the pool, courts, and clubhouse. And our terraced backyard with tall hedges makes for an extremely private and quiet place to relax. Finally, we love the open floorplan with tons of light flooding in through windows and multiple french doors.
