This attractive two bedroom and two bath condo offers excellent views of the Gulf. The teal colors in the living and eating area offer a relaxing atmosphere and a cozy place to sit for a chat, to watch the large flat screen television, or watch boats come in and out of The Pass.The den furniture has recently been updated. Stainless steel appliances, including a flat top range, brighten up the kitchen, where you will find all of the items you need for making meals. A pair of wood stools sits by the counter, and a dining table with six chairs is also available. Eating outside is always fun, especially when the weather is great, so a table and four chairs are on the balcony. New chair on balcony pulls out to make a chaise lounger. The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, wall mounted flat screen television, and access to the balcony. The master bathroom has an extended vanity counter and a combination bathtub and shower. The guest bedroom features two queen-size beds and a wall mounted flat screen television. The guest bathroom also has a combination tub-shower. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
