Important: You must register for and print parking passes prior to arrival. https://www.aquavistapcb.org/parking-permits/
If you do not print, Beach Repro by Winn-Dixie will print for $5. There is also a UPS and Office Depot on Panama City Beach Parkway. However, this is not recommended to rely on as they are not open on the weekends or evenings.

Starter Sets:
For your convenience starter sets of mini-toiletries, roll of paper towels, and toilet tissue will be provided. This is not restocked.

Towels & Linens:
One bath towel and wash cloth per per person. Please utilize washer and dryer. Beach towels not provided. Do no take white towels to beach.

Rental Agreement Required
Upon booking we will send you a Rental Agreement for e-signature.

Security systems/cameras:
For the security of our guests and condo, we have external security cameras.

ID and Selfie Required
Upon booking, we will be requesting a copy of your driver's license and a selfie holding it. While tedious, this step critical to protect both us and you from fraud.

This was not our favorite condo. We have stayed at this property the past 4 years and this was the worst of them so far. It was clean but the cleaning crew could have done a better job. There were a lot of cosmetic things we did not like about this condo, good thing we don't spend much time inside when we are there. I will not rent this condo again in the future. It was just "OK" for me.

The property decor is dated and it claims to have a sofa bed, but it was a twin size and terrible. The sliding glass door was very hard to open and the tint needs replacing. I do love this complex though. Very quiet part of the beach!

Beautiful Condo

This was our first time to rent a condo and definitely not disappointed! Condo was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Would definitely recommend it for a family vacation!

Clean and Cozy with Amazing View

We enjoyed every minute of our stay, the room was exactly like the photos, which often isn’t the case. The location was fantastic and within walking distance of the grocery store and several other things. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the huge balcony and amazing views. The condo complex was quiet and well kept, easily the cleanest we’ve seen at the beach. The beds were comfortable and the decor was cozy and fantastic. It was easy to feel like home in this condo. We will definitely stay again. I have no complaints at all.

Week with the family

The property was clean and photos were accurate. We had a wonderful stay overall. This was our second year at this complex. The continuing construction was a bit frustrating at times but was manageable. This condo is a bit dated when compared to some of the others but was still very clean and comfortable. Communication with the managers was always easy. We would visit again.

Sunsets and Gulf Breeze

My daughter, her bestie, and I stayed in this unit 03/30 - 04/06/2024 for their last high school spring break. The view is breathtaking! The balcony doors slid easily, and had an extra lock. I loved having an icemaker, and a spacious refrigerator. The kitchen was well stocked with All things needed to prepare and serve a meal. The girls enjoyed using the blender for morning smoothies. The bureau in the dining area had table cloths, placemats and decor to use for any season. The rooms were nicely decorated with beachy motif and cherubs mixed in. I loved the photo of the owners in the frame...nice, personal touch. The closets were roomy and had blankets for extra comfort. I Loved the GE stackable washer/dryer. The showers had what appeared to be fresh, out of the pkg liners in each bathroom. After we had spent our first night there, I recieved a text asking about our stay so far. There was a loose screw in the door latch above the lock handle. I texted that, and they offered immediately to have someone come repair it. Customer service at it's best. It meant a lot to me as I am a mom traveling alone with teens. Safety is important. I have stayed in this complex several times, and there is almost always a kink with the elevators. It is frustrating to be on the 8th floor and have to walk up to your condo. The owners of these units have NO CONTROL over this, but it must be noted in review.

Girls Trip 2024

This was the 2nd time I’ve stayed at the Aquavista and am pleased with the overall booking, check in and check out process. One person in our group had an issue but the problem was attended to promptly and made right. I will definitely book at this property again.

Disappointed

As ourselves owners of a short term rental, we would have never allowed someone to rent in the condition of this condo. There was continuous & consistent ongoing disruptive construction which we were neve made aware prior to booking. Additionally, this unit is on the 8th floor and the only elevator was out of order numerous times forcing us to walk up and down 8 flights.. The unit itself had not been cleaned. The master bathroom floor had not been mopped and had menstruation blood stain on the floor. The windows and doors overlooking the balcony were opaque & the balcony was so dirty we could not in good conscious even sit out there. We shortened out stay and left after the 3rd day of our 7 day booking. We left the place cleaner than we found it. We were very disappointed and will never stay there again. Final note: This place is not large. The furnishings are large and the unit is cluttered and dark. It is very outdated and old. Owners should upkeep their units.

Maintenance was Intrusive

If it were not for construction and maintenance going on while were there it would have been 5 stars. I understand that it's the best time, financially to do it but we were surprised that something we were told would be done in September was still not done in January. We've reserved a condo in a different resort for next year because I don't think the scheduled project for this year will be done on time either. At times we were asked to park across the street but all the road construction in front of Aqua Vista made it unsafe to cross and inconvenient.

PCB nightmare

Sand Seeker Vacations had all the beautiful photos of the property. A few weeks after we made our reservation and paid in full (non refundable) they sent an email saying the property was undergoing MAJOR construction, most of the on-site parking was unavailable (park across the street), and the pool is closed. Too bad! We're keeping your money. NEVER AGAIN with Sand Seeker!

Convenient, safe, family friendly

We had a great week stay at Aqua Vista 804-W! Winn Dixie was close & convenient. The first day we used Shipt and got our groceries. Pier Park only a mile away, condo was clean when we arrived. More of a private beach, awesome views from the deck. Had everything we needed for a week’s stay. Elevators were no problem & quick. Pictures were very accurate for this condo, would stay again!

Review

The beaches are the best we have ever seen! The room was more than adequate for the 3 of us. We had a balcony overlooking the ocean with plenty of space to enjoy the view. The pool was clean. The mattresses and tv's could use an upgrade, being said, it would not stop us renting here again. Other owners were all very friendly. Easy access to the beach. The private beaches were the best! The only thing we missed, was having an office to ask questions and get information about the area. Definitely would come back to this condo if vacationing in Panama City again!

It was a fabulous vacation. Renting, check in and checkout was an ocean breeze. The location was perfect with private beach. Close to everything. Will definitely go back.
