Beautiful farmhouse near Lake Cumberland, less than 5 miles to Beaver Creek Marina and conveniently located next door to Bell’s Boat Storage. Just 20 minutes to Conley Bottom. Very large lot behind to park boats, RV’s and trailers. Sleeps 8. All 3 bedrooms include queen beds, The upstairs bedroom also has a double bed. Flat screen Tv’s and lots of storage. Home includes 2 bathrooms and laundry room. Fire pit, bbq grill, corn hole, children’s swing set also located at this rental. Just 4 miles to Monticello!

Beautiful property, very clean and had everything we needed. The front porch was so delightful to sit and enjoy the surroundings. Since we had 3 women over 70 yrs. some type of handrail near the shower would be helpful. Also both bathrooms are on the main floor, a missed detail on our part. We loved every minute of the stay. Monticello is a friendly welcoming town. We spent one whole day driving to cemeteries of ancestors. They were all well maintained and beautifully decorated. Mill Springs is not to be missed!

WE had everything we could need at this rental. It was comfortable and clean. The owner left plenty of paper products and trash bags which is always appreciated. A wonderful stay again for our second time. Thank you!

Peaceful place to stay

Peaceful place to visit with family in the area. House is well equipped and comfortable. This was the fifth time we have stayed there and plan on returning next year.

Family Christmas

The house was perfect for visiting our nearby family. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and blankets and the kitchen was well stocked. We will come back!

We had a wonderful stay here while traveling to be with family at Thanksgiving in Monticello. It was a great farmhouse and had everything we needed. Very convenient to town.

Clean & Cozy!!

We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house because we were on the lake so much but it was nice to come back to a clean & cozy farm house. Being a cattle farmer myself & living on my farm, this place made me feel right at home. We will be back!!!

Senior Citizen trip to the lake

The house was perfect in every way. All of the extras were there...coffee, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher detergent. Lots of room for parking. We certainly enjoyed our stay!

Great Stay! Enjoyable and Relaxing Property

The Farmhouse is a wonderful place to stay. This is the 3rd time we have stayed there; each time was great. We enjoy the cozy farmhouse look and decor. We were provided everything we needed regarding kitchen items, utensils, washer & dryer, paper products, detergents, etc. We especially enjoyed the front and back porches and the seating area where we could read, have quiet time, talk, and just sit taking in nature: fields, barn, cattle, sunshine, clouds, wind blowing the grass and tall flowers and listening to the sounds of the night. The hosts were easy to contact if needed. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable.

Nice little country stay

Arrived on Thursday and left out Sunday went to stay couple days on lake Cumberland it’s just few min from beaver creek ramp and we went around other side to wolf creek dam and marina there is gas station back on corner and wal mart to get stuff but not very many sit down places to eat some fast food stops

Paul and I are life long residents of Wayne County. He has lived in Parnell all of his life. I moved from Sunnybrook, KY which was a small community in Wayne Co when we were married. We have raised our 2 beautiful daughters in this community and are enjoying having our 2 wonderful grandson's just a few minutes away in the same area. We love this community and all the neighbors in it. Everyone knows everyone and they all seem like family. We also live on a farm and own a few more around that takes most of our time but its what we enjoy. We hope you will like this area as much as we do and will find it like your second home.
