Lake Bluff Paradise on Lake Cumberland. Newly added game room and hot tub!

Located on the banks of beautiful Lake Cumberland in the Daniel Boone National Forest region of the Appalachian Mountains, Lake Bluff Paradise is our lake home located at the mouth of Fishing Creek only minutes from multiple marinas. Our home is situated on over an acre wooded lot with nice lake and mountain foothill views. Wayne County, boarding Tennessee, is in a known bald eagle nesting area! We also host a flock of turkeys, that live near our property, that are frequently seen and heard.

Our home features four bedrooms and two and 1/2 bathrooms. Bedroom #1 offers a luxury king-size adjustable bed, closet and en suite bath. Bedroom #2 also has a large closet with a king-size bed. The lower-level Bedroom #3 contains a full and a set of twin bunk beds with full closet. Bedroom #4 contains a queen-size bed with large closet. There are also (2) La-Z-Boy sleeper sofas with full mattresses located in the lower-level walkout basement. Each sleeping area has it’s own flat screen TV for entertainment.

Our multi-level home has a full walkout basement with patio, charcoal grill, picnic table, fire table and additional seating to enjoy the relaxing natural environment and awesome views. The top-level floor has hardwood floors throughout, fireplace, fully furnished stainless steel kitchen with granite countertops and coffee bar, dining and living room areas. Additionally this level has a covered, fully-screened, furnished deck allowing for a nice treehouse like environment to enjoy your surroundings. There is an additional, propane gas, grill on the top level.

There are multiple TVs throughout the home, including a 70" big screen in the lower level, high speed fiber internet with wi-fi streaming options including YouTubeTV.
Ping Pong & Foosball tables, Golden Tee, electronic dart board, Wii gaming system, multicade arcade system with more than 5,000 selectable games, karaoke system and a large collection of entertaining board & card games and puzzles are available. Relaxing outdoor activities located on-site including a hot tub/spa (operational Mid-September through Mid-May only) and adult loveseat-sized swing both with wonderful views. Corn hole boards are also available. There should be plenty of activities for all ages.

The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with everything you should need. You will also find a front-load washer and dryer available for all the comforts of home.

Some of the area's popular outdoor activities include swimming, fishing, hiking, golfing, canoeing & boating and jet skiing. A nice water park is about 20 minutes away and a white-water rafting resort is not too far from our home.

We want to highlight that we take hygiene in our home seriously. The home is thoroughly cleaned, and commonly touched surfaces are sanitized after every guest stay. We also use HEPA and high MERV air filtration systems to assist in eliminating indoor airborne pollutants.

To help keep the property safe & secure we utilize outdoor security lighting, a smart doorbell on the front of the home and motion activated security cameras on the front and rear of the home. Interior motion sensors are also installed that are activated when the home is unoccupied.
