Hello everyone! Thank you for checking out our home. We absolutely love where we live. We are walking distance to downtown South Bend and the University of Notre Dame. We have 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Our basement is finished with a 70in ultraHD tv and brand new furniture. There is a full bedroom (queen bed) and full bathroom in the basement with a jet tub. The main floor has the master bedroom (king bed with casper mattress) with a full bathroom. There is also a half bath off the main kitchen area. We have all new stainless steel appliances in our kitchen. In our back fenced in area we have a Weber grill and a hot tub that was also recently purchased. Upstairs we have a guest bedroom with a queen bedroom and full bathroom. We are on a corner lot so there is a lot of room for street parking or we also have a long driveway with a 2 car garage.
