The Little Pink Guest Suite

Enjoy our cozy back yard guest suite. Fully fenced in by a privacy fence with dedicated off street parking. Our space is walking distance to some of the best bars, coffee shops and restaurants in Seminole Heights. Inside you'll have a fully equipped kitchenette, very comfy brand new Queen size bed, Smart TV, and fast internet. We have all you need to provide comfortable stay for vacation or business travel right in the middle of the city with quick access to everything via car.

The space
Our 350 square foot Guest Suite is attached to the back of our 1939 Pillbox Bungalow Home. The Guest Suite is a completely separate space from the main house with no shared spaces or doorways.

We LOVE our guest suite, it is cozy and inviting and will cater to whatever your needs may be. We can accommodate 1 or 2 people. The space is well lit and full of house plants. Almost everything in the space is vintage (except the mattress!). We love restoring antique furniture in our spare time so that is what we have furnished this space with.

There is also a fully stocked efficiency style kitchen with microwave, mini-fridge (no freezer) toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishes and utensils. Basically everything except an oven and stove.

Guest access
You'll have access to our driveway, the entire guest suite, outdoor patio and pergola.

Other things to note
Please note that this space has ONE queen size bed and an extra long couch. We do not provide bedding for the couch.

My husband and I were in town for medical appointments and this listing was a very nice home away from home. It was cute, comfortable, and a good location for us for where we needed to be for our apts. The bed was comfortable (my husband has back issues and was comfortable for him). And the location was quiet! The only snag we ran into was that the door code hadnt been updated by our arrival so we couldn't access the location - BUT, I reached out to the host and within 2min, the code was corrected and we began our stay! Thank you for such a quick resolution!

This is a cute, private studio on the back of a house. Very comfortable and clean. Perfect for one or 2 people. Host is very responsive. Many excellent breweries in the area. The riverwalk and downtown are less than 10 minutes away.

Great Place and Location!

We made it a weekend trip to Tampa for some doctor appointments. The owners are extremely nice. The house was perfect for what we needed and close to everything. Close to Ybor, Downtown, St Pete, Clearwater, Amateur works, etc. Perfect studio set up and great for 2 adults.

We had a great stay in the little pink house & it was absolutely everything we needed. The hosts were friendly & communicative & gave great recommendations for local coffee shops. I’m also allergic to Tampa in March & very much appreciated the hosts having provided travel Kleenex! It’s the little touches that go above expectations :) Thank you so much!

A Wonderful Cottage in Tampa

This pink cottage is charming and immaculate. Once inside it’s evident that someone took a master class in how to set up a guest cottage. I was extremely impressed at how spotless it was The added touches of just about everything you may forget to pack were provided. The kitchenette was perfect for having a quick breakfast or warm up leftovers from dinner. Everyone who raved about a comfortable mattress were correct. The owners were quick to respond when we needed them. If you want a place in Tampa we highly recommend this one.

perfect and adorable

This is a CUTE little space for a tampa location...my first time in tampa, as I am a bird photographer and wanted something close to multiple places, Desoto, Lake Apopka, Celery Fields, and Myakka. I was so busy I only made it to two locations, but this was a great location for the birding destinations I picked out! The kitty cat that greeted us was darling, the decor was fabulous, but that mattress and pillow....oh my I slept SO GOOD, just like at home!

Great property

The little pink guest suite was perfect for my wife and I. It is super convenient for an event at raymond james stadium. It is within driving distance of a lot, including disney. Highly recommend. recommend this to any couple.

Very comfy suite

Nice quiet area. Suite located behind the owner's home with complete privacy. Spacious room with small fridge, microwave, portable oven tops & utensils. Near mexican and sushi establishments, very modestly priced menu. It's 13 mins from the Tampa convention center. Downtown hotels charge +- $20 for parking, here you park in front of the property N/C. Owners super friendly!!

Beautiful, cozy accommodations

This place is a unique gem with many thoughtful items placed in the suite for your comfort. We really appreciated coming back after a day of sightseeing to enjoy the covered pergola with a cup of tea and some snacks. Great neighbourhood restaurants nearby. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

My wife and I met in High School but didn't dating until our mid-20's. She is a Yoga Instructor and I'm a touring guitar/keyboard technician. We love traveling, cooking, hanging out with our pets, paddleboarding, beach trips, reading in our hammocks and basically all things outdoors.

We've been Vacation Rental Hosts / Property Managers for the last 3 years and love it. When we travel we never stay in hotels so we love being on both sides of the equation :-)

We love the neighborhood, the street, central location to everything we do in Tampa. We also just loved the layout of this house, the giant old trees and the big back yard.

Walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants, bars and coffee shops in Tampa. Also not being in a flood zone is really nice during hurricane season! :-)
