PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: The elevator is currently out of operation and will not work for your stay. There are three flights of stairs to the front door of this condo.

Get ready to experience the joys of oceanside living when you come to stay at this wonderful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo right by the beach! With an excellent ocean view, fantastic community amenities, and a welcoming interior, this lovely condo that has everything you need to have a blissful vacation at the beach!

Stroll into the foyer of the property, and you'll immediately notice the warm and inviting feeling, with a convenient place to hang your beach towels and bags. From here journey into the property, and you'll be greeted by the main living and kitchen area, with brightly painted walls reminiscent of the ocean waves. This fully equipped kitchen lets you make your own picnic lunches to take to the beach or enjoy your morning coffee with a breathtaking ocean view. The refrigerator has an ice maker, which can be an added bonus after being out in the sun all day!

Past the kitchen you'll find the dining set that can seat six, in addition to another side table that seats an additional three. From the dining area we transition seamlessly into the living room, furnished with two comfy sofas, a plush chair, and a large flat-screen TV with cable. It's a great place to relax when you're not frolicking out on the beach! From here you can journey past the sliding glass doors to the large patio that spans over to the master bedroom, boasting magnificent ocean views. The patio is furnished with a dining set and lounge set, so you can sit outside and relish the ocean breeze any time you like.

Inside, you'll find the three bedrooms, each featuring its own television! The first bedroom offers up a queen bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed, as well as a twin-sized bunk bed—perfect for larger groups that need more sleeping space, or for families traveling with kids. The master is the star of the show and features a king bed, along with a private master bath that was recently redone, with a tiled walk-in shower. The master also offers a private entrance to the balcony!

This property has access to amazing community amenities, such as the gorgeous pool, covered parking, and an elevator. The home also features a washer and dryer, and free Wi-Fi. You're never more than a walk away from the beach, as well as restaurants and shopping!

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 2 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

Great beach getaway!
We were looking forward to a fun coastal spring break, and I'm glad we chose this property in Isle of Palms. The location was perfect - next to food and a few shops, including bike rentals. The view was great, and the walk to the beach was easy. The bedrooms were perfect for our family size. Friendly neighbors too. Kitchen/bathroom well-stocked with enough supplies for 5 days. We would definitely stay here again. We did not use the pool, as we were more interested in the beach.

Fantastic getaway!
This was a short 5 night vacation with my daughter and elderly father to visit with family in Mt Pleasant. We absolutely loved being on the beach! This was a perfect property! It was clean and the location was great to walk anywhere - breakfast, beach, shopping! It was awesome to have the pool right outside the building, but my daughter was more enthralled with the beach so we never even used the pool! We loved sitting on the back balcony to eat breakfast/lunch (when we didn’t walk to any of the great restaurants nearby) and watch the waves. The walk to the beach looked longer in the pics, but it was super short and my father & daughter went out there at least twice each day because of that short walk! We brought soap, toilet paper, paper towels, but didn’t use any because the condo had a perfect amount for us to use during our stay! And we brought our own Keurig because the listing said ‘regular coffee pot’, but they also had a keurig! We loved our stay and would definitely stay here, again!

Great!
Loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The balcony views were fantastic; we even saw dolphins on the last morning. We walked everywhere and didn’t need our car again until check-out. We’d love to stay here again.

Please note: Carroll Realty is the property management company chosen by the homeowner and requires that their rental agreement be signed prior to occupying the property. This agreement will be sent after a reservation is made along with other helpful rental info for your stay.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited.

Power/ weather related cancellation: Carroll Realty does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, Carroll Realty will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
