A short, enjoyable walk to Magnolia Market or Spice Village, across the street from the Dr Pepper Museum, and upstairs from the popular Fabled Bookshop and Cafe makes this the perfect place to start your historic Waco journey. Less than a mile from Baylor University and two blocks from the McLane Stadium shuttle pick up with free on-site street parking at the building.

Cozy, clean, stylish & perfect location for enjoying all things Waco & Magnolia. Within walking distance, go window shopping on Main, visit the Baylor campus, see a movie or concert in comfort at the historic Hippodrome, stroll around Magnolia Market & come home to rest, relax and connect with family & friends in this adorable loft. Guaranteed, you won't want to leave!

Silo District Trolley is free and runs every 15 minutes. The trolley’s route makes it easy to get to and from Magnolia Market, and also provides access to other popular shopping, dining and art venues in the downtown area. The "4th and Franklin" trolley stop is super close. Just exit the building, turn left on 4th St. and walk 1 block to Franklin St.

You will have access to the entire condo with exception to one locked supply closet.

My niece and I were thrilled with this loft! It was exceedingly clean with thoughtful touches like snacks, full size toiletries and robes. We loved the location and walked to many restaurants and the Silos. The couch was huge and comfortable and the beds were great. Sarah was a great host and in constant communication and I appreciated the on site parking and ease of check in and access. Our stay couldn't have been better!

This property was perfect! My two friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend. The location was walkable to restaurants and shops, and only a few blocks from The Silos. The condo was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the couch and living area was cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed: coffee, creamer, cooking dishes and utensils, glassware, even olive oil! The condo is beautifully decorated and easy to get in and out. The staff provided great information for our stay and was quick to respond to my messages. We would stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Waco!

Summer trip

Stayed here with our teenage kids and it was a great location. Easy to walk to all the downtown spots and the condo itself was awesome inside. Easy to park, great check in and very well done inside. We will def stay here again when we are in town.

Had a wonderful stay at this Loft! Everything was exactly as stated and pictured online! Absolutely beautiful, clean and well stocked. The property manager was very informative and the communication was much appreciated. This loft is centrally located so walking to most of our destinations was quick and easy and parking was a breeze. Highly recommend!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this loft in Waco - it is beautiful and equipped with everything you could ever need. Loved this loft. It was very modern, well furnished, super clean, and incredibly convenient. We were there for a conference at the convention center and had a couple dinner appointments. We literally walked to all of them. The silos were only a couple blocks away and we walked there too (much easier than trying to park at the silos). If I had the same trip with the same needs, I'd rent this property 10 times out of 10 without hesitation.

Loft was clean and stylish... beds were crazy comfortable. Provided full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Had plenty of towels and wash cloths and attachments to the hairdryer (diffuser=great curls). A lot of things within walking distance. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect Location

Everyone in our party agreed that there could not be a better location. The place was so well prepared for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was great! We could walk to various tourist spots and food locations. Parking is very close to the lofts. Our host was very responsive!

Awesome Stay

This is the most beautiful property with a perfect location. We enjoyed being able to walk to the Dr. Pepper Museum, Silos, Restaurants, and the bookstore/coffee house was next door. The property was clean and spacious plus the kitchen was fully stocked with all the extras we forgot to bring (cooking spray). I would definitely recommend and stay here again!
