The dramatic entry, with vaulted ceiling, welcomes you to this light and cheery 2,196 sq. foot mountain home located in the heart of Suncadia. Stunning reclaimed hardwood floors highlight the entry, living room, dining room, and kitchen. Every room includes high-end furnishings and eclectic décor. All three bedrooms have attached bathrooms.

A stone gas fireplace with a repurposed wood mantle serves as the focal point of this warm and inviting room that features vaulted ceilings and loads of light. Facing the fireplace is a cushy L-shaped leather couch. The room also includes a 75-inch OLED TV with live TV with a streaming device attached.

Fully equipped with high-end appliances, the kitchen, featuring Quartz countertops and stylish backsplash tile, will accommodate any meal, big or small. From large roasting pans to cookies sheets to a food processor you’ll find what you need.

A good size round dining table, with a lazy susan, comfortably seats six. Just behind the table is seating for three more on the stools at the breakfast bar.

The large outdoor patio, accessible off the living room, overlooks native plants and trees and includes an impressive stone fire pit, BBQ, and hot tub. Outdoor meals can be enjoyed at the covered table that comfortably seats six and will accommodate 2-3 more stools.

To keep both the kids (both young and old) entertained there is a game room with a Pop-a-Shot basketball game and ping pong table. The kids room includes many video game systems including a PlayStation 4 with games, a classic Super Nintendo preloaded with all the hits, and Nintendo Switch docking station.

Located on the first floor, the master includes a sumptuous king-sized bed, complemented by a luxurious four-piece bath and large walk-in closet. A 42-inch LED smart TV (which includes Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and other movie apps).
The 2nd master upstairs includes a king-sized bed with full shower/combo bathtub. This room has a pleasant mountain view.
The bunk suite features a bunk bed with full-size lower bed and twin trundle. There’s a desk, comfy bean-bag chair, and 42-inch LED smart TV. There is also an attached bathroom with a shower.
There is generously sized, well-lit loft that includes a full-sleeper sofa and is a great place to relax with your feet up and read a book.
A rustically charming half bath is located on the first floor.
