Amazing house great getaway!
The house was amazing for girls weekend and we all had comfortable stay the house was great public pool was a blast private hot tub was great as well. I'd say the only down fall was the house wasnt stocked well for our stay had to contact the front desk few times to ask for essential stuff that should of been stocked in the house that sleeps 12. I also didn't have the best experience coming into the weekend there was lack of communication on there end with checking in. We had to wait to get in the house for 3 hours and wasnt told no early check in till it was 4pm that day when I should of been checked into the house by the, so came early to check in for nothing. I got to suncadia around 1pm checked into the front desk at 1:30pm they got me checked but said ill contact you with code when my property is ready, so we waited around had lunch went to the store to kill time and I wasnt contacted still at was 3pm so called front desk they said property still isn't ready so now we waited till 4pm and called front desk again and they said the house still isn't ready and there having a busy weekend and there no early check in so not only was I not told this when I checked in at 130 I waited 2 and half hour for them to tell me no early check in and that i could probably be waiting for check in from 4-6pm so that I already waited those hour I could be waiting longer I feel I should of been put on a priory check in and at least got into house by 4pm if not earlier. We did get into the house at 430 but that's was because I was presistant who knows if we would of gotten in b4 6pm if I wouldnt of been so presistant. I understand busy high volume weekend but the issue was lack on communication and wrong info leading up to the check in day. All in all we had an amazing weekend and great property just not impressed with checking in procedure the lack of communication and the house not being stocked for the weekend with linens etc.
