PROPERTY
THE REGENCY is situated on an expansive property across a point with prime Muskoka shoreline, bringing you absolute privacy and peace to enjoy all the space the land has to offer. The cottage is nestled within towering pine trees and pristine gardens and landscaping with pathways to guide you around the grounds. The main cottage has several walkouts to the outdoor areas, including access to the cottage deck and stone patio with 8 Muskoka chairs with a view of the point. Beside the cottage is the tennis court with 4 seats and an umbrella for spectators. Around the tennis court you can enjoy grassy lawns, ideal for outdoor games and activities. From here, walk towards the water to find the long sandy beach, with a shallow walk-in and sandy bottoms, ideal for infants and frolicking in the water. On the other side of the point is the 3-slip boathouse, that has seating areas on the lower dock and the upper boathouse deck. On the boathouse dock there are 4 chairs, perfect for spending long, sunny days at the water's edge with convenient access to the lower boathouse interiors with a powder room, shower room, and a sauna. Off the boathouse dock there is amazing swimming conditions with deep water, perfect for diving in. Walk up the boathouse stairs to the large covered boathouse deck featuring a large sectional, 4 lounge chairs, and a round breakfast table, with breathtaking long-lake views from each direction.

The linens and turnover fee is $2,160.00 per rental
This cottage includes 18 hours of midweek housekeeping during peak season rentals
