This property is located on the most perfect cove on Lake Hamilton for swimming off and enjoying the lake!! Not every property has this capability, and trust us when we say, ours is perfect for lake days! This property is made up of a main house + 2 full cabins on 150 feet of lake frontage. It is rented as one (rented to only one group at a time) and is perfect for 2-6 couples or families. It sleeps 8-13 the most comfortably, but will sleep up to 16 using the comfortable pull out couches. You have a UNIQUE opportunity to stay in a one-of-a-kind setup that allows everyone to come together, but then retreat back to private spaces/cabins. The cabins are all only steps apart.

The main house and 2 cabins all have their own newly renovated full kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms, so they are completely self sufficient and very comfortable as stand alone properties. The cove is the best cove for off-the-dock swimming than anywhere on the lake!

The MAIN HOUSE-Where you all come together- is newly renovated, light and airy, and a roomy 2400 square feet. It is a 3 bd/3ba house with an open concept. It has 2 bedrooms with king beds, a twin bedroom, and an additional living space off the 2nd master bedroom. It sleeps 7 and also has a crib in the downstairs master bedroom. The main house has impressive floor to ceiling windows that span to 18ft, showcasing views that look out into a quiet cove perfect for boating, floating, swimming and kayaking. The large deck ( 500 sq. ft. +) is the perfect gathering place for everyone!

The FRONT CABIN is 525 square feet and includes a bedroom, bathroom and living area/kitchen with amazing lake views. When sitting on the couch in this cabin, the lake is so close you feel as if you could be on a house boat! This cabin has a large 200 sqft. private deck, perfect for lakeside fun or evening drinks. It has one bedroom with a queen bed. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room in a pinch.

BACK CABIN -
The Back cabin is an 1100 square foot cabin. It consists of a full kitchen, 2 stylish king bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms as well as a pull out queen sleeper sofa. There are small living rooms on both the main level and downstairs level of this cabin. Located 25 steps behind the main house at the entrance of the property .

The homes boast a total of 750 sq. feet in new decks that look out to beautiful lake views as well as a brand new boat dock with swim deck that looks into a large, private cove close to the main channel! The convenient location is right off HWY. 70, only 8 minutes to Oaklawn and 11 minutes to downtown. Plenty of parking (8 cars no problem..) stylish and updated interiors, coupled with large decks and lakeside charm, you'll want to come back to this property time after time. Spend your days hanging out on the new dock or laying in shaded hammocks with a good book. Spend your nights relaxing in the hot tub under twinkle lights.

Cancellations will only be permitted if the state laws change (for example if a shelter in place restricts your travel) but cannot be refunded outside of our typical cancellation or refund policies.

GOOD TO KNOW:

-We have a local property manager for any immediate needs!
-We have our own rental agreement in addition. It is a standard rental agreement and you are welcome to request it prior to booking. Other sites allow us to post the agreement on the listing, but in this case there is no spot to attach prior to booking. Let us know if you have any questions. The signed rental agreement is required prior to receiving check-in information.

We do not offer any type of credits for hot tub issues beyond our control.
