With gorgeous views and adventure around every turn, you will be wrapped up in Desert Charm in no time.

This beautiful 3 bedroom / 3.5 bath townhome can comfortably sleep 13 guests. Spend your days hiking around the nearby mountains searching for petroglyphs, or taking a bike ride alone one of the many bike paths out your front door. Take a day trip to one of the many National or State parks, all within a short drive. Back at home, the kids will love challenging each other to games on the Xbox 1. If your vacation cannot be all play and no work, there is a workstation with dual monitors upstairs. With a Smart TV, surround sound, and a DVD player; family movie night has never been easier. Host a game night playing scrabble, dominos, or a foosball tournament! With gorgeous views and adventure around every turn, Desert Charm will have you wrapped up in charm, love, and relaxation in a heartbeat.

Always a good place to stay

We have stayed in this condo several times as a family. Everything is so well laid out - plenty of room. The property is always kept in great condition and the management is very responsive.

Great condo for families

The condo is clean and complete with everything you need.... Management was great to make sure everything was going well... Check in and out was easy... One suggestion to the owner would be to add black out curtains or shades in bedrooms... The blinds let in a lot of light at night...

Fantastic place!

Loved this place, it had everything we needed! I like the community it was in and the space. This home was nice and clean and had all the amenities we needed plus some! Will definitely stay here again, especially for the price! This rental company is so easy to work with and very accommodating.

Cute & Comfortable Townhome

Super cute townhome in a nice family neighborhood with 3 bedrooms and a total of 6 beds (King bed, King Bed, Double, and 3 bunkbeds). The bed we stayed in was on the firmer side, and we had the best sleep we've had in years. We loved that each room had their own bathroom, and there was also an extra bathroom for guests. The kitchen was darling with a gas range, dishwasher, and a large sink with disposal. The dining area had a large table with 4 cushioned chairs and a large bench. The living room area was perfect with an extra roomy couch & loveseat, and also a ginormous TV for the kids to play their games on. We only had one vehicle and we were able to park inside the garage each night, which was very nice since there is no real driveway, and there's no parking allowed on the street. We were pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get ahold of someone whenever we had a question, as it was Thanksgiving week. Comfortable rental. We loved our stay and would stay here again.

Great Rental

This property was really great to stay at and only 10 minutes from St George. Recreation pass should be an optional charge because we didn't use it. We didn't use the bikes but they all had flat tires. Would be nice if the unit had a high chair for kids. One last important item that could be improved is to have better wifi because the phone service in the area is terrible but overall was a great place to stay.

Perfect

They house was perfect for what we needed, very clean, and had a lot of amenities! The rec pass what a great bonus! The one thing I have to say was over the top excellence was the staff! Everyone I talked to was super helpful and made the process super smooth, I never felt like I wasn't sure what to do about anything, everything was explained well! They even had fresh cookies for our stay!! Will definitely be staying with red sands again!

Beautiful, clean, and spacious! Convenient location!

Beautiful home and super clean. Location was perfect as we explored Utah. Property was equipped with everything needed for a longer stay. We stayed ( 4) nights. Only complaint were the bathroom towels needed cleaning. They smelled musty- I had to take them all and wash them myself but the liquid detergent provided wasn’t strong enough as they still smelled.( they need to be soaked) other than that, community was great and access to the recreation center was awesome for the little ones.

Great stay--Family Loved

This was a beautiful home and seemed extremely new. It was exceptionally clean, except the carpets needed cleaning. A hair dryer in the second master bedroom and Kleenex tissues in the bathrooms would be a nice addition. The communications from Red Sands were refreshingly excellent. We had 9 people from ages 4 to 78 and everyone loved the place. We loved it the home.

Nice home in a nice area

This 3-bedroom 3-bath home provided plenty of space for the four of us. We enjoyed visiting Zion, Bryce and the North Rim from here. We also liked Pioneer Park in nearby St. George. There are lots of eating and grocery options nearby.

Great stat

We had a great stay at this home. Having a bathroom and shower in every room was amazing! The beds were all very comfortable and the home was beautiful. The only negatives were the WiFi was extremely slow as well as our cell phone reception. We have Verizon and could hardly get internet and had multiple dropped calls. I also wish the toilet paper and paper towels were better quality. For the amount you pay for one night we would have appreciated decent paper towels and toilet paper. Everything else was awesome!

Spring Break

Beautiful home. very nice furnishings. Rooms felt spacious. Nice and clean. Only things I wished it had was some tinfoil, a whisk, some plastic baggies for sandwiches and a serrated knife. Oh and a code to the garage would have been helpful. We had to walk though the house to open the garage and get out of our car to close it. Thanks!

Great stay

Everything is new and clean. Secluded location which we liked. It’s difficult to access. Has a small garage with limited street parking. New development with lots of construction going on but wasn’t too noisy. Was perfect for 2 families with lots of kids.
