Here is a fantastic opportunity to stay in an amazing vacation rental home 3 rows from the ocean in the middle of Kure Beach. This home features 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, granite counter tops, hardwood and tile floors, private elevator and a garage. High ceilings on each level, the master features a whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower. There are 3 covered decks for entertaining and an awesome roof top deck with fabulous views of the ocean and pier.

A lovely 2 week beach retreat!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a lovely 2 week beach retreat for our families. The elevator was a great addition for our 84 year old grandmother, as well as the rest of us, especially unloading and loading! Clean, roomy, beautiful views, quiet neighborhood, convenient location within comfortable walking distance of beach and pier. Would suggest a larger refrigerator or 2nd one? Dryer was not working well and had to wait nearly the entire trip for a repair person to arrive. Dinner at Michael's Seafood Restaurant was superb. We made a couple of trips to the outstanding Bigger's Vegetable Stand and Blackburn Brothers Fish Market. One night we enjoyed a delicious seafood boil, too! Reservation process was convenient and professional, with check in/out very easy. Thank you!!

So-So Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. Also the toilet lever for bathroom upstairs was broken and the tub in the lower level was not draining properly. The Cleaning Company should have seen that when they cleaned the unit, and by those items not being addressed, shows me the cleaning company just wiped down and didn't clean thoroughly. Also we were notified the day before that roofers would be working on the roof. Roofers worked for two days banging roof and in addition we had to move our vehicles constantly. We reached out to Intracoastal Realty Company to have them contact owner to see if we could receive a discount for the inconvenience for the two days, but as of today have not heard back. I am confident if owner was in the same situation as us, owner would expect a certain level of service and attention. Especially when one is paying over $ 4000 for a week.

Big house, easy walk to the beach

This house was big. We had a total of 8 adults and 2 dogs with us during our stay. We had plenty of room to spread out when we needed space and the common area was comfortable enough to accommodate all of us. The layout was awkward. The only access to the roof top deck was thru a bedroom. So it was an underutilized space. And the common area was on the third floor. So, lots of steps between the living room and front door. The elevator was a Godsend for the older people in our group and for bringing in our bags and supplies for the week. But if you are claustrophobic (like me) use the steps. The walk to the beach and a few local restaurants was quick and easy. We appreciated that very much!

Great Family Vacay!

Property was very nice and clean. Plenty of open spaces for large family gatherings. Convenient walk to ocean. Not a good view of ocean except for a little from the very top deck. Walking distance to pier, restaurants, and convenient store. Loved having the elevator for older family members and bringing in luggage etc. Difficult to work TV's - no instructions. Only could get the large TV in family room to work. This is the only dissappointment.

We love this place and look forward to returning if the prices don't change and the quality is great. We cleaned our selves and cut the grass for the next renters. upon our arrival the trash cans were completely full as well as the recycle was full. The back burner on the grill was not working.'

Rough start but...

We stayed for two weeks at this property. We loved the area , the house was very nice... However it was very dirty when we arrived. Dirty dishes in the cupboard, several weeks worth of dust in the fans and vents, dust in the elevator .The microwave and the elevator broke on the first day. The rental agency was extremely responsive and so by the middle of the first week, we had a new microwave and the elevator had been repaired.

Great group beach getaway!

Very spacious property with easy access to the beach! Was satisfied with our stay. Cleanliness was ok (some dog hair on the comforter) but besides that everything was great. towels and sheets were sealed in plastic. Beach chairs in the garage. Nice.
