This unit features a large updated kitchen with all the amenities of a home. This 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condo has enough room for the whole family. It has a king master suit, double beds in the second bedroom and a pull out couch in the living room. Outdoor entertainment areas include open covered patio below the unit, a second story balcony with seating and a private balcony right off the bedrooms. Enjoy the Boardwalks very own private beach on the calm waters of the sound. The Gulf of Mexico is steps away.

Great location. Beach on one side and bay on the other. You can walk to the beach, play in the pool and enjoy the sunset on the bay pier behind the condo. Plenty of space and not crowded.

Great location

So close to Fort Pickens to see the Blue Angels fly. The sound and gulf beaches are just minutes from the door. Peg Leg Pete's is a short walk. The pool was a nice respite from the beach and the heat.

Boardwalk Condo

Absolutely enjoyed our trip to Pensacola and the Boardwalk condo! Perfectly located between the Bay and Gulf! Easy beach access just across the street. Kitchen is well stocked and bonus for having beach towels, chairs, umbrella, wagon as well as kids sand toys. The 2 bikes were also a plus, which we enjoyed riding.

Perfect for our family

We loved the fact that we could go to the Sound or the Gulf. Loved all the little extras that were there if you needed them, such as beach chairs, toys, etc. The pool was great and never crowded. Weather was perfect for our stay.

We had a great time celebrating my daughter's 16th birthday. Property location was great, short walk to the bay and gulf. Weather was perfect. Kids enjoyed fishing from the dock. Very nice staycation for the family.

Not sure about the HOST. I had an issue with a VRBO customer service representative. I had an issue with the condition of the Condo. I could not make him understand what I was trying to tell him.

Good location, clean rental, and great host.

The location was nice and central. The property was well maintained. 1 bathroom in both rooms and a half bathroom in the living area. The host was great with communication and very accommodating. Will book again if we ever come back!

Wonderful Experience

This condo was perfect for our week long family vacation. They were very well stocked with any essentials that may be needed. The highlight of this property is the location-there is a trolley stop is very close by, and beach access just across the street! My family would definitely consider staying here again, we had a great time!

A Great Location with plenty of space.

A few short steps across the road to the Gulf or a quick walk through the development to the bay. A quick hop by car or a leisurely stroll to the Pier and main beach area. Clean spaciuous two floor condo provided ample space for 4 adults and 3 children.

Loved it!!

Loved the location first time being on the bay side ever.. always stayed on beach throughout the years. But I throughly enjoyed the private bay beach, water was so pretty and calm!! Met some people who live on the premises..they were very welcoming and nice all around,, I wasn’t ready to leave Pensacola, so the husband even helped me try to find a place!! Will definitely stay here again.!

Second visit even better

Our second visit to this condo and it was better than the first one. Great condo location with easy access to Pensacola Beach and the Gulf Breeze beaches, full access to the condo pier on the Gulf Breeze. The property owner was in full communication with us from any details and advise. An excellent week in a beautiful condo with all needed to stay confortable.

This place was very clean, roomy, comfortable, and a convenient location! The best of both worlds with the Bay directly behind you and the beach directly in front of you. We were able to use the beach wagon, beach chairs, and floats that the landlord had available! Bikes as well! I will definitely go back! ❤️

Girls Getaway

Overall, the condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked. The three flights of stairs were manageable on a daily basis, washer and dryer works good, sleeping arrangements were good, but the master bedroom does not have a queen bed.it is only a full size bed. two of us could not sleep comfortably in that particular bed so slept on the foldout couch-- mattress not the best. Would I stay here again, absolutely! Emily was great! She always communicated within minutes and was vey accomodating.

Wonderful Getaway

We booked this property for our family for Thanksgiving. Our younger son is stationed at the Naval Air Station so we needed somewhere sort of close to his location. We were also concerned about preparing a Thanksgiving meal away from our home. The first thing we noticed was home clean the place was. Everything has been swept, mopped, washed, we didn’t find one thing that didn’t feel or seem dirty. When we started cooking we were so surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was. From glasses to coffee mugs, to pots and pans, plenty of dishes and utensils, it was a very nice and unexpected touch. The location was great too. It wasn’t on the beach sand didn’t overlook the bay but it was so close to both we felt as though we were right there anyway. We would walk across the street right to get close beautiful access to the beach. Pensacola Beach was such a nice quaint area as well. I can’t say enough great things about our stay here. We’d definitely recommend this property to anyone interested in a great location to get away and unwind.

Great Location and Ammenities

The condo was easy to find and had plenty of parking. It is an easy two minute walk to the gulf and even closer to the sound. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary dishes. The main level is open and large enough for entertaining. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet for sleeping.
