Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

The beach is calling at 62 Mooring Buoy! This sun-filled home is located in beautiful Palmetto Dunes, just a one-minute walk to the beach for toes in the sand. No crossing of streets, located on the beach path!

Featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, there is plenty of room for the entire family. Relax in the light-filled, open-concept kitchen or great room. Enjoy multiple dining options inside and out, including a large, covered, screened-in porch! A beautifully adorned chefs’ kitchen is ready for your culinary creations. Enjoy a quick bite sitting at the kitchen island or formal dining at the whitewashed dining table.

Sweet dreams will greet you after a long day at the beach in your comfortable bedrooms. Each bedroom has a private bath! Located on the main level is the primary bedroom with a king bed, a beautiful no-threshold walk-in shower, a deep soaking tub, and a dual vanity. Bedroom #2, just down the hall, has a queen bed and a bath with a shower. Bedroom #3 has a king bed, a walkout balcony, and an ensuite with a shower. Bedroom #4 has two twin beds that can be converted into a swing king and a tub/shower combo. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the Great Room.

The beach awaits you. Get ready to start making great memories!

Key Features:
• Proximity to the beach: 3rd Row, on the Beach Path. Less than 2 min walk
• Total Home Water Filteration System.
• The pool can be heated for an additional charge, give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool heat must be scheduled at 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last minute requests prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated and or reaching optimal temperature.
• Pets may be considered for an additional charge; please give us a call for details and rates.

Repeat stay should be enough for a recommendation, but if you need more, we enjoy all things here. Proximity to the beach is fantastic as you sit on the walking path. Yes, we bring beach bags, backpacks and coolers, but really, you can be back to the house in minutes from the beach. Property is always clean and well stocked at each visit. There are is no kitchenware that isn't provided. We are a group of six adults and there is plenty of space for the group, or if you need some quiet time with a book. Management company is always responsive to our needs. Thank you again and we look forward to next year. Our week is already booked!

Beautiful Property

Close proximity to the beach with a concrete walkway and raised composite walkway with 4 or 5 steps on each end. We were still able to carefully maneuver the beach cart up and down. The home was very clean upon our arrival. The kitchen is well equipped and it was nice to have the cupboards labeled as to where everything belonged. Screened in porch was a plus.The Management was wonderful from the moment we arrived at the office until we left. We did have an issue with the kitchen freezer and had to trouble shoot with the office but someone was still sent to check. The kids never did get freeze pops or solid ice cream! Flipping switches in the breaker box made us a little nervous but it worked. Maybe have that checked out. Pool was well maintained and outdoor area taken care of. We'd stay here again in a minute!P.S. We used the Serg Takeout Kitchen for our arrival meal and it was fabulous! Everything was in the refrigerator with directions! All ready to go!

We have spent many summers in condos at Palmetto Dunes but this was our first experience in a home. The home fit our needs perfectly with lots of room to spread out. We loved the pool and the screened in back porch.. Just a short walk to the beach along a paved pathway. Wonderful bathrooms and a great kitchen for us all to gather. The rental company was outstanding and very attentive to our needs. I expected it to be spotless upon arrival but I think the cleaning company was just short staffed that day.

We enjoyed eating meals on the screen porch. The pool was great! Third row location was very nice, although the beach path was quite a trek up and down a set of stairs and a couple of hills. We had an issue with the back door in the master bedroom not locking and Island Time property managers sent someone right out to fix the problem. Highly recommend them!We have already booked a return next year.

We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach (2 minutes on a private beach path, which is in your backyard!), and the proximity to other locations within Palmetto Dunes. The beds were very comfortable, and the home was very well stocked with anything you could need. All of the items were in good condition, too, which is sometimes hard to find in a rental home. We loved everything about this house, and we can't wait to return. Island Time staff was also very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed working with them!

It had a gas grill that we used to cook dinner, a gorgeous pool to swim in each afternoon. We had a wonderful week with our family. Island Time was very responsive when we had a minor issue. There are 4 bedrooms, the master suite is very spacious with a fabulous bathroom and walk in shower. Each bedroom had an en-suite bath with the exception of one bedroom on the main level and that bathroom was right next to the bedroom. A very large screened in porch, the owners thought of everything. We loved it so much we have already booked for next year!!

Great getaway

We had an excellent two weeks at HHI. The house is in a great location and has everything. The new upgrades of new kitchen and extra bedroom and updated master bathroom was a nice surprise. Love the changes.We have booked our two weeks for next year already!

The house was wonderful, the remodeling was awesome. It has a dream kitchen, and everything you would need. Loved the screen porch!! walk to beach beautiful, great location. The ONLY problem was the front bedromm queen bed on first floor does’nt cool well. Loved this home!!

Reviewer Comments: We were supposed to stay in this house for 2 weeks but because of nearby construction, Island Time offered us a house up the street for a week to avoid the noise. This worked out great. Haleigh was a great help from the beginning to the end. She was all about customer service and we appreciated her patience. They moved our beach gear and offered other help that went above and beyond. Thanks so much. When we got to this house, we were thrilled. It is so open and airy. The screen porch is the best. It was the best equipped home that we have ever stayed at and we have been coming to HH for 20 years (however, a Keurig would be nice). Thanks to the owners for being flexible with the plans.

This house has everything you could want in a beach vacation. My family especially loves the screened-in porch and thoroughly enjoy our coffee in the morning just sitting and relaxing on the porch. Being right on the beach path is wonderful as it makes getting back and forth to the beach so easy. The pool may be a little small for some but we have no issues with it. Island Time is easy to deal with and called twice to see if we had any issues with the house. Overall a wonderful stay and cannot wait to come back next year and see the upgrades.
