Our condo at The Falls is fully equipped to be your home-away-from-home. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances, fully stocked cookware, and of course, a coffee pot and a Keurig for coffee each morning! Enjoy your meals together around the dining room table, or take it to the back patio for an epic barbecue with our newly purchased gas grill.

After a long day of boating on the water or browsing the countless shops, decamp to the family room for a movie night. This comfy space includes a flat screen TV with streaming access and of course, WiFi.

Or pour a glass of wine from our cocktail nook and gather outside on the deck to enjoy the fresh air and moonlit water, cozied up on our wicker furniture or large, wood swing.

Bedrooms include a primary suite with a king bed and full bed. Its own private bathroom and shower, along with a walk-in closet. This room has a wonderful view of the lake and an entrance to the patio.

The Queen suite houses a queen bed, a crib, private full bath, a walk-in closet and view of the lake with entrance to the patio.

The third bedroom has two sets of bunkbeds, a large closet, and just steps away from the hallway full bath.

Located off of Horseshoe bend, at the 2-mile marker from the Bagnell Dam, you’ll find our easily accessible condominiums close to plenty of shopping and food! Get ready to enjoy two delightful pools, one at the water's edge, great for sunbathing and boat watching, and the other with a 360 view of the lake with a nice view of the sunset. Enjoy the early morning fishermen while catching the beautiful sunrise from our sizeable screened in porch. This location truly can't be beat!
