Close to the splendid sandy beaches of the Nartelle and 1.3 kms from the city center, in a part of the town where road travel is done in fluid traffic, Villa Trimaran is located in the residential area of the Semaphore hill, quiet, secure, on a high point offering an unobstructed view of the surrounding hills and towards the Mediterranean.<br><br>The villa, renovated in 21 years, is classified 4 stars by the Sainte-Maxime Tourist Office.<br><br>The 1,200 m2 fully enclosed garden, planted with Mediterranean species, carefully maintained, is the ideal setting for a private swimming pool (heated in mid-season, April, May, October, November, flat rate of €150 per week)<br><br>The villa, built in the typical style of the area, offers a living area of 150 m2 distributed as follows:<br><br>- On the first floor, three beautiful bedrooms: two of 15 m2, one of 11 m2, all with double beds, shower room, separate toilet and a laundry room. (At your disposal, a washing machine and a dryer).<br><br>- Upstairs, an open living room with living room, living room, fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, traditional oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker and Nespresso) and two beautiful bedrooms of 16 and 11 m2 with double beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet. <br><br>The first floor opens onto a large exotic wood terrace, composed of a shaded summer lounge and a dining area with plancha, accommodating a dozen guests.<br><br>The 5 bedrooms and the living room kitchen are air-conditioned.
