Casa Amarillo se encuentra en un pequeño complejo de estilo español a 200 metros del mar. Nueva aire acondicionado / calefacción para 2018. Ventiladores de techo en las habitaciones. WIFI, TV del Reino Unido / Español ... Hay todas las comodidades cercanas, playas, restaurantes y bares a cinco minutos a pie. El complejo está equipado con una piscina exclusiva / piscina para niños, sauna, un pequeño gimnasio y una pista de squash. La casa de tres plantas tiene dos lugares seguros de estacionamiento, cuatro dormitorios, un Master King con baño, una habitación doble, una pequeña con dos camas individuales como una doble y un baño con ducha en el primer piso. El cuarto dormitorio / salón está equipado con TV, reproductor de DVD, DVD, tiene dos camas individuales y un sofá cama doble que puede alojar hasta cuatro personas. También tiene dos terrazas privadas una con cuatro tumbonas, la otra con una mesa y sillas. Hay otra terraza en la parte delantera en la planta baja con vistas a la piscina. Tiene una mesa, sillas y barbacoa. En la parte trasera hay un patio privado con una mesa y sillas para disfrutar de comidas al aire libre. Nueva cocina totalmente equipada, que incluye lavadora y lavavajillas. Salón / comedor con una televisión inteligente. La casa ha sido actualizada con un alto estándar, ideal para familias. Tiene todo lo que necesita para unas relajantes vacaciones en la Costa Blanca.

Fabuloso

Hemos estado una semana una familia de siete personas y el piso nos ha gustado mucho. Tiene acceso directo a la piscina y aire acondicionado. La comunicacion con el dieño ha sido muy buena.

Residencial tranquilo, buena opción para familias. Acceso a la piscina muy cómodo. Tiene dos plazas de garaje, por lo que no tienes necesidad de ir buscando aparcamiento.

Ideal para familias con niños

Alojamiento con todas las comodidades necesarias, cerca del paseo Arenal y algunas calas de interés. Además Louise se mostró muy amable con nosotros y nos facilitaron cuna y trona para los niños.

Multi generation Family holiday

Lovely holiday, clean and cute townhouse, would benefit from some modernising particularly with outdoor furniture. Nice complex, town house positioned overlooking the pool, squash court and table tennis facilities. The only dissapointment was there was no sun loungers around the pool just grass to lay on with your towels so not ideal for the elderly relatives. Kitchen was a little small when cooking for 8 people but perfectly adequate with all necessary appliances including a coffee machine. The top floor has two lovely balconies to sit on. Tv, dvds, and board games available for family evenings, comfortably slept 6 adults, 1 teen, and 1 child. 5-10mins walk to beachfront, shops and all local amenities. Love Javea, love arenal beach and love the old town and the market. Have stayed in javea/xabia many times before.Would highly recommend and would stay again.Excellent communication with the owner, lettings manager and staff. They were very accomadating allowing early check in and late check out. Overall perfect family holiday

Great accommodation in perfect location

Casa Amerillo has everything you need for a holiday in Javea. The accommodation was ideal for the 4 of us, communication from Michelle was spot on and the squash court was an added bonus. We were worried as only ceiling fans in the bedrooms but we didn’t need to be as they worked brilliantly at keeping us cool at night. The location was perfect, we have been to Javea many times so knew where it was but if you haven’t then trust me being within walking distance (5 mins) of the Arenal beach is a must as parking there does get tricky in the summer. All in all a great stay.

As was expected

The small 3 storey terraced building was as advertised. Clean and welcoming. The communal pool, which was a step from the front door was well kept as was the surrounding area. The owners and manager were great at communicating and with their local knowledge, gave loads of hints and tips and support. All in all, a really nice break away

Short Xmas break

We spent 5 days I the house which was in an ideal location near the beach and restaurants. We were welcomed with a lovely basket of food and drink for the stay. The house was spacious and really quiet. We didn’t use the complex facilities but they looked really good. Thank you Michelle and Louise for all you’re help.

Lovely apartment

We were staying for two weeks in this great apartment. We were four adults and two children and we loved every second. Sitting on the patio with drinks, and watching the kids swim in the pool, was the highlight! The location is excellent, close to sea and restaurants. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend this place. Thanks Michelle and apartment manager Louise!

We stayed in casa Amarillo for 14 days and had a relaxing vacation. Its a spacious and up to date appartement. The pool area small but big enough since there are few appartments in the area. Short walk to arenal Beach With all its facilities. Its also very easy to get help if you need it With the appartement. We enjoyed our days in javea very much!

A fabulous place to stay.

A beautifully laid out town house, set within a small complex. The property included a lot of essentials including hairdryers, adaptor plugs, bathroom towels and bed linen. The house was well kept and very clean (including the mattresses) and it was great to be able to order some food items ahead of our arrival as we landed late in the evening, The top balcony has sun loungers if you want to bake in the sun (factor 50) and it is not overlooked. The complex seating area faces a lush green setting and a lovely swimming pool, all in view of your seating area. A great place to eat and also has a great collapsible canopy overhead to provide shade or cover in the event of rain. It was as lovely to sit and have some homemade Tapas outside in what is a really safe environment. The beach front is called Arenal beach and is a short walk away. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars and a very useful supermarket all within very easy reach. There was a great amount of information left in a folder which I found very helpful as it provided some helpful hints on what to do or where to eat. Exploring is easy as the bus stop is at the top of the road and you can get to Denia very easily. I believe that there is a small train which goes to the port area however, I didn't use this service but others said it was regular in frequency and when I saw it, it looked like a nice way to get around. I will definitely be going back, soon I hope! Everything from the level of accommodation to the local people that we met were lovely and extremely helpful. There are lots of places to eat and even more places to visit nearby if you decide to drive. This was one of the nicest holidays I have had. No pressure to go anywhere and if I wanted to there was plenty of choice. I really didn't want to come home!

Lovely house, best location!

We stayed here in August. We were 2 families of 4. House is really nice inside, decorated lovely and everything you need. We had a few problems with air conditioning but Rob was always at the end.of the phone and got it sorted for us. The pool is lovely and a good size. The gardens we clean and tidy, maybe a little tight for space when busy outside. We were able to walk everywhere, beach, shops, restaurants, supermarket, tennis, karting, paintball, the house is so handy! Great time, will be back!

A great location to access all the activities on the Arenal Beach

The house is set within a small complex of similar size properties, the owner had included many items to help our stay. Hairdryers, adaptor plugs, bathroom towels and bed linen. The house was very clean and tidy on arrival and we were very grateful to order a few items ahead of our arrival as we landed late in the evening, The top balcony had two sun loungers which was such a super hot spot and nice to have a very private area to sun bath. The front seating area just outside the door was the perfect location to have breakfast, lunch or dinner if you do not want to venture out to eat. The Arenal beach is about a 10 minute walk - there is a great fully stocked supermarket at the top of the road and many restaurants to choose from. The owner had left a great amount of information in a folder if you needed some advice on what to do or where to eat. The sea could also be accessed from the other side of the house and although rocky it was a great place to swim in the sea without all the crowds you get at the Arenal. You should take a snorkel and mask! About 15 minutes walk along the beach takes you to a bar which is a bit more expensive but the food is great and your own swimming pool to use (filled with sea water!) If you want to explore the bus stop is also at the top of the road and you can go to Denia very easily. There is also a small train which goes to the port area. In summary the owner was so helpful before we left the UK it meant everything was so chilled when we arrived and this meant we were all sad to leave as the time had flown by so quickly.

Hi a little about ourselves. We are Rob & Michelle a british couple and live in France. We discovered the gem that is Javea and our townhouse 8 years ago. We love Spain for the lovely people, beautiful places and diversity. Javea has everything that you need for a holiday. Our house is minutes walk from a sandy beach. There is a working port & a historic spanish pueblo. It has everything and it's open all year round. It's great that our guests can benefit form our home from home too. The location is perfect near to all amenities. We love travelling. Our daughter who is in her twenties loves Javea too as it's great for all ages. We're here to help with any questions you may have. We visit in the spring & autumn which we love. We rent the house out all summer for guests to enjoy.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This property is perfect for families. There are two pools one is for small children. A balcony overlooks the pool with a secure gate. A squash court and a small gym.The location is excellent. There are all amenities nearby with lot's of choice for restaurants, bars, watersports, Karting, mini golf, biking, shops etc. Not suitable for large groups or single adults. There are noise restrictions and no smoking inside. The house is situated on three floors so be aware that there are stairs. We can provide stair gates. Small quiet complex.

One of the unique qualities is that it is so close to the Arenal beach and promenade. only a 5-7 minute walk. It sleeps up to 8 on a small complex, including 6 adults & 2 children. Uniquely there is a full size squash court, small gym, showers and 2 pools. We have 2 secure underground parking spaces. Ideal for families. It has recently been re furbished to a good standard. Everything you need for a family holiday in the sun. South facing with 4 terraces.
Free Wifi included. English smart box TV. Spanish TV. Air con /Heating in. The house is set on 3 levels so you have lots of space. A real home from home for families.
