This property is located in the very desirable Superstition Lakes development. The owner's have created this new listing due to a change in property management. Our prior guests have given our condo '27' - Five-Star ratings, with the most recent comments such as "First-Rate", "Perfect", "Excellent", and "Great Location".
Our VRBO rating is "Exceptional".

More information regarding our home - The condo sleeps six comfortably, and is fully stocked with everything you should need. The pool and hot tub are a short walk from the condo for a refreshing dip, or an afternoon of sunbathing.
The condo is within walking distance to great restaurants, grocers, and other amenities. While a short 5 minute drive will get you to Superstition Springs Mall, Costco, Target and Walmart.
In addition, there are great walking / biking / hiking and bird watching trails within a short distance.

We strive to ensure that all of our guests are treated with exceptional service, and provide 24/7 emergency service.

Very nice home. Host thought of everything from wifi code to pool keys and more. Very clean and a perfect layout. Enjoyed being next to the green of a golf course and having a big tree to look at in the backyard.

I was here for a business trip -location was great , loved the gated community , the condo was clean , the garage was accessible . Trash receptacles were convenient for disposing of boxes during our trip , The condo had all necessities during our two week stay , I would stay there again.

An absolutely fantastic accomodation in a splendid community that is convenient to most everything you could need. Our hosts did everything expected and more so to accomodate our needs and wishes. They had the carpeting professionally cleaned because we struggle with allergies. We could not have asked for more. The furnishings in the condo are comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the linens and towels were clean and fresh and lovely. We cannot say enough about this place; eveything was top notch. Should we choose to stay in Mesa again, this will be the FIRST condo we look for to see it if is available. Thank you so much for having us. We enjoyed it tremendously.

Great location and amenities!

If you’re staying in the East Mesa area, you should really consider this VRBO. Centrally located and close to many good eats (and stores). Great freeway access (right by Hwy 60 to get you to loops 202 and 101 quickly). Quiet condo with many great amenities. The complex has a pool and jog/ walk path around small lakes. I would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful Condo

Loved this beautiful, cozy condo. Loved the close access to the pool. Fully stocked and then some making for a wonderful weeks stay. Tracy and Scott went up and above to answer our questions and fill our requests. I would highly recommend this condo for your Arizona stay. Thanks Tracy and Steve. We loved it.

Just as expected!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay! First of all, the owners were amazing and extremely responsive to my emails from the start and all the way through our stay. Secondly, the condo itself was extremely clean and looked just like the pictures. And finally, each room was pleasantly stocked with everything you could possible need from extra blankets and towels for the pool, to many kitchen gadgets, supplies and spices! I would definitely recommend this condo and would love to stay again in the future.

Excellent vacation site! The condo is well-stocked and comfortable. We loved the view of the golf course, the ponds throughout the complex, and the nearby pool. Very good location, well kept property

We found the property clean and as advertised. Close to golf, shopping and restaurants. The owners, tenants and property manager were courteous and respectful. We will certainly stay again when in the area.

Impeccably Clean and Well-Appointed!

Overall, one of the best rentals we have had! Unit was spotless and available on time. All amenities were considered (extra linens, all kitchen items and amenities, everything very clean). Wonderful location with all necessities within five minutes. Tons of restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses. Hoping to find a reason to come back!

Perfect for our needs

Was a perfect stay for what we needed during these Covid times. Very clean and comfortable, loved the pool. Had a nice view of the golf course from our patio. Easy access to the freeways. We golfed everyday so the travel was made easy with the freeways. Close to Costco and other grocery chains. Tracy was excellent to deal with. Will definitely return! Thanks so much for the use of your condo!

Home away from home

The condo owned by the Kimmel’s that I rented in Mesa, Arizona for two weeks, for my vacation was one of the finest ones yet! It was truly like being in a home away from home. Amazingly, each room was fully decorated, the lighting was exceptional, all the appliances were updated, and very stylish. Popular stores and restaurants were all in close proximity. The owners were great and so was the property manager! They sent me an emailed with a warm welcome letter after I moved in to see, if I needed anything. And if I had any concerns or questions they encouraged me to call them. I would love to stay in their property again, if I come back to Mesa, Arizona.

The property was as nice as we were hoping it would be. From the reservation process to the details of getting keys and codes was very easy. The owners were easily accessible for any questions or problems. There were no problems. We will stay at Steve and Tracy's every time we go to Mesa.

BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS AT NIGHT!

This place has a great location close to everything! Golf courses, downtown Gilbert is 15 minutes with tons of restaurants... The zoo and Botanical garden is also about 15-20.. Hiking also.. Close walk to the pool.. Very nice place to stay.. Tracy

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This location is superb, it is close to everything and yet seems that it is in it's own oasis. We have a wonderful view of the Golf Course and seasonal pond. There are two lakes with walking trails next to the complex. We have also been lucky to have wildlife come by once and awhile.
You will not be disappointed by staying here.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The condo is close to many fine restaurants, a HARKINS 24 theatre, Superstition Springs Mall, Target, Walmart and Costco. There are hospitals, clinics and health related facilities located nearby.
Phoenix is also nearby with world class Zoo and Botanical Gardens, also parks and biking trails. Scottsdale has a wonderful "Old Town" that has amazing Art Galleries and North American Indian artifacts store fronts. It also boasts the Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall which has high end retailers. The Grand Canyon is a 5 hour drive through a beautiful desert scape and Sedona.
FOR THE KIDS: Besides the Zoo, there is multiple water slide complexes and Top Golf.
